Phoenix Stays is a great property to stay with family and friends. I have booked this property for my mother and her friends. The staff was very helpful . The host Rohan was himself was present over there and took extremely good care of the guest. The property is exactly same as shown in photos. I would recommend this property if you want to have a comfortable stay with friends and family.

Honestly, the place looks and feels even better than in the pictures. From the moment we stepped in, we could see how thoughtfully everything was designed—every piece of decor and furniture had a purpose, making the whole villa feel unique and special. The villa itself is massive, almost like a mansion, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The pool was super clean, and we had a blast spending hours in it. The music system and karaoke setup just took the fun to another level!The hospitality was top-notch. Shekhar, the host, was extremely responsive, making sure everything was smooth, and Mr. Shinde, the caretaker, was genuinely caring and attentive. The place was spotless—spic and span in every corner.And the food? Absolutely homely and delicious! It felt like a home away from home, but with a luxurious touch.If you’re looking for a perfect getaway with comfort, style, and great vibes, this villa is the place to be.Cant wait to visit again! We had a decent stay at the farmhouse. The food was okay. The caretaker and host was helpful and available whenever needed, which made the stay more comfortable. One thing to note – some of the door locks were not working, which felt a bit concerning since the location is in a quiet, village-like area. Fixing that would definitely improve the sense of safety. Overall, a great experience with warm hospitality. Would recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful break with good food and helpful service!
