Monthly Rentals in Sweetwater

Beautiful home, like walking in your grandparents house as a kid (in the best way). Loved seeing the neighborhood horses, cows, and dogs. Would stay again and recommend to friends!

We came to see the Rhodedenron at Roan Mountain State Park, and Dalton's is very close! Located across the Marina, only a beautiful 30 minute drive in the scenic hills and we were at our destination. It was also only a a short drive to Elizabethton for some food and supplies. After a long day's hot humid hike, a nice cold shower was what was needed. The internet was fast and there was option to watch laundry if we needed. The AC was cold and we got a good night's rest before heading back to Arkansas. Thanks for the hospitality!

When I made the reservation I didn't realize it was located right next to a road but that didn't prove to be a concern. There was very little traffic and the deck and large windows faced away from the road and toward the beautiful view shown in the description. The hosts communicated proactively but not intrusively and the expectations for check-in and check-out were clearly written. The GPS directions were passable but it was very helpful to have received the directions from the hosts in advance which provided several alternatives to roads that were still impacted from storm damage.

My family enjoyed the cabin very much! They said the view was beautiful, and they loved sitting on the porch. Heather was very responsive and kind.
