Had a great stay at this beautiful home! Plenty of space for our party and a lovely yard/outdoor space was a bonus. Convenient to many places to eat in Portsmouth/Newport and easy to get to/from.

Andrew was an excellent host and this was the perfect place for a family. We have been coming to Newport for years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

Smaranda was outside when we arrived, she greeted us and since it was around dinner time she offered some recommendations for dinner. It had been quite windy that day so the pool and hot tub had some leaves and debris in them. She was very apologetic (obviously not her fault, we can't control Mother Nature) and was very attentive and worked hard to get both the pool and hot tub ready for us to use. She showed us how everything worked and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. We used both the pool and hot tub after we got back to the space after dinner and they were both very nice and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay and everything went as planned. Gorgeous place right next to Bowens wharf. You can walk to everything and it’s very convenient and the parking at PCH was great. Clean beautiful room and they provided us with a crib for our infant. Coffee bar in the hall and espresso maker in the room was perfect for our 2am wake up call for our early morning flight. Bed was extremely comfortable and we didn’t want to leave! Definitely booking PCH again when we come to Newport to visit family.

The house was very nice and comfortable for 5 adults, a child, and 2 dogs. Being able to walk down the stairs from the deck and literally be on the beach was incredible. Fantastic space, gorgeous views, and luckily the perfect weather to enjoy it all! Can't wait to rent again next year!

This home is gorgeous and filled with timeless artifacts and family heirlooms. Beautiful spots to sit outside with a morning coffee. My partner and I made a point of staying in and cooking one night because we felt right at home and wanted to appreciate the ambiance. We enjoyed the privacy and proximity to Newport very much as well. Well outside any potential chaos of downtown yet only a couple minute drive to Easton Beach. Thank you so much!

A beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. I loved hearing the birds sing in the morning! Lots to do within the home, and very short ride to the city. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a home vibe! Also, lots of art on display and plenty of books to read. Thank you for the hospitality!

The apartment was quiet and comfortable. We were next to the YMCA, where we enjoyed exercising. The neighborhood is wonderful for walking. The internet was strong.

This place was beautiful! The kitchen was spacious and accommodated our larger group nicely. Hosts left clear instructions and proactively checked in. They were even nice enough to open their pool a little earlier so we could enjoy it. Highly recommend staying here if you are planning a girls’ weekend. Bedrooms were comfy, and everyone in my group had a lovely time. Thank you!

Very special property and location on Martha's Vineyard. A classic Vineyard family home. Our experience there was filled with tranquillity, privacy, beauty at every turn, nature, magnificent sunsets, lobster dinner in the beautiful dining room with piano!, wild Turkeys and birds to enjoy and outdoor shower to enjoy it all. The short walk to Menemsha to pick up freshly caught fish was a plus. Sarah is a perfect host and made us welcome and our stay there splendid. Thank you.

This home is better than the pictures!!! The backyard was stunning and perfectly maintained. The inside was spacious and clean. Tricia was quick to respond and incredibly accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and would 100% return + recommend to anyone!

We can’t say enough about Amy’s place. It was a peaceful home with a beautiful in the ground pool surrounded by amazing gardens. Amy is a very responsive host. We will be back!

Kristin went above and beyond in making sure me and my guests were well taken care of. She was extremely responsive and even let me come 7 hours before my check in to drop off my birthday cake in the fridge so it didn’t have to sit in a cooler all day at the beach. She gave me local recommendations and was just a really lovely host. I really appreciated her accommodations. My friends and I enjoyed swimming in the pool after the beach and sitting on the deck. Highly recommend!

Galen and Clark were so nice and have a wonderful home and it was clear to us that they loved to take care of it. Very beautiful. Galen was very proactive in making sure we had everything we needed and communicated every day. I really appreciate them being so flexible when I added two guests at the last minute for the wedding we attended just a mile up the road. It was our first time experiencing Airbnb and it was great!! We stayed for Folkfest. Close to the ferry to Fort Adams, walkable to many restaurants and bars. Andrew was a very responsive host. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Andrew!
