The apartment is really great, very spacious, conformable beds, very well equipped and wonderful bathroom. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and CVS. Quiet neighborhood and Farmers market close by during summer. Hosts are extremely nice and respond to any questions in a matter of minutes. This is the second time me or my family stayed in the apartment and have always had a great time. Thank you very much!

The place was in a great area with so much to do in walking distance. It was very clean and the pictures were exactly as they were posted on the listing. Hector responded very quickly and gave great recommendations. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good deal!

Spacious, clean, and lovely apartment in great location in a beautiful town. Hosts were responsive, shower was great, and beds were comfortable, although light sleepers should know that the bedrooms are right up against the street. Loved the bike path and a lot of walk-to restaurants including SS Dion, Quito's, and Beehive Cafe.

Spacious, uniquely decorated apartment with comfortable beds and plenty of linens. Outdoor space and extra dining area were a bonus. Bright paint colors, original art and vintage furnishings…plus a nice garden. We were very comfortable and happy as a family of 4, including young adult children. Thank you, Janel & Kirk!

This place was well located if you brought a dog, as we did. Walking paths and parks nearby for daily walks. Everything was in great shape, Josh was great to communicate with beforehand (we had no issues during our stay so did not reach out to him then). I would definitely stay here again, fantastic value.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jackie and Rob’s place! We loved sitting on the porch enjoying the waterfront view. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We took several walks in nearby Rocky Point Park. The home is beautiful with everything we needed for our stay. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Jason’s place was perfect, very clean and had everything you need. He was proactive and very helpful. Gave us great recommendations for things to do and food in the area. Would have loved to stay longer. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Newport.

Three of us stayed here during reunion. Very nice, cozy place. At the end of a street, so very tranquil. The house is comfortably furnished and well stocked. The hosts are very sweet and super responsive - they would even have brought us doughnuts, but we declined. Snacks and some basics in the fridge when we got in. Very nice tv in the living room with Roku. Highly recommend.

Needed a place to stay for my son’s college graduation. We had camped at the RV park last year and enjoyed our stay and knew what to expect.

A beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. I loved hearing the birds sing in the morning! Lots to do within the home, and very short ride to the city. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a home vibe! Also, lots of art on display and plenty of books to read. Thank you for the hospitality!

Great rental with awesome coastal decor in the quaint setting of historic downtown Bristol. House was exactly as presented, immaculate, and comfortable. Parking is an issue unless you have a compact car. Truly enjoyed our stay and definitely would recommend to others.

This is our second stay at Courtenay's historic home. As she describes - it's an old home with the idiosyncracies of a home with over 200 years of history. It is a spacious home with lovely furnishings. Kitchen has all you'll need. The area can't be beat if you are visiting Providence and/or Brown University. We were lucky enough to book her house during our son's graduation and could walk up the hill to the campus in 5 minutes. Courtenay is always responsive and flexible. We will stay there again!

Felicia's place was wonderful, well designed and felt very cozy. You pull right up to the front door that helps you avoid street parking on the narrow road. She prepared a lovely basket to welcome us to the home, with snacks and a bottle of prosecco to celebrate. I was very pleased with her communication and thoughtfulness; there is a ton of amenities in the home, a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom and lots of recommendations for things to do. A beautiful space and person.

This was the perfect spot for our stay in Newport. We were able to secure a free parking spot right in front, and since everything is walkable we never had to move the car. Great space and in a prime location (Bowens Warf 20-25min walk, shops on Thames 5-10min walk) Very clean and spacious. perfect spot. Would stay again.

This place was great! It was wonderful to stay in such a historic building. The apartment was very clean and tidy, the check-in/check-out instructions were very easy, and the host also provided suggestions for nearby restaurants. I definitely recommend this place!

This is the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. From the location (incredible and walking distance to everything in downtown Newport) to the decor, cleanliness, & amenities, this airbnb was perfect for a girls weekend in Newport, RI. I only wish my stay was longer but I would book again in a heartbeat! Every single girl on the trip could not get over how perfect the airbnb was and how on earth I’d found it. I cannot recommend Kelly’s place highly enough! Truly the perfect getaway spot. Close to everything and if you just want to relax you feel very much at home!

We love staying here. This was our 3rd or 4th year in a row that we stayed here. It is a great location so close to the beach and the inlet. The unit is always neat and clean and Courtney and Chris are great hosts.

This was a great place. We found it cozy and comfortable. It is in an older, quaint neighborhood within shouting distance to Brown University. There are plenty of restaurants and things to see within walking distance. Providence is a cool town.

Pros: This place was amazing. It has 3 large bedrooms: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins. It fully sleeps 6 vs many places say they do cramming people onto double beds, sleeper sofas and couches. But these were all very comfortable beds with lots of space in the rooms. Great kitchen and living room. 2 large bathrooms. Cons: It's 2/3 below the sidewalk and is on a corner, so there is definitely street noise, so bring ear plugs. We were so happy with this place and I would definitely stay there again and recommend highly!
