Monthly Rentals in Swannanoa

If I could live here for the rest of my life, I would. Judy and Steve are wonderful hosts who happen to be living on a slice of perfection. The space is large, squeaky clean, quiet, and I hadn’t slept as well in years. Perfectly appointed. Parking is right outside in their large driveway with a dedicated spot. I chose to walk in the evenings and saw horses, sheep, goats, and a very friendly donkey next door. The best rental space I have ever stayed in which has been numerous. Thank you for sharing, Judy and Steve.

Nice little place. Bed was comfortable and the place was clean. Quiet neighborhood with sidewalks. We walked down to Tomahawk Lake, it wasn't far, maybe 10-15 min walk.

Staying at the perch was such a blessing. I was going through a retreat that was emotionally intensive and staying here was like a warm hug. Thank you for the hospitality, I will return.
