Monthly Rentals in Sustjepan

We had a wonderful stay at Matea’s place in Dubrovnik! The location was perfect, peaceful, quiet, and with an amazing view from the balcony/window. The apartment had everything we needed, we literally just had to bring our clothes. It was clean, cozy, and fully equipped. Matea was a great host, always responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I’m definitely booking this place again next time I come to Dubrovnik. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay with a wonderful view. The bus stop is very close so co venient. Coffee, tea, and sugar are in the apt as well as all utensils you need to cook a meal. We walked to the Old Town every day in about 50 minutes (lots of it is hilly). Ferry terminal is down over the hill and we walked down the stairway with our carry on luggage to catch ours. There are 195 stairs down so a bit of a climb going back up. We mostly took the bus back.

Our stay was short but amazing. The apartment is close enough but far away from the craziness in the old town of Dubrovnik. It takes about 10 minutes by bus. The bus stop is just across the street. Buses drive every 15 minutes. The apartment has all the amenities needed for a holiday. Antun was very helpful and gave us lots of tips for sightseeing and we were able to squeeze everything in during our stay. Not to forget the restaurant Tavern Bonaca underneath the apartment which is a family business too. One of the best meals we had in Dubrovnik!

Hosts are very kind and smiling, willing to help and provide information! The room big, spotless, and meticulously equipped made us feel at home. Great advantage is the parking and the fact that this room was in a yard on the ground floor, so it didn't take a tedious carrying of luggage. This would also be great for people with mobility issues. Also an advantage is the amazing restaurant right next door and the bus stop just outside to the old town after a few stops.
