Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Sustjepan

Lovely host and location, quite easy to the airport and access to Old Town. Beautiful view and would stay again!

Fantastic accommodation that has everything you need and more. Only a 15 minute walk into the Old town where there are a plethora of restaurants to suit every budget. Bars and Wine bars that cater for tastings are available as well. The accommodation is a short walk to a small supermarket for those everyday extras as well as a bakery and a couple of cafes. The accommodation itself has sizeable bedrooms, kitchen and outdoor living space. The hot tub is a bonus. Other amenities such as washing facilities are available with ample airers. The kitchen is well stocked, with all the appliances you would need. A memorable stay and we would use again.

We have just returned from a fabulous 2 week holiday, We would highly recommend this villa, well equipped,spotlessly clean,beautiful view, and very peaceful.

This is a very good place to stay, right near the bustling bay of Dubrovnik, with a very good view and basin view. Not only that, the host is very nice. We arrived very late, and the host's father greeted us at the door. The next day, he also introduced us to the interesting story and history of the house. Table tennis is very convenient, and we also barbecued in the courtyard. The facilities in the house are very new and convenient, and the hot water is very sufficient. Let our journey in Croatia have a wonderful end. Thanks to the host for providing us with such a good place!!!

Just come back from a beautiful 3 day's here as a group of 4 friends. Apartment was exactly as described, if not better. Clean, peaceful and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We got around using Uber, which was only 5 minutes into the old town and worked out cheaper for 4 of us than using a bus. Restaurants and bars around. Pool was a great addition too. Stairs could be an issue for some, but worth the climb for the stunning views, would definitely recommend and visit again!

We booked this beautiful place as a group of 4 for my husband's 40th birthday celebrations. Communication with Mato from start to finish was great, he was very responsive and even provided a complimentary bottle of fizz which was a really lovely touch. Location-wise, it felt private and had incredible views of Cavtat. I do feel like I should mention that it would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues as there are A LOT of steps and uneven ground. We were dropped off by taxi at Cavtat bus station and there's a short walk (no more than 10 mins) to get to Mato's place. The apartment itself is stunning, just like the photos. The beds were comfortable and the place was spotless. Fresh towels were provided during our stay and our bins were emptied. The outside space is gorgeous, we really enjoyed spending evenings in the hot tub overlooking the water. There are a few small jobs that need finishing off but it didn't bother us at all. Božo has a wonderful place and definitely earns his super host rating. He contacted us along the way to arriving and was able to offer an earlier check in. Whilst there nothing was ever a problem if we asked he did all he could to accommodate us and offered help on any asks for trips. We loved the place and pool and being away from the town. Definitely try the Konobo Knez restaurant if you can, food was incredible. Wish we had been staying longer. My only suggestion is to make it clear that the 3 bedrooms are not all in 1 apartment, the 3rd bedroom is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance and key, so more like an2 bedroom apartment. Our teenage daughter didn’t feel comfortable to stay on her own in there. There is plenty of room in both spaces. I’d add a kitchenette and small bistro table in the downstairs as then offers a perfect shared space with relatives or friends when needed.

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful villa in the Dubrovnik area! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was immaculately clean, spacious, and incredibly well-stocked — from kitchen essentials to pool towels, everything we could possibly need was thoughtfully provided. The amenities were top-notch: a gorgeous private pool, comfortable lounging areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of towels for everyone. Every detail was clearly considered to make guests feel at home. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the outstanding customer service. The hosts were warm, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable — offering local tips and accommodating our requests. Their hospitality made the experience feel so personal and special. The location was perfect too — peaceful and private, yet just a short drive from Dubrovnik’s Old Town and stunning beaches.

Amazing location!. Everything went well . The check in wirh Hedera Estates could have been better. The agency should porvide maps for guests to help them get aquainted with the Dubrovnik area...

We had a great stay at Villa Tina. Veselko was a fantastic host and always attentive. The Villa was amazing with fabulous views. We had lots of lovely treats waiting for us on arrival. The Cherry liqueur was delicious. There were restaurants a couple of minutes down the hill. Konba Dandy is worth a visit. Very lovely staff and they surprised me on my birthday with dessert with candles and all the people in the restaurant singing happy birthday. There are a lot of steps back up to the Villa. We didn’t find it a problem. There are 2 supermarkets and a pharmacy at the bottom of the steps. If you want gluten free foods and gluten free beer you will find these at Tommys in Dubrovnik. You can catch a bus into Dubrovnik or an Uber which are not expensive. We went in the evening to Dubrovnik when it was quieter and cooler. We would definitely come back and stay in Zaton Mali. It is very quiet and peaceful. We would also stay at Villa Tina again especially with Veselko as our host. Thank you

Peaceful and quiet stay with ample space

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful home! The house itself was stunning—spacious, spotless, and perfectly situated. The pool and hot tub were such a treat, and being right on the sea made it all feel extra special. Getting into town was easy with taxis, Ubers, or even the local bus, but honestly, we loved just relaxing at the house! What truly made our stay unforgettable was Katarina and her family. She went above and beyond—helping us find a phenomenal private chef, offering thoughtful recommendations, and being so warm and generous with her time. You can really tell she cares about her guests having a great experience. Highly recommend—this was one of our favorite Airbnb stays ever!

This place is a Gem! Came with 9 of my friends on Holiday and was the perfect accommodation. Auna was extremely nice and very helpful with recommendations and activities to do. Hope to get the chance to come back!

Rina is a lovely person who prepared the accommodation to a very high standard, including a few essentials on the table and in the fridge. She was very personable, friendly and was always available for us throughout our stay. The location has the perfect blend being a stones throw from Old Town but not in the hustle and bustle. The accommodation itself was very clean and tidy with all the facilities you would need for a perfect holiday including a heated pool to relax and further enjoy yourself. I would wholeheartedly recommend a holiday at this place

Stayed at this villa with my family to celebrate my 50th and it didn’t disappoint! House and grounds were beautiful. Loved that there were lots of activities available for all abilities - the young ones did basketball and badminton and the older ones could join in when it came to pentanque and pool. Nikolina was a great host and the most communicative I’ve ever experienced on AirBnB. She arranged a private catamaran trip for us - which was an amazing day out, as well as restaurant recommendations which were also great. Loved it so much, we didn’t want to come home Thanks Nikolina

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! It's spacious, exceptionally clean, and fully equipped—especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed (no need to bring anything extra). The heated pool was perfect. Ante was extremely helpful and responsive; he kindly helped us with the grill when we weren't sure how to use it and met us upon our late arrival. The villa's surroundings are peaceful and quiet, with stunning sea views and absolutely no noise from passing cars. At night, the starry sky was breathtaking. The photos match reality perfectly—beautiful design and modern interiors. We had an ideal vacation and highly recommend this villa!
