Had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

My Family and I enjoyed our stay at Martin’s place. We felt at home and it was less than 4 miles from the beach which was the reason for our visit. Martin is very accommodating and responsive to any requests you may have while on your stay. I would highly recommend you stay here if in the area. Very reasonable pricing and we will be staying here again if we visit the area.

Cristina has made a very special place to enjoy with your family/ friends. I felt right at home, and my son started walking alone as soon as he arrived, but he didn’t stop, lol 😆 . That’s the type of energy Cristina Airbnb brings to the table. Keep up the fantastic job. I can’t wait to try one of your other places :)

This was hands down the best and most beautiful home I have ever stayed in and I travel to Florida a lot! It was clean, the hosts literally thought of everything to make the guests feel comfortable and it was so peaceful. The hot tub and pool were absolutely perfect. We loved the outdoor shower right off the main bedroom, and the entire home was so spacious! So clean! So worth the money! The hosts know what they are doing. The outdoor areas are heaven and perfectly outfitted with the most comfortable outdoor furniture! We did not want to leave! The inside was tastefully and beautifully decorated to make you never want to leave. Absolutely amazing! Please take care of the home if you’re lucky enough to stay there! We will be back next year! My partner and I live in the same neighborhood as this home. We had a number of friends in town for a week and not enough beds for everyone, so we reserved Derek's place as a "guest house". This will now be our go-to plan for anytime we have company - it worked perfectly! This home is an absolute gem. The front porch is such a nice place for morning coffee or chatting with others. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms are spotless. (I can put up with a lot from a vacation rental, but if the beds and bath aren't up to my standards, nothing can make up for that. No such worries at this place!) We could not have been happier with Derek's level of communication and helpful info, both before and during our friends' stay. We love having this home and our neighborhood and Derek is a very conscientious property owner and host. We will definitely continue to make use of this beautiful home for our next gathering of friends and family. Thank you, Derek!

Our stay at Silvana's apartment was very pleasant. The space was comfortable and had a well-equipped kitchen. It also included beach accessories (umbrella, wagon, and children's toys), which were very useful for us. We stayed with my husband and 3-year-old son, and we really liked it. We would definitely choose Silvana's apartment again.

We are a family of four and it was great to have a spacious rooms to spend 2 nights. It is right on the beach and we enjoyed our time there so much. Ritta was so nice and flexible with our travel plan and always very responsive. Thank you so much!!

Great location, easy entry and exit, the only thing I would say is that the sofa bed is not comfortable. I would say it's one more place for two people (couples) but otherwise wonderful.

This is our 2nd time staying at one of Edvard’s places in this building and we had a great time again. The host communicates extremely well and the apartment is very spacious, clean, well equipped with everything you need, has an incredible view of Aventura and Golden Beach, and is in a perfect, close location near the beach in Sunny Isles. Carmen's apartment is the best choice in the area by far. You basically get double or triple the space for half the money and the plus is Carmen is the most responsive and accommodating host I ever had in this platform. The apartment is in pristine condition, beach is steps away, restaurants and everything including the Aventura mall are 5 min away. 24hr reception, valet parking, laundry room, parking space and more. I really can't recommend this option enough. Reviews don't lie. It's a solid 5 star. Thanks, Carmen!

I had a great time! The comm with Carla was pleasant and smooth. The place is very clean and it has all you need to enjoy the beach; shairs, umbrellas, towell etc. Great place to work remotely. Thank you! 🏖️🏊
