Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sunny Isles Beach

Perfect for two families traveling for F1. I liked the separate space of the mother-in-law suite. The pool was amazing.

Randy’s place was just as described! Randy was helpful from the start of the trip and accommodated all of our needs for a single nights stay prior to cruising. Randy was also prompt in communicating a minor situation upon departure.

Pari’s home is even better than described! The backyard, pool and spa felt like our own private slice of paradise. Our hosts were immediately responsive to any questions we had, and even helped me troubleshoot my laptop’s configuration to join their network within a minute of me sending them a question. The house is wonderfully convenient to South Beach and all things east of its location. We stayed there for my daughter’s college graduation from University of Miami, and I have to admit we did not accurately understand how much traffic there can be at all times of the day getting from us to UoM! That just meant we had to adjust our schedules a bit, but everyone agreed there was place better to stay in Miami, and nowhere else we want to stay when we go back!

Perfect location and near everything. The place is very nice for couple and spacious. Equipped with everything we needed and more. Including lawn chairs and umbrella for beach which was extremely helpful. No coal for grill and they sent some to us so we could use. Overall a wonderful stay and we will be back. It’s an older home and needs a few repairs— deep cleans but we didn’t mind for price, amenities and proximity.

I cannot express enough how appreciative I am for Marina's assistance during a difficult time. My apartment was flooded, and I needed a place that was easy to check into, clean, and close to my business. This Airbnb exceeded all my expectations — it was one of the best stays I’ve ever had. Basia was wonderful! She was very responsive to all of my messages and very friendly to message with. The home was beautiful and squeaky clean. My family thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. There was also plenty of room inside for all four of us to have some quiet time to ourselves. Our trip was very relaxing - just what we needed! I highly recommend visiting this home if you are in the area!

There truly aren't enough perfect words to describe this magical house. I've stayed at many airbnbs but Luis and Leo's home takes the cake. The pool space, the car wash shower, the beds so comfy, the kitchen is perfection, everything we needed was provided and included! Our hosts were helpful, and just a delight to know. Our stay at Silvana's apartment was very pleasant. The space was comfortable and had a well-equipped kitchen. It also included beach accessories (umbrella, wagon, and children's toys), which were very useful for us. We stayed with my husband and 3-year-old son, and we really liked it. We would definitely choose Silvana's apartment again.

Great view of Hollywood Beach from the PentHouse! The place looked bigger in person than in the pictures so that was a big plus. Just make sure to plan for long elevator waits on the weekends!

Joshua's airbnb was an absolute gem. Clean, bed was very comfortable and in a fantastic location. (close to the beach) Walking distance to many restaurants, publix, Walgreens, etc. Joshua was a superb host. When ever I had questions he was quick to respond. Our stay was phenomenal. I was celebrating my birthday and Joshua had the place beautifully decorated. We had a great time and would definitely return.

Excellent Apartment. It looks exactly like the pictures. Large and clean spaces with full kitchen. Very close to the beach and close to Aventura Mall, with several options of shops and restaurants. Gary was very kind to us and the whole check inn and check out process was very simple and fast. I recommend staying at the apartment!

This place was great! The view was AMAZING. Prefect amount of room for me and my fiancé. Everyone was so nice and it was super easy to find!

Beautiful location and the ocean view is amazing. The location was perfect, we were walking distance to nearby grocery and convenience store. The staff were amazing, very friendly. The pool area is clean and relaxing. This location is directly on the beach, very short walk to beach area. The unit is updated and the balcony is very large in size. We are already looking to book again in the near future.

We had a great stay in Hollywood. Place was in a good location, walking distance to Walmart and Starbucks. We Uber’s to and from different beaches. Would have liked to have rented a car because Hollywood board walk isn’t walking distance. You needed a car/ uber. The view was spectacular!
