Beautiful apartment overlooking the bay, very comfortable and functional for 5 people. Well equipped, as indicated in the publication. We had good communication with the washing machine company. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the beach and a shopping mall with a supermarket and places to eat. Highly recommended, we will certainly come back!

I had an amazing stay at this wonderful place! Aviv was incredibly flexible and available to us, allowing early check-in and late check-out, which made my trip hassle-free. The apartment was beautifully decorated, with everything that we needed and ideally located in front of the beach. The host's thoughtful hospitality made my experience truly memorable. Highly recommended and plan to be back!

Staying at Adriana’s place in Aventura was a great experience from start to finish. The apartment is in an ideal spot—tucked in a quiet area but still super close to the beach and shops at Aventura Mall. It’s thoughtfully decorated, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was Adriana’s hospitality—she checked in to make sure everything was going well and gave us awesome suggestions for things to do in the area. The space was spotless and incredibly comfortable. I’d definitely choose her place again on a future trip!

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the amenities provided. The view was truly spectacular!

Great location! Walkable restaurants, and the beach is just two streets away, but the view of the bay was our favorite part. Comfortable furniture and plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen was also very well stocked, from both a dishes and spices perspective. The only thing that stood out as a possible detractor is that there is no door on the primary bathroom to separate it from the bedroom and provide privacy (although there is a doorway, so the door is just not installed). It was a great month!

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was perfect! Check in was so simple. The unit is exactly as described. We loved that there were two bunk beds so our teens could have their own beds and own bathroom. The unit had two balconies which was so nice. Excellent location to the beach, pools and restaurants. The staff at the beach and pool were so accommodating. Everyone is already talking about going back. The owner kept in communication with us just making sure we were all set. While everything was perfect, I appreciate them checking on us. 5 stars all around !! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great location, great host, great accommodation, everything was just amazing!

The Airbnb was perfect and looked exactly like the picture. At check in, the hotel mad an error in the amount of days I was staying there for. I contacted Loren and she reached out almost immediately. She took care of the issue right away. The Lapis Spa is beautiful and there was so many nice restaurants there as well. 10/10 experience, I will definitely be booking through Loren again !

This studio was in the center of Brickell/Downtown and was just as described. Very responsive host, easy check in, clean unit, quiet, in a very walkable area, with many things to do just right outside. Enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Our son was moving into a place right down the street so location was ideal for us. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Parking on the upper level of the garage was perfect and directly across from our building. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for a long stay. We enjoyed the view the most.

I want to THANK YOU for the opportunity to stay in this unit! Such a pleasant experience starting with the warm, inviting staff at the reception desk. As a woman traveling alone I felt safe, security were present at all times, in the building and in the parking lot. Very comfortable, clean, updated. Everything that was needed and then some! WiFi very dependable, allowed me to "work from home" without concern. The desk is positioned by sliding glass door to the balcony. Nice l views of the intercoastal. Bed super comfy

The condo was as described. Very cozy with all amenities needed. We shopped at the Publix and made breakfast and sometimes lunch in the unit. The building had a Great family atmosphere and conveniently located across from the beach, a quick short drive to Aventura Mall and all restaurants along A1A. I will definitely stay here again. The apartment is very large for a 3.5-room apartment. Large rooms, 2 balconies with beautiful views of the bay with sunset. In the kitchen there is everything. The apartment was very clean, the beds comfy. It was a little unfortunate that in the annex, the waste containers are emptied in the middle of the night, this on two consecutive days. This was very noisy in the rooms. Although only briefly, it still woke us up. Also on Saturday evening the place on the other side of the bay was very good to hear until midnight. The music was very loud. Alexey can't do that. He was a great host and the apartment was amazing! We would definitely leave again.

Amazing view, great location, have lots of restaurants, grocery stores. Beach was very beautiful and right infront of the building. Amazing pool and amamenities! my family and I enjoyed this place and we will definitely be back! The host was very responsive, valet parking very friendly and efficient.
