We had a wonderful stay at Juan’s place! Juan was a great host, responded quickly and was able to accommodate to our schedule. The apartment included all that we needed for our stay. It was a perfect location, near to the beach and walking distance to many great restaurants.

Amazing place! The view from the condo is incredible, unlike anything else. The condo is very spacious and well equipped. Easy check-in and check-out process. Aventura Mall is a short drive from the spot. Overall, great experience!

Awesome experience. Everything was clean, looked just like the listing description, and the perfect location to the beach. The place is also great if you are traveling with little ones because a pack n play and baby bath tub were available for use. I would definitely book again.

The apartment was perfect. The photos coincided with the accommodation, the host was always available to support, it is very nice. We felt right at home. An excellent experience.

This place was sooooo great!! We loved the amenities like the pool, gym, valet and the little convenient store inside too. The location was perfect 15-20 minutes away from everything we were doing. She had beach chairs, clean towels for the beach and the shower but no washcloths lol. I brought my own just in case of that. The bathroom was coo but the tub needs to be repainted or a mat needs to be down because of chipping paint. There were 2 closets with extra pillows, covers, fans and blankets. The balcony was the perfect view of each end of Miami!!! It was my birthday celebration and we spent a lot of time on the balcony. The check in and check out process was seamless. No issues besides the last day when we came back from the beach. The security wouldn’t let us in the front door of the building because we had on beach attire. It low key pissed me off because we had to walk around the building to go through the back. He was an asshole honestly. Parking was close too but we did valet.

This place was good. Great location with walkable restaurants and grocery stores. The resort itself is clean, modern, with friendly staff. Great beach, and pool area. The unit looks just like on photos, but a little bit dated. Kitchen is equipped with all you might need for cooking. We were there with 2 kids and used it every day. The view from the balcony is amazing! We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you David and Barbara.

My family and I enjoyed Ana’s place. The ocean views are spectacular and really made it feel like a vacay. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and no shortage of extra linens. Pool and beach are an elevator ride away. Thank you Ana for your responsiveness and attention before, during, and after our stay.

The place is beautiful. It looks exactly as the picture portrays. The place smelled great as I walked in so I know linens and floors were cleaned properly. It is located in a prime location. Very close to beaches and restaurants. 100% recommend

I cannot stress enough how great of a place and experience this was. The area is amazing with great food, amazing views, and friendly people. The place itself was magnificent and honestly gave me inspiration on how my own apartment could look like. Lastly, the hosts were friendly and responsive. All of this culminates into what I think is the BEST Airbnb experience I've had thus far. I highly recommend this place because of its views, location, and awesome hosts!
