I absolutely loved everything about this property. It was right on the beach and the views were incredibly amazing! It came with everything we needed and everything www nearby and convenient. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay for my birthday vacation! Host very accommodating quick with responding allowed us early check in when our plane landed around 9:30 am which was amazing because most host don’t allow that early free of charge ! Unit very nice and clean Right on the beach The extra bathroom towels and beach towels definitely came in handy! Living room view was honestly the best part! Since it’s not much of a beach view due to being in a room on the opposite side of the beach ( balcony view had a slight beach view that was still pretty nice ) Valet parking guys were also very pleasant! Will be looking to book again at the Dharma Home Suites Miami Beach at Monte Carlo. Thank you for having us

We had a wonderful time at the apartment. Oriane is a super nice host and we felt very comfortable and safe at the condo. Place was clean and the amenities at the Yatch club were great.

We were there last week with my 2 children for the school holidays We love Sunny Isles, so we decided to rent this apartment and it met 100% of what we wanted and needed The people in the building are super friendly You leave the car super close, which is good for getting in and out You can enjoy the pool while grilling 😀😀

Loved staying here for a bachelorette party! The house was beautiful. We loved cooking breakfast there in the mornings, lounging by pool, and the large game room. The host has stocked the house with lots of small items that come in handy while traveling, like sunscreen, bug spray and kitchen goods. You are a little ways out from South Beach, so make sure to yourself plenty of transit time when planning excursions to that area (we encountered lots of traffic to & from), but that said you can't bet the space that you get here. The host is kind and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for two families traveling for F1. I liked the separate space of the mother-in-law suite. The pool was amazing.

Pari’s home is even better than described! The backyard, pool and spa felt like our own private slice of paradise. Our hosts were immediately responsive to any questions we had, and even helped me troubleshoot my laptop’s configuration to join their network within a minute of me sending them a question. The house is wonderfully convenient to South Beach and all things east of its location. We stayed there for my daughter’s college graduation from University of Miami, and I have to admit we did not accurately understand how much traffic there can be at all times of the day getting from us to UoM! That just meant we had to adjust our schedules a bit, but everyone agreed there was place better to stay in Miami, and nowhere else we want to stay when we go back!

I cannot express enough how appreciative I am for Marina's assistance during a difficult time. My apartment was flooded, and I needed a place that was easy to check into, clean, and close to my business. This Airbnb exceeded all my expectations — it was one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The house was as expected - and matched the pictures and description. Such a beautiful and well kept home. It was perfect for what we needed. Check-in was easy and the hosts were nice and easy to work with. Will was responsive and worked with us on an early check in and a late departure. He was always available and responded to questions almost immediately.

There truly aren't enough perfect words to describe this magical house. I've stayed at many airbnbs but Luis and Leo's home takes the cake. The pool space, the car wash shower, the beds so comfy, the kitchen is perfection, everything we needed was provided and included! Our hosts were helpful, and just a delight to know. We recently stayed at Vlad and Irina’s wonderful apartment in Sunny Isles Beach, and it was one of the best rental experiences we’ve ever had! The apartment is in a perfect location — just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. We especially appreciated the convenient parking, located right near the entrance, which made getting around easy and comfortable. The apartment itself lived up to all our expectations: spacious, bright, and fully equipped with everything we needed — from kitchenware to appliances. Having a fully stocked kitchen made our stay even more enjoyable. We also want to highlight how clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged everything was — it’s clear that Vlad and Irina genuinely care about their guests. Everything was top-notch, from communication to the welcoming atmosphere in the home. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly return again. Huge thanks for the wonderful hospitality!

The place was clean, the host very responsive, and the view spectacular. The only minor compliant was the A/C rattled in the wall occasionally but I am am very particular so many might not even notice. The value for the money was great.

This is our 2nd time staying at one of Edvard’s places in this building and we had a great time again. The host communicates extremely well and the apartment is very spacious, clean, well equipped with everything you need, has an incredible view of Aventura and Golden Beach, and is in a perfect, close location near the beach in Sunny Isles. Carmen's apartment is the best choice in the area by far. You basically get double or triple the space for half the money and the plus is Carmen is the most responsive and accommodating host I ever had in this platform. The apartment is in pristine condition, beach is steps away, restaurants and everything including the Aventura mall are 5 min away. 24hr reception, valet parking, laundry room, parking space and more. I really can't recommend this option enough. Reviews don't lie. It's a solid 5 star. Thanks, Carmen!

Extremely satisfied beyond expectation split image of what the host had posted . Best investment I made in a trip includes having a kitchen, bedroom -2 queen side beds, walking distance to a private beach catering to the condos residence . In addition, they provided kitchen essentials, beach essentials which are umbrella , chairs and children essentials which include a playpen, car seat. Definitely renting again
