Lovely, gracious, beautifully-decorated house. There's plenty of space -- it's bigger than the pictures make it look -- and everything was very comfortable. Leah was extremely responsive and made sure we were happy. - In a rainy May, it's less "trails" and more "trackless woodland" - You'll want to bring your own matches and containers for leftover food, but there are plenty of plates etc. for a big group. - I was worried that the road would be disruptive, but it still feels very secluded; aside from a few trucks Monday morning, I barely noticed it. We had a great time, and the area is beautiful!

Jessica's restored barn is amazing and one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had! The photos don't do it justice! The barn is unique and has the most incredible views! The sunset experience is A++, and the deck is the most serene place to have your morning coffee. The most impressive part is how clean the space is- I'm not sure how she does it! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need from a popcorn maker to a vitamix. There are spaces to sit, relax and nap in every corner of the house. It is immaculate, thoughtful, peaceful and comfortable. Bonus- if you love music, there is an insanely good CD & record collection. Jessica was so responsive to any of our outreach and we will 100% be back. *10/10 would recommend, this place is a total find!!

This was our second stay with Joe and Amy hosting us and it was lovely yet again! They are extremely friendly and responsive. The place is serene and gorgeous. We absolutely adore the chickens and thoroughly enjoyed the fishing spot they told us about. It’s a beautiful place to unwind and relax away from city life. We plan to return again!

I stayed at this cozy barn unit for a month, and it was wonderful. The apartment was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and perfect for working from home or relaxing on the couch. The layout was thoughtfully designed, and the snowy landscape made it feel like a winter wonderland—I even saw deer in the backyard! The location was quiet yet close to charming downtown areas with craft coffee shops, grocery stores, and boutique shops. The property matched the listing perfectly, and everything felt just as described. The host was fantastic—responsive, accommodating, and quick to address a couple of small issues while offering great local recommendations. The bed, couch, and desk chair were all super comfortable, making it easy to settle in and enjoy my stay. I’d definitely book this place again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy getaway.

Linda's place is exactly as described. Photos were identical to what you got in real life. Quiet area, 12 minute drive to Calicoon and Bethel Woods, about 20 to Narrowsburg where there are lots of cute shops and restaurants. The sunroom had a beautiful view of the fall foliage. We loved coming back at night and starting a fire to get cozy (much needed since the room was a bit chilly). Linda was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay.

I came after a big deadline & a lot of late nights - I needed time off. The Inn at Tyler Hill was just right. Delanie is so caring - she’s really just so nice! I felt so hosted in the best way. The bed was very comfortable - none of that bed-away-from-home nonsense. I slept well. Shower is fantastic. I took two showers a day just bc the shower is so great. So quiet. The only sounds were wind or rain & snow falling off the roof. All well enjoyed while on the sofa, feet up, wearing one of the inn’s Frette robes, sipping a cup of coffee & reading a magazine while listening to my little dog snore. 10/10 would rec & it is v close to NYC. Pro-tip: wine shop on your left on the way in from NYC when you reach Cochecton (Koh-shek-tuhn.) & if you want dinner your first night, stop in Calicoon on your way in and eat at the Creek Grill. Also, if you are driving from the inn/Cochecton to Calicoon & you are going down a dirt road, uturn, go left & let the map adjust.

Delanie took the most wonderful care of us. The barn was beautiful and better inside than expected. Delanie breakfast was delicious and the berries were to die for. It felt like staying at your mamas house.

The Inn rooms are clean and spacious with well-appointed bathrooms. The grounds are pretty and relaxing, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. A great place to stay for Bethel Woods concerts, as it's roughly 20 minutes away. We missed the fire pit because we were at a concert but would love to join next time. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We give this 5 stars across the board!

We loved our long weekend at Naomi’s home. From daily sauna to long walks to cozy interiors (true rustic modern minimalist charm), our kids, in-laws and us had a beautiful time. Felt like a real escape. Can’t wait to come back again.

Delanie was so hospitable! Great host, she even made us breakfast in the morning. Tyler Hill Inn was a cozy warm clean place to stay for me, my boyfriend and my cat. Would definitely book again in the future :)

Was fast in reaching out. Didn’t have a problem with the power outage. I think it’s just happens in bad weather conditions it’s not the owners fault if it happens it’s not something you can control.. it happens when it happens. Overall it was a nice clean stay for us

I love any part of this place especially the alpacas living in the farm. They are so adorable. My son enjoyed every moment. Thanks for the exceptional experience! Highly recommend it!

Spent an amazing weekend in Diana's accommodation! We already thought of rebooking this place in the future if the opportunity arises. It was such a lovely home and the room we booked had a perfect view of the backyard especially at this foliage season. Everything was clean and she had supplies ready just in case we needed to use it for cleaning/bathroom/etc. Definitely recommend her place.

Five stars all around. The place was great, exactly as advertised, and very cozy for a winter getaway. We love the fireplace and we really loved THE STOVE!! Plan on broiling something just to use the broiler. It's so cool. Thank you Nynene for being a responsive host. You made our Christmas vacation lovely.

This airbnb is definitely one of my favorites. It was fully equipped and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and beautiful scenery. The owners are super responsive and offered everything we needed.
