Tiny house holiday rentals in Sullivan County

We had a great getaway weekend not too far from the city. There was a concert on the premise which was a pleasant surprise...but it was communicated to us beforehand. Pictures of the tiny home was spot on. The surroundings were as advertised. We would definitely come back!

Great location with a great host, Bridie’s home is a wonderful place to experience NY state. From the privacy and comfort, to the peacefulness of the area, this was a much needed relief from the city life. Bridie as a host was very accommodating, had great recommendations and info about the local area, and made our stay welcome to where I’d recommend to anyone considering!

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy cabin! The space had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The peaceful setting made it the perfect escape from the city, and we especially loved the fireplace, fishing dock, and beautiful view! The kitchen was also very well stocked and plenty of firewood. Our host was friendly, responsive, and thoughtful—clearly putting a lot of care into making sure guests feel at home. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a quiet, memorable retreat!

We absolutely adored our stay! Ted and his wife were very quick with communication and she even gave us the history of the property which was very interesting. They felt like family but gave us complete privacy. We will be returning again and again for sure! The perfect weekend getaway!

This was a truly wonderful stay that exceeded expectations. A unique and peaceful property to step away for a minute. Easy commute to and from bethel woods for a show. Great hiking, swimming, with some hidden gems all around. Lovely hosts that make you feel at home.

Great find on Air B&B. . . uniquely decorated and gives the feel of a hunting cabin but has all the facilities, just off old route 17 but surrounded by forest and hills. Smooth communication, check in and check out!

This was our second stay and everything was perfect. Cabin is beautiful, private, clean and well appointed. Love the views of the river and.hillsides. As a bonus we even saw eagles flying around muliple times during our weekend stay. Higly recommend..

This was my wife's and I first time staying in a tiny home, and we absolutely loved it. It's really lovely. Marin's property is the main draw - a great area right outside the house to make a fire, to grill or just lounge. And the main draw is the stream down below; it's a little hike down, but so magical and beautiful down there. We spent an entire afternoon down there with a picnic. The only thing that was a little surprise, that wasn't in the photos, is that there is a neighbor close by. You can't see it in the photos - but that being said, it looks like a little farm and a pony was walking around and we never saw a person the entire weekend. But there is a house visible from the front door and lounge, BBQ area. Just to say it's not 100% secluded. But it was a non-factor for us. Our whole stay was completely private. Tons of firewood for fires - adirondack chairs looking towards the stream that we stargazed at night. It's reallyt a wonderful place!

My wife and I came here for an anniversary trip and had a great time! Nice open field for our dog as well. We will definitely be back! -Tommy and Abbey

Kerri was very helpful with the location. the home was cozy and comfortable. had a couple of little issues as all older houses have but me and my family enjoyed our time there, even had doggy toys and bowls for our fur babies. would definitely visit there again.

Our second visit to Randy's house was absolutely fantastic! We genuinely adore his place. It's truly beautiful, serene, remarkably quiet, and spotlessly clean – we felt incredibly comfortable and settled, as if we never left home. It's the ultimate 'home away from home,' and even our mini Aussie gives it two paws up! We would enthusiastically recommend this incredible house to anyone looking for a perfect, relaxing stay.

Beautiful cabin to get away to and relax for the weekend! The place was clean, cozy and peaceful, and there was a ton of great hiking nearby. Adam was super responsive and his instructions/recommendations were on point. Would 100% recommend if you’re visiting the Catskills!

We had a great stay at The Pond House. Despite rainy weather, we enjoyed the wood stove and beautiful view. We found everything we needed for preparing meals in the kitchen and used the guide book for lighting a fire in the wood stove. Be aware of ticks in the tall grass! We found several on us after going on a walk.

We absolutely loved our time at Will’s cabin! It has everything you could possibly need for a cozy weekend away. Can’t wait to come back!

The shower is pretty small so I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone over like 5’9, but my short boyfriend and I loved it! Amazing view, nice kayaks, and cute neighborhood.

Loved the location, it was quiet and serene for a break from a loud, haphazard family gathering. I thought it was perfect, especially for an early morning stroll in nature. If you're looking for a simple, peaceful, get-away, this is it.
