Monthly Rentals in Sugar Hill

Absolutely beautiful home to celebrate my wife’s birthday in. Accommodated my whole family and everyone couldn’t believe how nice the house was. It was everything we expected and then some. This was an amazing place to stay while enjoying the fall weather in Vermont. The location was very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by trees and across the road from the Connecticut River. Waterford itself doesn’t have much going on (which I liked!) but St. Johnsbury and Littleton are within 15-20min and have everything you need. The house was beautifully updated with all amenities needed for a comfortable autumn week, including a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry machines, fireplace, and a lovely screened porch + front deck to enjoy the weather. The bedrooms were comfortable and bright, I’d recommend bringing an eye mask since the windows didn’t have curtains. I loved the member-only area - it was worth the extra cost for the river access with private beach and boats/SUPs. I only went on my final day, but I wish I had spent every evening down on the dock by the river to watch the sunset! Overall I loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone looking for some peace and quiet

What a cozy and beautiful cabin! We had a fantastic white Christmas here and enjoyed many hours by the fire. Beds are comfortable and firm, everything was very clean, instructions were clear and you really feel private tucked back in the woods. Nina was communicative and helpful. We will definitely be coming back!
