Townhome holiday rentals in Suffolk

A lovely stay for myself and my colleagues - perfect location for us for a week. Very modern amenities inside, lovely swimming pool and brilliant bedrooms.

Me and my two boys (age 10 and 12) loved staying at Amy's home. She was lovely from the start - it was a last minute booking as our original Air Bnb booking sadly fell through so we were a bit stuck.... Amy saved the day and we were able to check in a little earlier which was very helpful having had a long journey and lots of bags! Being there without a car was no problem - there is a beautiful walk into Southwold through a gorgeous lane through the marshes... it takes 15 minutes to walk to the Pier which was perfect to send my boys off on their own.... and I enjoyed getting there early for sunrise too. The house is homely, light and clean. Comfortable beds and lovely towels. Friendly neighbours. The garden is a small sun trap too. We ended up booking two extra nights as I didn't want to leave, Would definitely stay again. Stayed 5 nights in total. Great place! Thank you Amy!!!!

Wonderful house in great location to be able to walk to beach, restaurants, take away etc. easy walk to town centre. Hosts were very friendly and informative the house is very well kept, lots of space for six people and everything you need provided. Nice outdoor space and safe for families, two parking spaces is very handy, along with two bathrooms and a toilet downstairs. So lovely to be able to see the sea from the bedrooms and living room. We had a great stay and would recommend thank you so much!

We had a lovely stay at the cottage which was extremely clean, very nicely presented and had everything you might need right at hand. The location was very quiet and peaceful and the corner shop was fantastic too. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend a visit

We had a wonderful stay for a long weekend with family. The communication with Sue was great and the arrival instructions were clear and made our arrival easy. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. Our accommodation was clean and airy. It’s a great place with lots of things to do. Thanks Sue. We made lots of memories.

We had a truly wonderful time staying at the Lookout. Lisa's house feels much more like a home than an airbnb, beautifully and thoughtfully furnished, spacious, immaculate and incredibly well stocked. The balcony and stunning views were the icing on the cake! We've stayed in a lot of airbnbs and this definitely ranks as #1. There are a few flights of stairs but we all left a lot fitter than we arrived, so no complaints! We're looking forward to returning to the Lookout in the future.

We had a fantastic week at Spinthrift. Everything about the house was just as described. Perfectly clean and well organized. Everything possible is provided and the house is very comfortable to stay in. I recommend it to anyone ,Charlotte

Had a great stay here with just the nicest, kindest hosts. Comfortable room and great to have private bathroom and own sitting room with desk for work (wifi is good). Debenham is a really nice village, with good pubs and cafes and a Co-Op within walking distance. There's also a woodland and lake to walk around, also within walking distance, so it's fine to stay here without a car. Recommended!

Jack was hugely accommodating and responsive - I was working close by at Snape Maltings for the music festival and this was a great location. Tidy, neat and clean - just as the listing is shown.

This was my second time staying at Kirsty's and it was wonderful once again! I love their home and they always make me feel welcome! I come into town for work and it is perfect for what I need. Clean bathroom and space, easy to get to work and very quiet neighborhood! Look forward to my future stays! Highly recommend!

Staying at Tim's house was truly special. From the moment he welcomed us into his beautifully decorated home we felt so comfortable. Our bedroom was just amazing with everything you could possibly need plus extras that were very much appreciated. Tim is a wonderful host and he treated us to the most spectacular breakfasts. Although the house is within easy walking distance of the town centre it was very quiet. We can't recommend Tim highly enough and we would love to come back.

I stayed with Denise for a few days whilst doing a course in the centre of Ipswich and this was the perfect place to stay - very quiet and peaceful, but easily walkable (about 20 mins) into the centre of town. Denise was friendly and welcoming and I enjoyed discussing different shared interests with her. She also very kindly gave me a lift into town with my (rather large!) suitcase on the last morning, which I really appreciated. Her place was exactly as listed and had everything I needed for my stay.

we had a pleasant four day stay, the property is ideally positioned to be close to everything but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. we found everything first rate at the property, making full use of the very good kitchen. living area and bedrooms were comfortable and the shower and toilets spotless. definitely would return

Check in was quick and easy, the house is smack in the middle of the heritage part of Harwich. The host was happy to make recommendations for places to go or eateries. The house oozes character, its over three floors and was beautifully decorated and fully equipped. It's on one of Harwich's main roads but inside it is quiet and peaceful. The heating was quick to respond when it was chilly on arrival and the hot water is instant. A small courtyard garden off the kitchen completes this really delightful stay. Harwich has so much to see and do and this place is perfectly positioned and well priced to make an amazing break. Thank you

I had such a lovely stay. I was on a work trip but also visiting friends. The property had everything I needed, I had such a good night sleep super comfortable bed. The kitchen was well equipped and the whole was spotless. I would highly recommend and I will be coming back to stay again.
