Our fifth stay here, so you can tell how much we love it! Comfortable cottage is lovely peaceful surroundings, well located to explore the Suffolk coast and surroundings.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at The Old Dairy. A beautiful place that is clearly loved and well maintained. Excellent accessibility features, very thoughtfully done and tastefully decorated. The games room is glorious! Kind, considerate host was there to welcome us and give us a tour. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Very peaceful location. The barn was charming and very comfortable. Helen was a lovely host. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay at this cottage! It was set up really well for us with a great twin room for our daughters, lots of games in the lounge and the kitchen area onto the big garden was great for the dog. The cottage is positioned really well, close to Snape and Aldeburgh, the farm shop is a 4 min drive and had everything we needed. We did lots of lovely walks including to the local village pub. We were really lucky with the weather and the garden having fields on 2 sides gave us beautiful views morning and night. The chocolates were also a highlight!

Chris and Melissa were perfect hosts. With a very friendly welcome it was nice to meet them as they were away on our last visit. Georgie their sweet dog was very happy to see us and our dog too. The barn is a real sanctuary and beautifully furnished with the best kitchen. Garden is shared with a private corner too. Our dog could wander where he liked as did Georgie. Thanks will return again.

A lovely place for a break away. Cozy, but with plenty of space for two. Lovely using all the facilities available.

The Mews at Snailwell is a beautiful property, in a nice quiet location. From the point of booking, Peter (the host) was on it through communication, with all queries answered at lightning speed. The photos really do not do the place justice……it is amazing. So spacious and well equipped. In fact there was nothing we felt was missing, a real home from home. If you are taking pets (we took our grandson), the front and rear gardens are super secure. The orientations offer both sun and shade. The George & Dragon pub opposite was a real bonus. The food was amazing and so were the team who ran it. Again there is a secure enclosed garden for well-behaved children and dogs. We highly recommend this property.

Loved our stay here The Granary was well equipped with attention to detail being very evident, we felt instantly comfortable and at home there. It was incredibly peaceful with amazing views and lovely places to walk and enjoy the surroundings. We found a fabulous restaurant with excellent service and very tasty food. A truly perfect place to spend a couple of days, a big thank you to Rebecca and Joe for allowing us to stay there

The Hayloft is a wonderful romantic haven , very relaxing and peaceful with beautiful views all around , Nicola is a great host who showed us around and was on hand if needed,

We had a lovely few days at Betsey Trotwood, the bed was so comfy we slept really well. The accommodation was perfect, and Bella our dog enjoyed the back courtyard. The information folder which Matt and Michaela had put together was very useful, it helped us to decide where to visit, plenty of very nice pubs which served high standard food close by.

We had a lovely stay and found everything to be very clean and comfortable. A very peaceful setting tucked away in beautiful countryside Rebecca was very friendly and helped us out by giving a lift to my daughter to get her car back which we had left at the wedding we attended . We really appreciated that

Back again to the delightful MPC. This is such a tranquil, relaxing place to stay when visiting the area. A must stay if you’re travelling in Suffolk. Lizzy is a fabulous host and always leaves a welcome present (chocolate chip cookies). All the facilities you will need and access to Netflix etc. Thanks again …back to visit soon!

Sara’s place is honestly a hidden gem. It is the perfect retreat for a peaceful relaxing stay. The accommodation is great, comfortable beds, top notch bathroom facilities and the kitchen is very well stocked. There are basics in the kitchen but I would recommend taking some oil, seasonings as we have to pop out for these when we got there. The garden is perfect for your pup to have a run around and is well enclosed so no escaping. I have saved Sara’s place as planning to head back there with my mum hopefully this year! It felt like a home away from home.

We have returned from an idyllic stay at this breathtaking barn. Every nook and cranny is decorated with beautiful antiques, artwork and musical instruments and the setting is wonderfully private with the bonus of chickens and sheep on the doorstep. The property is very charming, with the advantage of a sauna to relax in. We used this both nights during our stay and played relaxing music through the bluetooth speaker which made it feel like a spa retreat! The quayside is just across the road and a small convenience store selling essentials literally a few steps away. We walked to two of the local pubs (5 min walk away) and had some nice food outside as we were blessed with the weather. We spent a day in Southwold and visited Beccles during our stay, both a short 20 min drive away. Andy and Katherine are both so friendly and accommodating and we’d love to stay again soon. Thank you!

The house is stunning- beautifully designed and decorated with a warm and cosy feeling! The surroundings are peaceful and relaxing! There are lots of places to sit and chill out within the house too- and outside. All facilities are provided in the kitchen too! Great family stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed the 3 adjoined cottages as it gave extra space and privacy too. The games room is inspired - a refuge for older children or adults with table tennis, table football, a radio and outdoor games but an independent goal for our toddlers too with gocarts and balls. Walking routes from the door meant no travelling by car for us so we'll have to visit again to see some of the many sights we've yet to visit! There are quite a lot of stairs between all the cottages which the children loved but put their parents on guard! The views the hillside afforded though were magnificent. And the animals on the working farm were a source of delight. Well equipped, Kate was on hand should we have any queries.

This was a delightful, clean and comfortable place to stay for my birdwatching and walking holiday. I enjoyed the peace of being tucked away down a quiet lane, and the view out across the fields. Angela was very friendly and willing to help. I enjoyed meeting her and her little dogs.

Jacqui was very responsive from the outset, even before we actually booked. The old stables was a nice place to stay and everything was very dog friendly. Very relaxing place and everyone who we met were really nice, including the dogs. Lovely place to stay if you want to chill and alow your dog to have a bit of freedom. We were lucky we had nice weather too. Jacqui also left a few treats for us and our dog, which was a nice touch too. Thank you Jacqui!

We had the most amazing stay at Sprotts farm, in the brambles. The cottage itself was lovely and so homely, and there were lovely dog walks straight from the door, but to then add in a gorgeous outdoor pool and an excellent games room just propelled this holiday in to one of our favourites. Alica and family were on hand to help with any info if needed, but we're not overbearing at all. We would highly recommend Sprotts farm to anybody and will definitely return. Fantastic break in a peaceful area. Teaming with wildlife. The accommodation had everything we needed, was clean, check in was easy, i would highly recommend. Easy to find from the instructions given.
