Monthly Rentals in Stocking Island

We stayed in the apartment on the first floor. It is very bright and cozy. The view of the beach from the sofa or the armchairs on the terrace is amazing. The privat beach is the best, no people playing loud music just some friendly neighbors once in a while. The exterior is very lovely and thoughtful. We would love to come again sometime.

Our stay at Da Junkanoo Shack was one of the best experiences we've had. Our place was perfect for the two of us. Our hosts were so frienldy, helpful, and polite. We highly recommend staying here. When we return we will be coming back. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and great conversations.

We had a wonderful time at Tami's place! The house is super cute, so well designed, and in a great location that lends itself well to doing things on-site as well as serving as a springboard to other places/attractions. At the house, we enjoyed sunbathing, snorkeling (cool fish living right there whereTami and hubby built a wall in the water with stacked limestone pieces), and paddling the ocean kayak (we saw a nurse shark as we were heading out to one of the sandbars!). We loved the deck where you can sit and enjoy the cool breeze off the water while listening to the waves and admiring the view. As mentioned, we were close enough to zip into town to shop, visit beaches, and do an excursion without having to drive very far. Communication both prior & after arrival was easy and replies were super prompt. Once there, Tami had left a notebook full of info on every possible thing to do/see on the island. We loved our time there & wished we could have stayed longer!

Our stay with Bahama Bound in Palm Bay was everything we could hope for and then some. Our host Beau was not only easy but quick to communicate with he went above and beyond. He gave advise and suggestions on everything coffee shops, groceries, restaurants, our first day he even sent the tide schedule. The unit was just as described, it was clean, roomy, had everything we needed to cook etc. We really enjoyed having our coffee on the balcony while looking out over the bay, loved the view. The bed was super comfortable, wifi was also great we used all our streaming services. The location was actually better than we expected. We were five minutes from Smitty's Grocery also five minutes from the fish fry, ten minutes from the center of Georgetown. JollyHall and Hoopers Bay beaches were less then five minutes away. It was also perfectly located between far north parts of the island and the far south parts in Little Exuma. Overall we really enjoyed our stay 10 out of 10 recommend.
