Penthouse with Private Terrace Near Atlantis

Fantastic location! Centrally located to everything in Paradise Island. We were able to walk in flip-flops to Atlantis, the beach, and the Four Seasons. It’s about 1/2 mile from everything, yet incredibly quiet and peaceful. The condo was well-appointed, with everything we needed for the week. Air conditioner worked great, we were always cool and comfortable. All the kitchen utensils and small appliances made quick meals and morning coffee easy. Beds and bedding were comfortable- one of the bedrooms pillows were a little firm, and took some getting used to, but I’m picky with pillows. Bathrooms are also well appointed with towels, and while we brought our own toiletries, they do have shampoo/conditioner/body wash there if you need it. The pool in the complex was delightful, and we had it to ourselves most of the time. The gate staff were also very friendly and helpful. Chelsea is a great host- very responsive and thorough. We would absolutely stay there again!

This condo is a very good option if visiting Nassau and want to avoid the resort crowds. The unit is very spacious and modern. The pool deck is immaculate and the highlight of the property. I've stayed in this building before and it is starting to show some signs of wear and tear from the elements. The unit itself has similiar feel including the furniture. There is a lack of good quality, reasonably priced restaurants in the area so having a kitchen is helpful. Can walk to beach very easily. Enjoyed the stay and would return. Host is very responsive and helpful.

Great spot for an experienced traveler or anyone familiar with the Bahamas. The condo was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with an amazing balcony to enjoy the view. We had a bit of trouble with the check-in process, but aside from that, everything else was smooth. No complaints overall — would stay again!

It had such a relaxing vibe that made me feel right at home, but with all the charm of a tropical escape. The view was absolutely stunning—waking up to the pool and marina just outside the window felt like a dream. Whether it was lounging by the pool during the day or enjoying the peaceful sunset in the evening, every moment felt picture-perfect. The outdoor seating area was the perfect spot for chill convos and drinks with friends, and the lush greenery around added to the private, laid-back feel of the property. Inside was just as nice—clean, comfy, and thoughtfully set up. Everything was well-maintained, and the space had such a welcoming energy. It’s clear the host put care into every detail. If you’re looking for a place to relax, reconnect, or just have a fun weekend with your people, this spot is it.
