Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in São Paulo

Since the reservation was confirmed, we have had a quick response from host Tânia. The house corresponds to the ad, even being more beautiful in person. We felt welcomed and well installed. The house was clean, with kitchen utensils, bed and bath linens, in addition to a hairdryer, iron and other necessary items. They were very pleasant days in Tiradentes.

Excellent accommodation, very clean, organized, great furniture, clean bed and bath linens available, the house was great, bright and airy, air conditioning in all rooms. Mr. Ernesto was very efficient, sent several indications and maps of places to visit, very polite. I will return more often for sure.

What an amazing space! There's no better definition for this accommodation. I booked the space for a birthday party, and I was able to accommodate just over 30 people (including guests and buffet staff). From the beginning of the reservation, I had an excellent interaction with Ana and her daughter Vitória. They even offered a lot of support to the buffet staff. The place is easily accessible, close to SP at Km21, we had no difficulty with traffic or with the arrival. Still, we received detailed instructions from Ana that made the arrival even easier. Finally, it is noted that it is an extremely well cared for, well-equipped space, which conveys in the details the affection and zeal of the hosts. I loved the space, the guests loved it and we all had a wonderful afternoon/evening!

Cristiano welcomed us, was super requested before, during, and after the lodging. It gave us tips on where to eat and visit, responded quickly and the house is quite cozy. The accommodation does not leave anything to be desired, for sure a great option and we will be back!! On the cleaning, the bathroom was impeccable, but the house was dusty and we had to pass a broom. I believe it is because it left it open until our arrival. As a suggestion: 1 - the double bed that is in the living room has no curtains in the window, as it was as a couple, we do not use it, but the absence can harm privacy. 2 - for the climate of Carrancas the shower in summer is cold and in the winter very hot, if it were multi temperatures would help a lot.

Andreia welcomed us personally, the house was impeccable, fragrant and clean, very tidy, very well located and safe. We rested a lot and enjoyed our stay in the city, thanks to the location close to the main points (downtown and Unifei).

It was incredible days in this house, I went with a 4-month-old baby and my pet, super cozy, literally felt at home. we will definitely return, I wish I had stayed more days rsrs, what a beautiful city to get out of the stressful routine of São Paulo, I highly recommend.

The house is very comfortable, located in a quiet condominium amidst preserved forest. It corresponds directly to the listing description, with all equipment and furniture in great condition. The beach is quiet, well attended, mostly by local people. The condominium offers umbrellas and chairs. The host Fabio was very attentive, helpful and proactive. We only had one problem with the air conditioning in one of the was promptly resolved by Fabio, having no impact on our stay. During the stay we were able to count on the support of the housekeeper who provided us with a great tidying and cleaning and cooking service.

Candido was very friendly, smooth communication, and very responsive to messages.

the second time I use the apt of Itamar and I will definitely come back other times! in addition to being close to everything the difference is the check-in and check-out this is what I liked the most!!! off that if you want bakery there if you want bar top has if you want bar dirty there is if you want bar dirty there is if you want to go to the fair on Saturdays you have if you want to go to the fair on Saturdays you have if you want to go to the lottery has or is everything less than 3 minutes walk!!!!! The beach 5 minutes you get there and enjoy it and to park only stop in front of the good building or everything good! I intend to come back again!!! super recommend if you stay there! More located than this apt I don't know! That's what I was born in Santos I know everything there!

Great location. Spacious apartments. Peaceful and quiet condominium. Kind and proactive Host. Well furnished apartment. Outlets are all 220V, it is a point of attention for those who want to bring their own appliances and electronics.

My family and I had a great stay at the place. The house is very clean and organized, the region is quiet and the host was very kind and attentive.

SIMPLY AMAZING! THE AP IS EXACTLY AS SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS, THE VIEW IS BREATHTAKING, WAKING UP TO A VIEW LIKE THAT WAS SIMPLY WONDERFUL. THE APARTMENT HAS EVERYTHING, FULL KITCHEN UTENSILS. THE APARTMENT IS RIGHT ON THE SAND, WHICH MADE IT MUCH EASIER FOR ME WITH 2 CHILDREN. MÁRCIA WAS VERY ATTENTIVE, MY FAMILY AND I LOVE IT AND WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RENTING WITHOUT WORRY! NOTE: THERE IS NO GARAGE, BUT WE LEAVE THE CAR IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING'S GATE. THE STREET IS EXTREMELY QUIET!!!!

Great location, close to the water park and the boardwalk. Everything was very clean and organized! Attentive host, as well as the caretaker and the family who welcomed us. The issue of the apartment being a little uneven was noticeable but not enough to disrupt our stay. We would definitely come back!

The house is very cozy. Daniela and Sabrina (who is the person who received us there) are thoughtful and kind. The accommodation is a little far from the beach if you want to walk. I traveled with friends and how we were talking on the way it was quiet. The house is accessed by a staircase. If you travel with the elderly, it can be a bit uncomfortable. The house is cute! Excellent stay in Hicham's apartment, very comfortable in the place, the truth to recommend and come back every time we are in Ubatuba, a pleasure to have stayed in that nice place. Hicham is very attentive and helpful. We'll definitely be back.

The space is cute, very cozy. The building is very quiet. I hope to come back again and again. Communication with the Host was excellent from start to finish. I was greeted by Antonia, Cortez's wife, she is so cute and friendly, she welcomed me very well, showed me the building and the apartment and explained everything very well. Real estate in great place, we don't miss anything. Close to everything, bakery, restaurants, snack bars…The apartment was extremely clean. Kitchen with various accessories (although we used only cutlery and dishes), because of the location we do not feel the need to cook. Very polite porter. Only leaving an alert for the other tenants, the region is full of beggars, which does not take away the beauty of the beach, but some bother a little. Besides, we want to go back again and again.

Spacious, comfortable home. Great location, insurance, attentive building staff, very beautiful view. Maria responds super fast and is very helpful. Apartment smelled clean, no strong smells, no mold (which unfortunately happens a lot in beach houses).

Neusa's apartment is the same as the photos. The view of the beach from the room is addictive... all the rooms have a view of the sea, even taking a bath to see the beach. The location is excellent, close to everything and next to the Carrefour market, which is open 24 hours. Concierge staff are very polite and helpful. The apartment is very well equipped and I found the adapted bathroom superbacana. I went with my husband and my one-year-old son and we enjoyed it a lot. I intend to come back more often.
