Excellent cost-benefit, well located 750m from the Vergueiro subway. Bars, restaurants, pharmacies and a fair nearby. Very helpful host, gave clear instructions and responded quickly. Well-equipped apartment, with one of the rooms being quite small, but you can share the wardrobe of the next room, which was not a problem. I recommend it to everyone.

I and my Husband stayed for 3 days. Everything was Great; starting with the check in where Mauro was super flexible. The apartment was clean and organized, refrigerator and stove great, air conditioning freezes very well. We slept super well every night. Hosting is close to trade and easy access. Very good pool. Our days were great, we felt at home. Thanks Mauro and Jirlan. We'll be back for sure.

We had a great stay, the flat is the same as the photos of the advertisement! The view to the beach is amazing and the location is excellent, all very close, beach, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, shopping malls… the communication was also very fast! I highly recommend it to everyone!

My stay was excellent! The host was incredibly responsive and always ready to help resolve any issues. I highly recommend this place for the comfort I experienced during my 10-day stay. The furnishings are modern, cozy, and impeccably clean. The bed is on the firmer side, which was great for my sciatica—I usually struggle with beds that are too soft, but I had no back pain here. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and attentive, always available once they got to know me. The amenities are outstanding, including an amazing gym, pool, and sauna. The view is beautiful, and despite the proximity to the airport and nightlife, I couldn’t hear any noise when the windows were shut. The location is fantastic, with plenty of things to do within walking distance and affordable Uber rides available. I had read concerns about the AC not being strong enough, but the temperature was perfect for me. There’s also plenty of storage space for clothes, which was a big plus. I recommend it!

I really liked the place, Eleny is a great host, the washing machine helped a lot, the apartment is very good. The place has supermarkets nearby, pharmacies, etc.

The stay was great, we rested very well! The apartment is beautiful and super cozy with an incredible location. It's very clean, it's beautiful to see the host's care. Very careful and affectionate with guests. We will need to come to Sorocaba more often and we will certainly stay in the apartment again if available. See you next time!!!

I needed a place quickly, because I arrived in São Paulo and my other reservation had been canceled. In a few minutes I was attended to, everything was very fast and practical and I was able to check in without problems.

The apartment is better than what can be seen in the description and photos. The host was very kind, and provided useful information about the location. There was an unforeseen event that required postponing the check-out and the host was flexible. Near the place there are several meal options, a market and the internal market on site has everything you need for short stays. The big difference is the items for coffee and in the minibar as a courtesy to guests. I don't remember seeing this kind of treat anywhere else.

the condominium does not have the best external appearance, only the apartment, but the interior was very clean, organized and well decorated.

I was short on time, but everything was great. Luiz Antonio is helpful and solicited, it was super good people. The place is exactly the same as in the pictures, well cared for and comfortable. I recommend it!

The apartment and condominium are a charm, the location is great - market next door, bakery on the corner and is close to the subway station. The accommodation was clean and well equipped! Great space and wonderful host! A space with everything you need and very comfortable, a beautiful balcony with a good view. The bathroom has an unpleasant smell, but with the door closed, it does not pass into the bedroom.

It was very good because due to the location it was possible to go and return from the Maia Mall with ease and how the restaurants we frequented when we are in the city are inside this mall there was a lot of practicality for us to move and how our relatives also live nearby we could visit them and in a few minutes we were already on Airbnb very easily.
