Congratulations to Ivan for the house. Property located in a beautiful and quiet place, great for those who want to enjoy relaxing outdoor days. The house was well equipped with up-to-date maintenance, clean surroundings, a beautiful and clean pool, as we caught a little cold if heated would be perfect, but we still don't stop taking a dip. I highly recommend this place to enjoy with family and friends. Surely a place we would come back.

Tiva and his wife welcomed us very well!! very quiet space, we stayed only one night because we were passing through, we caught a lot of rain on the road and even a clothesline to extend our wet clothes had in the apartment, a great apartment for 4 people!! I'll definitely be back in the summer

Buda do Lagoa is a dream. Located on the magical hill in front of Rosa beach, with a beautiful view of the sea. The house is beautifully designed, keeping the elements of nature, and being there conveys a deep sense of peace. You sleep on the balcony with the sound of the waves. A few minutes from the beach and the downtown. Ezequiel and Ana were super careful and cooperative, and Ivonne was a very nice person, she helped a lot with the cleaning and brought a great energy. 10/10 recommendation, wonderful experience.

The house and the place are beautiful. The amazing look. The atmosphere is taken care of. The kitchen is very well equipped. Thoughtful and kind hosts. We'll be back!

The experience we had was amazing! It was a few days, with cold, but with the amenities of the house and Edu's hospitality made us feel at home. The place is beautiful (charming condominium, with access to the lagoon) and the house is delicious. It had everything we needed, plus firewood for the fireplace to warm the room. Nearby (by car) there is a complete range of commerce, with restaurants, shops, markets and conveniences. We will definitely return!

We loved the days we spent there, the apartment really is just like the photos, when we arrived everything was clean and very fragrant, very cozy! I highly recommend it! The place is wonderful, with easy access to markets, bakery, etc. We are speechless and already want to go back!

Amazing accommodation! The apartment is at the height of the treetops, which gives you surreal privacy. Very quiet, clean and complete. The gas shower is super hot, there are extra blankets and a very good air conditioner.

It's our first time in Brazil. I traveled with my best friend and arriving at Shirley's home was a gift to the soul. Cozy from the first moment, they welcomed us with their hearts. They're nice people. The room has a view of the sea and while you sleep, you never stop hearing the waves. It's like a melody for the soul. 🤍 If you're looking for something like home, this is where you have to come. Barra is very safe. You eat well and you can go out at any time to explore. It's beautiful. Thank you for the experience and for being nice people. That's very valuable to us. WE WANT TO GO BACK NOW! 🫶🏻

The location is situated away from the busy city, yet only a couple blocks from the beach. The facility has a gym, outdoor pool, and even a convivence shop on location for quick pickup items. You can easily walk on the beach back to the town center with restaurants and convivence shops on the way. Uber is active and an inexpensive way for grocery, shopping or restaurants. Both bathrooms have hot water showers and the two bedrooms have electric shutters for nice dark sleeping. Your host are both kind and respectful in communication and information. Florianopolis is a delightful destination and you have found one of it's shiny pearls.

Everything was perfect, it couldn't have been better. Very complete apartment, well decorated, extremely clean and very comfortable. The stay there was very good, I would definitely come back. Undoubtedly the best airbnb I've ever stayed in. Everything was extremely clean, fragrant, I really felt at home, the concierge staff were super polite, the building was very quiet, everything in the apartment was great, even if I tried I couldn't find any defects and as a bonus Julia was super attentive and helpful, a great host. It will certainly be my place whenever I need to return to Floripa.

Location faithful to the description, cozy accommodation and the view is beautiful at sunrise. I recommend it. NOTE: It is on the 4th floor, but there are 7 flights of stairs that make it seem like it is on the 7th floor, but this is only an impression due to the style of the building. If you have a back problem or a lot of luggage, think twice. Other than that, the place and the location were very good.

It was an incredible experience, John's apartment is extremely comfortable, everything was clean, cozy and the view of the beach is the most beautiful thing. I loved it; and I will definitely come back more often.

What we loved most besides the view, was the location, close to incredible beaches (we did everything on foot). Environment connected with nature, very well preserved. We will definitely return.

The accommodation was great, it was very clean, with clothes and bed and bath in good condition, close to facilities such as market and restaurants and the hosts very helpful. I'd definitely stay back in town.

Great spot in Centro Floripa

Vinicius is very kind and available. Condo: - Quiet. - wonderful gardens. - a very functional gym. The weather didn't cooperate, as it rained, so we couldn't use the outdoor pool, but the outdoor pool looked luxurious and the heated pool exquisite. Inside the condominium there is a small minimarket that helps you with the basics. Comfortable and functional apartment; kitchen with good appliance implementation. Consider that the beach is a 10-minute walk away.
