The very good site, for those who like sunshine is a great place, the accommodations are good and many mattresses, if it fits more people, only the picisna that was cleaned only two x that we spent 4 days of the carnival, the garbage we had to go down and take in the night place because of the cacchorros that appears, but the rest very good and for sure I will go back. The house is beautiful (even better than in the photos), clean, very well distributed, with large green area and super well cared for. Pool/ping pong table is great, we use it every day! We were in a group of 12 people, one of the elderly and four children between the ages of 2 and 9 years. Everyone loved the house! It is located about a 5 minute drive from the main street of Monte Verde. Rui, the host, and Keila, the manager, respond super fast and are cordial and very polite. We hired Dora as a diarist for the four days we stayed in the house. She was also always very polite and helpful. You can rent it without fear!

The hostess was extremely friendly, clear in all communications and always agile to resolve any issue. The house is excellent, very well-equipped, with full kitchen, efficient air conditioning and great showers. The barbecue area is isolated and, although it is close to one of the rooms, the soundproofing is excellent — there is no interference from external noises, ensuring a peaceful rest. For those who need to work, the internet is stable and fast, making the home office much easier. I definitely recommend it! It was a wonderful experience in all aspects.

AMAZING!!!! Welcoming a Grandmother's Home, that was the experience we had. Santa Cruz is a village full of beauty, culture and a history of resistance, a fishing village that I have had the honor of knowing for 30 years. Staying in Santa Cruz is a habit for me to recharge my batteries, but having such a welcoming experience was surreal! The house is impeccably clean, organized, with all the care of a grandmother's house. 🥰I felt so happy there sharing the weekend with the family. My children and I, along with my friend Gabi, prepared a beautiful breakfast in the garden, with a 360* view of Rio Piraqueaçu, a sea inlet with a beautiful mangrove forest around it. The house has a structure for the family to enjoy a barbecue on the balcony, which has a barbecue area and is right on the sand. This house is definitely My Beach House❤️. We'll be back soon. Chalé Xodó has exceeded all expectations! The place is extremely comfortable and welcoming, with a level of cleanliness and organization reminiscent of a high-end hotel. Beds are great and the air conditioning in the room ensures a perfect rest. We went in a group and everyone loved the experience. The space is ideal both for those who want to enjoy a fire, have a good barbecue or simply relax in nature. I simply loved it and I will definitely return!

It has no cooking utensils, which was warned and we brought a basics, which allowed us to have coffee in the apartment and make small meals. The location is not central, the best locomotion is by car, but it is easy to access the points of interest. At the Resort you have a very varied food offer: pastel, pizza, açaí, etc., as well as restaurants with buffet or executive dishes. Space and recreation options for kids, theatrical performances... It was a very nice stay. Would recommend!!!!

We stayed in the Manuela/Silvana space on the Easter holiday and it was a great decision. The space was clean, pleasant, allowed privacy to the group and very well equipped. It's far from downtown Buzios, but we love it because we wanted a quieter beach and then we stayed at Rasa. The tb condominium is well structured and secure. We're thinking of coming back more often!

Refúgio de Paz e Alegria em Família. We spent three blessed days in this charming place and returned home with a heart overflowing with joys and unique memories. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped by an atmosphere of indescribable peace. The only sound we heard was the singing of birds and the gentle murmur of the waterfall in the background, a true symphony of nature! The house is extremely well-equipped and incredibly cozy, providing all the comfort we needed to relax and enjoy every moment together. The large spaces were perfect for exploring and enjoying moments of conviviality and rest. The fishing lake was a separate attraction, ensuring good laughs and the opportunity to experience nature up close. And the waterfall in the background a spectacle! If you're looking for a place to disconnect from the world, recharge your energies amidst lush nature and create precious memories with your family, this place is the perfect destination.

Excellent stay, miguel and his wife was extremelly warm and helpfull during the entire stay. The place is very well maintained and offers an incredible enviroment for a family and friends scape from the city rush! Sure I’ll come back

Very good location, it has a bit of a dirt road but we had no problems. Wonderful stay, I loved the place

we were in a group of friends to go to the João Rock festival and the accommodation was super nice, everything very clean and well organized. Davi clarified all our doubts and also went ahead and gave us all the instructions. We want to go back to stay longer and enjoy the space more, which was very beautiful.

I would definitely come back more often. The location is wonderful. 10 minutes' walk or 5 minutes' drive from the center of Capivari. Super recommend the house.
