Privileged location, easy to find and with many options nearby, including bakery, supermarket and restaurants. Lili is very pleasant, very available and accommodating. It is undoubtedly a differentiated space and deserves a score of 1000!

I really liked the space, it was cold, but the room with the wooden floor was perfect, everything very well decorated and cared for, I recommend it to everyone.

I would definitely stay here again. A beautiful tree and greenery compose one end of the apartment through a very large window. The apartment has nice touches. Beatrice has done an exceptional job outfitting the apartment for guests. A toaster, Nespresso machine with capsules, an iron with the ironing board and soap and a bench by the door with hooks above and much more. It's rare to find Airbnb hosts who do such a good job. The building personnel are helpful. It's quiet. Stores, restaurants, coffee shops and more are in walking distance. It's the kind of place where you are happy to return.

Note 1000! I needed a flexible schedule because of my trip, and Renato was the only one who could accommodate me in the region. The studio is impeccable, everything is very well organized and clean, well equipped, the view is wonderful! We also enjoyed the pool very much, delicious! Great place, great host, central location but not too safe at night Thiago is a great guy and host! Always responsive, met me at check in, helped with the bags, showed me around, took me to the carnaval. Thanks man! The apartment is nice, clean and was suitable for a 2 week stay. Location is okay. Youre literally in the city center, not far from tourist attractions, but it could be quite noisy during the day and not too safe at night. Also theres a Sunday market right next to the building where you can get some great produce. Quite convenient Summary: despite a couple of minor drawbacks, this was a great stay!
