Holiday rentals with a home cinema in State of Minas Gerais

Everything was perfect!

There are many positive things about this apartment. It's really clean and well located. I wish we had extra towels and a set of linen for the sofa-bed, specially because we stayed for 10 days.

Believe me! You need to see Alissa's space. We felt at home. We will return for sure.

It was a real pleasure to stay at Fabio's. In the heart of Santa Teresa, located on a small street in front of the beautiful Parc des Ruines, the view of Rio is breathtaking. The apartment was clean, warm and very well equipped. Great restaurants/cafes are close by. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

We already knew the city but this was the first time in this apartment, we really liked the infrastructure, swimming pool, cafeteria, parking, the apartment is a good size, with protective screens on the windows, super important for those who have children.

Karina's place is even better than in the photos. Everything is very tasteful, beautiful decoration, excellent quality of bed and bath linens, dishes, cutlery, utensils. Everything is excellent! The condominium is well organized and safe. And Karina was super attentive and even left little things that made a difference.

Great house, Simone attended to us very well, always responded quickly, we were attended to in all requests, we were very well accommodated and comfortable, the house corresponds exactly to what is in the photos.

I live in Portugal and booked the accommodation for my parents who are elderly. The feedback they gave me was that they were very well received and treated by Mrs. Andréia(mother of the host) who lives in Curitiba. My parents also praised the good taste of the space and its storage. I am very grateful and satisfied with the stay, I recommend for sure!

What a beautiful place.. everyone who was in the house loved, everything in very good taste, super-equipped kitchen with high quality utensils. In the very comfortable and cozy rooms with super soft and smelling bedding games. The hosts thought in many details, such as entertainment such as pool table, outdoor cinema, campfire at last several things that by the way we love to use.. Ahh not forgetting the Rio that passes through the back of the house, that you arrive easily by a trail, that's what we went with 2 babies. We definitely point out and we want too much to be able to return..

I loved the house, super comfortable Aconchegante and extremely clean. A wonderful view I loved the cinema, sauna and floor fire I just missed more dishes and fabric napkins. To set up more beautiful tables. But it exceeded my expectations I highly recommend it

The house is great! Organized rooms, linens and bath linens make it very easy. Kitchen with new appliances, well equipped. Delicious leisure area! We enjoyed a lot! Easy and fast communication!

My family and I spent 8 days there. The view was incredible. We did lots of walks and stayed outside just admiring the surrounding! The hots were amazing and responded almost immediately! We definitely recommend this place!

The apartment is impeccable, just like the photos and description. It was clean, organized, with everything brand new and working perfectly well! The view is incredible. The location of the apartment is very good. The building's leisure complex is very good, very clean, and the staff are polite and helpful. The restaurant's food is good and at a fair price. Mr. Armênio was very polite and helpful, from the time I booked the trip until after we left. He gave us a lot of information about the apartment, about Park Veredas, about the city, restaurants, leisure. We will definitely return and refer to friends and family.

I really liked the location, lots of shops. I didn't like that the pools were freezing, you couldn't swim and the TV system was very confusing, it doesn't get the channels very well and there aren't many channel options, it's a little confusing to get in on the day you arrive and do the check-in. The Ofurô is paid but it is very hot and you can share an hour for more people 30 minutes for each, because you can not stay an hour. The sauna is also nice. The apartment is small and simple but well arranged. Rodrigo was very attentive, but it was worth it.

A comfortable apartment and full of amenities at our disposal, market within the condominium, toy library (my daughters loved), gym, laundry, and a huge and beautiful pool. The apartment has a cozy, fresh balcony with a very pleasant view. Comfortably a family of 6 people, has an induction stove, air fryer and all the utensils necessary for cooking, in short, it was 3 very good and comfortable days. And I can't help but comment on the kindness of the building staff who have helped us in everything we need.

By the announcement, you kept the promised , clean, location, organization, air functioned and well equipped. Certainly would return !!!

My second home in GO. 2502 is awesome

Wonderful place! We were in a group of 7 adults and a baby — a single bathroom required a little organization, but nothing that took away from the experience. The house is charming, super well located and Leomar was extremely attentive throughout the stay. I recommend it!

Quiet check-in and check-out, the apartment is new, and includes hospitality (bed linen and towels for use in the apartment) and storage. There are cookware such as silverware, plates and glasses. The pools are mostly cold, unlike the other hotels in Caldas. Just one that was a little warmer. They could vary the temperature from a cooler to a very hot one, to try to please the most diverse tastes. We only use it on the day of arrival, when we chose to have a meal there, sorry to be missing several menu products. We opted for a meat with cassava that was ok. The children used the society field every day and there were always more young people to play ball. We dine in the restaurants that are close to the reception, where there are hamburgers, crepe, craft beer, Italian restaurant and regional food. We intend to return in a warmer time to enjoy the pools and resort area better.
