Everything went very well.. the beach of geriba very close.. 2 minutes walking.... very friendly when leaving a conservative, umbrella and lounge chairs(2).. we saved something in our stay in buzios because of that.. The very nice complex

We reserve the property for the Carnival period (10 days). The house is very close to the sea, very clean, the large and air-conditioned rooms. The condominium is super pleasant, with barbecue area and swimming pool, very attentive staff. The owner Edson responds promptly to messages and has always been very requested. We love the stay and we hope to go back.

For those looking for peace, a cozy, fresh and reserved place the Fabíola loft is the ideal place. We had a carnival like we wanted, with family peace. Nearby dam and small muiiiiiito river near. Clean place without the smell of mold. It was great. Fabíola was attentive, quick, helpful, accurate in the information and kind. All great.

House is in a well located place, a little far from the center, in a quieter area, but close to supermarkets and other shops. 20 min from downtown Penedo Condominium with a very good structure. Great for spending a season with friends and family.

Can you come back now? The house is cozy, my family and I feel super comfortable. The condominium is beautiful, the staff are polite and helpful. Communication with Lucas was great. He is polite, assertive and this ensured that our accommodation was even better. The area is great for pets that, even if they can't walk around the condominium, they really enjoyed the house and the neighborhood. If you're going by bus, you can rest assured. It is on the side of the fair/fountain and you can walk to bakeries and markets. I recommend it with my eyes closed! The saddest part was going back home!

This is our third time in the house. The house we accommodate with great comfort. The condominium is very close to the beach which only facilitates the stay. I need to point out that EVERYTHING you need has in abundance in the house. Cleaning supplies, floor cloths, dishcloths, kitchen utensils, bed and bath linens, beach items. You don't care about any of this. The house is excellent!

We were very welcome by the caretaker Mr. Antonio, super polite , kind , helpful, cordial, the children felt at home , neighborhood of the condominium pleasant, all quiet , without clutter , without loud sound, a full peace , who seeks peace and safety better place. Easy access to the car center, beautiful beaches, the view from the window of one of the rooms is simply charming. When we arrived it was without light ; but by the end of the afternoon it came back. Another px a tv socket would be ideal, ( because of connecting more accessories ) Super recommend , I'll come back more often. It was my first experience, it exceeded all my expectations. Gratitude

Ana Lúcia is polite, kind, proactive, nice, a love of a person! Village indicated locations in the vicinity for eating. It has supermarket, pharmacy, fair, good commerce nearby. The space is quiet, safe, beautiful and well equipped. I highly recommend!!!

I recommend Carlos's place. Very nice place, very green, pool and very familiar. The comforts of the house excellent, very good internet and has all the necessary appliances so as not to miss your house. Fatima's place is excellent! The strategic location close to the center, combined with the wooded environment and the impeccable backyard, provides a quiet and convenient stay. Privacy and comfort are remarkable. The host Fatima is attentive and communication was great. I highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed with our 2 small dogs. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Lorena and Luan are very attentive and cordial, the house is exactly as in the photos (very beautiful) and with a forest in the yard that makes it unique. All enclosed and safe for our pets. When I return to Nova Friburgo, I no longer need to look for a place to stay.

This place is a gem in the Brazilian countryside! Extremely peaceful and a perfect getaway from the city. Lucas is extremely tentative to your needs and a great host. But this peaceful place comes with its challenges which is the way there. The road from the nearby towns to the Airbnb is unpaved, rocky, bumpy, and slippery when wet. The final hill up to the Airbnb is very steep. I would go so far and say that you have to have a rental car in order to stay here, which we did so it went fine. Just be aware of this. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful place that’s definitely worthy of the drive to get there.

We love the place of Regina, a quiet, airy and clean house, it is close to everything. Regina is super polite and responded quickly ! Mr. Edil (homemade) is a fantastic person, polite and always available! Our stay was great, we will be back for sure and I highly recommend the accommodations!
