Holiday rentals with a kayak in State of Minas Gerais

Wonderful house! Much better than in the amazing photos. Gilberto is super attentive and helpful. And this time we can still count on the incredible Ingrid to help with the cleaning and feeding routine. Our second accommodation is we will come back more often.

They were excellent, I recommend it 1000x and we'll be back.

The house is just wonderful! Large, airy and clean rooms. All with a view of the Lagoon. The barbecue right in front of the pool. Charming place. The condominium is very safe, with security guards passing by at all times. All rooms have a fan. The suite has air conditioning. All rooms have lockers. You don't need to bring anything, there are bed and bath linens for everyone. Mr. Nelson was very helpful and attentive to our requests. I celebrated my birthday and it was unforgettable. Thank you for all the kindness from the beginning to the end of the stay. The house is much better than in the photos, which seems impossible!

Our stay was simply wonderful! The house exceeded our expectations very clean, well taken care and equipped with everything we needed, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, the beds are comfortable. The place is wide, welcoming and quiet. Communication with Mila was also excellent, always attentive and available. We will definitely return and recommend!

We had a very nice week in this house. It is located directly on the water, with direct access to the sea. There were 2 kayaks available and a SUP. The restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The house is lovingly furnished. We discovered something different every day. Everything was kept clean by the caretaker couple who were always responsive. Guilherme was very accessible and provided us with valuable information. The handover was on time and easy. Everything is perfect for a relaxing time

We had an amazing time at Lucas' house! The house is super comfortable, accommodated everyone very well and had all the utensils we needed. The heated pool (for real) was undoubtedly the CHERRY OF THE CAKE. One point that made a lot of difference, especially because it was a long holiday, was the flexibility that the host gave us at check-in and check-out, allowing us to enjoy the stay even more. We were already familiar with the condominium, which is undoubtedly very complete. I highly recommend it!

Our second time in Paulo's little house was wonderful! We were there in 2022 and the experience was amazing again. The house is simple, cozy and surrounded by very green, a perfect refuge for those seeking comfort and contact with nature. It's like going back in time, but with all the comfort of today. On top of everything, the food served is homemade and delicious. We'll be back more often!

It was wonderful to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday at Raquel's house. The place comfortably accommodated our large family. In addition to being beautiful, the house is incredibly well equipped, so we didn't need to bring anything at all. We also had the company of Vani, who, by a separate arrangement, helped us a lot in the day-to-day tasks with great dedication and sympathy. It was a very happy weekend and we want to return as soon as possible.

The house was exactly as advertised , cozy, well-equipped and with a breathtaking view of the lake, which could be enjoyed from every room. We took advantage of every corner: the outdoor area, the balcony, the spacious kitchen... They were wonderful family days! The campfire at night, under the tree with the moon reflecting in the lake, was one of the most special moments of the trip. We went with elderly people with limited mobility and the house served us super well in this respect, especially for having a room on the ground floor. Only the bathroom box is a bit tight for those who need to use a wheelchair while bathing , which required a little more attention on our part, but did not compromise the stay. After all, we were very well instructed by João and Fritz, always helpful and kind. From before arrival until the end of the stay, they were available for any questions or needs, which made all the difference We highly recommend! Beautiful place, quiet and full of good energy.

The ranch and condominium are very beautiful, an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. The house is very comfortable and complete. Mr. Agnaldo gave us clear instructions for the checkin that made it very easy. The only point of attention is that it has many ticks, not only at the ranch but throughout the condominium. Even so, we'll be back more often!

Wonderful stay, spaces with impeccable decorations, rooms with excellent facilities (comfortable mattresses, great shower) with distance and insulation from the noises of the shared areas, full kitchen, excellent location, clean pool, in short there are no defects to describe the ranch, I hope to return other times

Jac's place is great and she is super solicitous! It is very close to the centre of Lapinha (type two blocks) but also overlooks the lake. The kitchen is super well equipped, we cooked every day and had everything we needed. The outside area is delicious, we hope to return soon!

We are in love and we intend to return! The house is a delight, super well taken care of! appliances and new utensils, really has everything that needs good pots to quality dishes and kitchen utensils! coffee maker, clean cloth strainer, good knife, glasses. HOTEL BED and PILLOW super comfortably! Soap, towels, toilet paper, everything clean and quality! we were greeted with a delicious and very affectionate aipim.🧡 The road is really complicated, if the car is low I don't REALLY recommend it. It's worth it when you get there but it's a point of attention. Well bumpy township, with grooves and stones slip and they can tear a tire that is not in good quality, quite tense until the arrival even with a high car so take everything you need food not to leave (the rest really has everything,) because after you arrive the place is so good that you forget the road! =) 2 suggestions for owners: 1 service light above the sink to cook at night / improve the last meters near the door

Very nice cottage, just like the photos. We spent days with very low temperatures, but the warm air and cozy blankets made our stay wonderful. A place for those who want peace and privacy, that's what we were looking for, and we found it there! Sarah, very attentive, helpful, always helping us and answering our questions. A very simple city, but with everything you need.

Very attentive and helpful. Breakfast is all homemade and is a delight. The place is wonderful, with full access to the river and is very nice to enjoy. It is also close to great waterfalls and the owners give us tips on where to go!

Escaping the hustle and bustle of Rio de Janeiro and finding this place was a happy escape from reality. The space was clean, accommodates two people with tranquility and comfort and extreme privacy. I confess that I felt cold, but because it was really cold. Haha, I took coats and bedding as Brenda instructed and it was perfect. From my experience, I don't have much driving skill, I was prepared to go there and not leave anymore. The space is well equipped and I didn't miss anything. I made everything I consumed and the logistics were good. They sell some things there at an affordable price (water, wine, soda, noodles, popcorn...) which also helps a lot in an emergency situation. Brenda was present the whole time and extremely helpful. Going from RJ the road is excellent and arriving there you have to be a little calmer but nothing too much. It's all in cobblestone, but only one car passes at a time in some stretches. You have to pay attention. Well-kept and beautiful place. It's worth the experience.

If I could give six stars here, I would! Wonderful and family environment, we were very well received! Gratitude for the welcome and affection of Val and her family. We will definitely return! The cottage was impeccable, fragrant and tidy. More than enough blankets for a cold night, plus I didn't have to worry about anything for the kitchen, because it was complete!

A very cozy place, comfortable beds, a great pool for those who have children , for those who like privacy and quiet this is a great place ! It has nearby trails, a small lake , all good!! The place is very close to piri , only the road that is not very good for low cars, 1.0 , more except for this I highly recommend the stay !!

Think of a wonderful place!!!! The Viver da Mata Space is simply pleasant, welcoming and cozy. Even more beautiful in person! The hosts Fabiana and Luis are excellent people. Attentive and concerned about the stay. You can rest, have fun... there are trails, kayaking, cycling and a lot of good things to do. The view of the dam is beautiful. The cabin is great, very clean, perfect bed and bath linens, well-equipped kitchen. An excellent accommodation with all infrastructure. It's well worth it!! I loved it... it's sad to leave. Thank you for creating such a nice space!
