The house is located at Rua Paraná 12, suite on the 2nd floor, with 20m2. Our suite is an independent space, with extremely good taste, queen-size bed, 200-thread-count sheets, also featuring hot and cold air-conditioning, for your greatest comfort, hairdryer, smart TV, table with stools, mini pantry with sink, microwave, electric coffee maker and minibar.

We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. All rooms are very airy, with high ceilings and large windows that frame the ocean view. The studio has a large outdoor balcony, where Gaudi's sofa invites you to sunbathe and gaze at the moon.
