A perfect place to stay! Megan is a great host! Space is lovely and the added touches make it special , so special I am coming to stay another week! Bed is cozy with beautiful sheets and extra towels . She provides beautiful soaps and extra toiletries . The area is great to walk around easy to get to beach and restaurants , views are just wonderful from the space. Wonderful place to rest after a long day . Thank you Megan see you soon!

This is my 3rd time staying at this beautiful oasis, and I can't wait to go back! We were on a girl's trip and we all felt very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, curling up on the super comfy couch, playing the games at the house, cooking delicious meals, and the nearby Pinball Museum! It was my first time walking home from the boardwalk, and I don't know why I didn't do it sooner! The neighborhood homes are beautiful and spring is springing! Tracy is an amazing host and she made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Can't wait to go back when the weather is warmer to enjoy the beach!

Overall, because our stay wasn’t planned as a vacay, but it ended up feeling more and more like a vacation. If you have to stay somewhere look him up. Stay at any of his places in , his team are above excellent. Never needed anything because he has a great group and he is a workaholic On a scale 1-10 Keith is probably an 11.

Very nice older home a few blocks from the beach and half a block from the main street in Belmar. Tiffany was very nice to deal with and was very accommodating with my reservation for me and a larger group staying in the home.

Check in was easy-interestingly enough some towels were provided, even though it said to bring your own.

Our (3) generation family including an aunt, uncle and cousins; thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Heather’s place. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom! The elevator was very helpful to the grand parents as well as the parents; that needed to carry their littles up to bed. The elevator was comfortable, well lit and felt very safe. We loved having the pool in addition to the beach. There was plenty for all of us to do on the boardwalk, rides and games for young kids as well as teenagers/adults. The beach was a very short walk; it even had live entertainment (tribute bands) a couple of nights. Even though I am a grandparent, I found that I am still the queen of whack-a-mole, winning my grandson a purple stuffed dragon on the casino pier!! Thank you Heather for sharing your home with us! The house was beyond great. It had multiple amenities and activities to do not only within the house, but within the location. In addition, we felt very safe during our entire stay and knew that the host was a message away. Overall, me and my friends would highly recommend this house if you would like a relaxing and fun weekend by the shore!

Absolutely incredible stay! From the moment we booked, our host was gracious, responsive, and incredibly helpful—every question we had was answered promptly and with care, making us feel welcome even before we arrived. The home itself was spotless—truly one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in. It’s clear the host puts thoughtful attention into every detail to ensure guests feel comfortable and at ease. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, like sleeping on clouds, and the linens were soft and fresh. The location? Stunning. Waking up to those gorgeous beach views each morning felt like a dream. Whether you're enjoying coffee on the deck or relaxing indoors, the view is always front and center. As for amenities, this place had everything! From a fully stocked kitchen to beach towels and even our breakfasts were provided for, nothing was forgotten. It’s rare to find a space so completely prepared for guests’ needs. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!!

This is the third year staying at this house. The home is in a wonderful area. Beautiful view of lake. Angel is great about ensuring a fantastuc stay. Will be back for a fourth stay

Great place to spend family time with walks/ biking along the bay and ocean. Brian was easy to contact, and made our stay comfortable. The Mule Barn Restaurant is in walking distance.

We were in town for a concert in Red Bank and the cabin met our needs perfectly. Ideal accommodations for two people and we were able to bring our dog along. An easy stay in a very comfortable setting.

Mac allowed us to check in early, which was a huge help as we traveled with our 93-year-old dad. Upon arrival, the check-in instructions were clear and accurate. The house was clean and actually looked even better than the pictures. The pool was very nice, and my brother swam every day we were there. It was great to have a full kitchen stocked with a plethora of cutlery, plates, cups, pots, and pans. We had a small issue with the tv as it stopped working. Mac was on it immediately, and the tv came back on within 30 minutes or so. Although it was buffering when we first arrived, whatever Mac had his ISP do to the modem/router, the tv and internet worked seamlessly afterward. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would stay here again. We were very pleased with the home! Thank you, Mac and Shama for being such gracious hosts!

You will just love it here! The grounds are well-kept and attractive. The pool and beach were lovely. The only issue with pool area is as soon as it opens, individuals take ownership of the tables with umbrellas by placing personal items on them yet no one may be there for extended periods of time. Those tables are the only respite from the sun which makes it challenging. Additional umbrellas over the lounge chairs would help or, simply not allowing “reservations” for the day- even better. I would suggest BYO beach chairs- the ones there are not ideal although nice to have been offered. Although we always had our beach/pool badges in our beach bags, personnel were not strict whatsoever. The unit itself is neat, well-appointed, comfortable and well-kept. The sofa reclines with the push of a button but is not a sofa bed per se. There is a foldaway bed in the closet of the master bedroom but we did not use it because space was limited. So much is provided and available and the view is spectacular. It was great to use the washer/dryer for small bits of laundry. The porch outside had two anti-gravity chairs and a pretty rocking chair with small tables to enjoy. We closed the black-out drapes in the master bedroom and deck doors during the heat of the day so that it remained cooler. The rules are simple and the check-in & out are easy. Lasolas Market in Rt. 35 North in Normandy Beach was close by and a great little find - bought a beautiful sirloin at butcher shop there and used huge onsite grill behind pool area. We rented jet skis and did some crabbing at Dockside Outfitters in Seaside Heights - great place. The Rt. 35 North offered many eateries, shops and ice cream shops- The Music Man for ice cream was cute. Point Pleasant and Seaside Heights boardwalks are short rides. Glenn was easily reached via airbnb and answered our few correspondences promptly. We appreciated our experience and Glenn’s hospitality. Thank you!

Carol's place was fantastic and just a block from the beach. The kids loved the place and the heated pool was such a great benefit. The place was exactly as described and the perfect amount of space for our group. We had great memories at the house and will surely book again when back in New Jersey.

This is a spacious, cheerful and beautifully decorated home for your Spring Lake vacation! Layout was great, well appointed, walking distance to both the beach and downtown shops and restaurants! We very much enjoyed our visit, and sitting outside in the quiet yard enjoying the sounds of the surf. The pool wasn't open during our visit (in October) but it's such a great feature for summertime and looked spotless. Julia and her husband were super helpful and friendly - highly recommend!

Had a great time staying here with family. The house was large to accommodate family. The beds were very comfortable and the home has everything you need. Host was very responsive for us. Easy check in and check out process. House was very clean. The views are absolutely beautiful from the home. Worth the stay.

Property is a very good place to stay . It completely matched as describe in photos . It’s a very suitable place to stay for 3 families and 12 guests. Each family can stay in 3 different floors. 2 cars can park comfortably. Jason the property manager and host is very responsive. Over all it’s a gods and comfortable stay .

Me, my husband, and my 3 kids stayed at Brendan's house for 5 days in August and we had an absolutely fantastic time. Brendan was very responsive via text and provided us with all the information we would need (and answered all our questions) in advance of our arrival. The entire house and backyard/pool area were very clean. Brendan had provided brand new shampoos and body washes for the whole family, and there were also more than enough clean towels. We really didn't need to bring anything other than our clothing and food! There was every type of cooking appliance and spice available, as well as plenty of plastic/paper goods. Finally, the pool was the absolute highlight of the house and the pictures don't do it justice. Very well maintained pool and backyard with lots of pool toys for the kids. There were also two separate eating areas in the backyard. Even with all five of us in the house, we loved playing foosball, swimming, playing xbox, and using the house as our "home base" for our day trips to all the nearby beaches and attractions.
