Beachfront holiday rentals in Spring Lake

We had a wonderful weekend at this apartment. It offers everything you could need on site. The oven operates very well. Sheets and towels are supplied. Although the beach isn't large, it's quite enjoyable to sit there in the morning to observe the kite surfers or in the evening to admire the stars. Highlands is a lovely little village with scenic walks at Sandy Hook or Hartshorne Woods Park. It was easy to get in touch with Rob, who consistently responded quickly to our messages. We look forward to coming back!

All in all a great stay, my only recommendation is if you are someone who likes to have a wash cloth pack some for your trip along with dish towels and extra paper towels. Otherwise a great location and Aron was very responsive and helpful!

This home was beautiful and Runa is an excellent host! She provided us with everything we needed and was always available to communicate throughout the process. The house amenities were great and I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Manasquan near the beach!

Five of us - grandparents, kids and a 5 year old - stayed here for our second time Elena was very flexible given the lousy weather. We had fun despite the yucky weather - flying a kite on the empty beach, going to Monmouth Park Food Truck festival, getting yummy soft serve ice cream at The Lighthouse, and exploring Pier Village boardwalk and Asbury Park. We’d gladly rent again.

The house was beyond great. It had multiple amenities and activities to do not only within the house, but within the location. In addition, we felt very safe during our entire stay and knew that the host was a message away. Overall, me and my friends would highly recommend this house if you would like a relaxing and fun weekend by the shore!

loved my stay in the cottage. steps from. the beach, quiet side street, and located near many places to eat, drink, and explore. the host was extremely helpful and responsive. cottage had pretty much everything you could need or want in a beach house. the beach was lovely. looking forward to returning again.

Of course estimating value of such things is somewhat subjective and dependent upon the market and location. overall we are extremely happy to have found Andrea’s home to enjoy thanksgiving holiday with my children and grandchildren in her home.

This beach house exceeded our expectations, it’s even more lovely than the photos. Everything about the stay was logistically seamless, and everything we needed was in the house. The linens and bedding were high-quality, and the entire home was spotless. It was wonderful to be in walking distance of Sea Bright’s shops and restaurants. I can’t wait to return!

Carol's place was fantastic and just a block from the beach. The kids loved the place and the heated pool was such a great benefit. The place was exactly as described and the perfect amount of space for our group. We had great memories at the house and will surely book again when back in New Jersey.

We had 4 couples along with a single guest in this beautiful house and had more than enough space. The pools were clean and big enough to cool us down. The shared courtyard had several clean gas grills, tons of seating and fun outdoor games. Clean bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms along with 2 spacious decks made Bahama Breeze a house we all hope to visit every year! It is an easy walk to the beach & boardwalk with a lot of places nearby to grab a meal and/or drinks. Having an Acme within a 5 minute drive, cooking at the house was also a great option.

Sharone exceeded expectations from before arrival. She was an excellent communicator, and was willing to accommodate adjustments due to a change in my travel schedule. During my stay, I found the Condo to be a very clean and modern accommodation. From spare essential items, to a wireless phone charger (which I needed!), the host had everything that was needed. Located in Seaside Park, two beach badges were included complimentary, and there was no noise from the boardwalk. While I was mainly working on my laptop as a staycation, wonderful restaurants are within a short walking distance. The host, Sharone would be more knowledgeable on this, and I recommend this host, and this accommodation.

This is a spacious, cheerful and beautifully decorated home for your Spring Lake vacation! Layout was great, well appointed, walking distance to both the beach and downtown shops and restaurants! We very much enjoyed our visit, and sitting outside in the quiet yard enjoying the sounds of the surf. The pool wasn't open during our visit (in October) but it's such a great feature for summertime and looked spotless. Julia and her husband were super helpful and friendly - highly recommend!

Alejandro’s place was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The house was roomy and comfortable and the yard was key with pool, fire pit and mini golf. We would stay again!

A true 5-star property and host. An amazing house in a beautiful area surrounded by water with access to a private beach. The house has been recently remodeled with a private king-size bedroom/bath. A second king size bed and 2 other bedrooms. The open kitchen and sun room are perfect places for a family to hang out and have meals. The amazing deck has a beautiful heated swimming pool, hot tub, kayaks and access to the waterway that runs through the neighborhood. The house has multiple tv’s including one on the deck outside. The house is in a lovely section of Mantoloking not far from restaurants and close to Point Pleasant and Seaside Heights attractions and boardwalks. My multi-generational family of 6 had a wonderful time and appreciated Donovan’s quick responses and superb communication. He was a wonderful host and we would definitely want to return again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful week.

This was a great find for our family. The location, house and owners were absolutely wonderful! It was our first family vacation with our son and it was so great for all of us. He had so much space to crawl around and we were able to relax. The house was impeccably clean and the perfect size. The backyard and the amenities were the best. We loved how quiet and peaceful the area was. It was close enough to the boardwalk to walk but far enough from the “craziness” that sometimes attracts the young crowds. It was very family friendly which is just what we were looking for. It’s nestled between a 7 eleven and a bagel place which was an amazing bonus just a block or so away. We would definitely recommend staying at Juliann’s place if you are looking for a clean, peaceful, family friendly place. Juliann and her family were very warm, welcoming and helpful. We look forward to staying there again next year!

We had a wonderful wknd at David’s beautiful house in the perfect location. Everything was exactly as advertised. David was easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend staying at this house.

I was so comfortable in Donna's house.. Her bed's you could sleep all night?. Neighborhood extremely quiet. But nice and clean. I would so love to stay here again when I come up to New Jersey. Donna thank you for all you do.

Bella's place is the perfect spot to discover and enjoy the special place that is Orange Grove / Asbury Park area. 1 block from beach, with view of water from the porch where I could have hung all day. Central to the main strip of this very cool and quaint beachside community. Lovely short walk to Asbury's funky, fun main drag. Bella's place is peaceful, comfortable, clean, and feels like it was recently renovated so it all felt fresh. Neighbors are kind, and cool, and Bella was a wonderful host. We want to go back for a much longer stay next year, and make it one of our annual escapes.

This place is like a piece of heaven on earth! Anything you can think of was included and available for use. The neighbors are great and the owners were a text away if you had any questions. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the boardwalk, but secluded from the hustle and bustle! Thank you for having us!

Our stay at Elena’s place was incredible. The house had every convenience, amenity and comfort we could have possibly asked for. There were so any fantastic touches from a welcome gift, to wonderful linens, towels, toiletries, kitchen needs and beach chairs and umbrellas. It was impeccably clean and so thoughtfully updated, maximizing every inch of space. The location was absolute perfection, literal steps to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. It was the ideal house for our family of four. Elena’s communication and responsiveness could not be beat and she communicated to us a number of times throughout our stay that she was available for anything we needed! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we look forward to returning!

It is a beautiful home within great distance to the boardwalk! The house came with beach chairs and badges making going to the beach a seamless experience! The house came with clear instructions so we knew what to do for check in/check out. Nick was very responsive to any questions we had and I would definitely recommend to anyone I know!
