Monthly Rentals in Spotsylvania Courthouse

We all enjoyed our stay, in fact my 18 yo specifically asked if we could stay there again next year. The space was clean, spacious and inviting. There were snacks and games, coffee for the morning, and nice features like security lights and extra blankets. The setting was very quiet, and my only negative is how rural it is, but that’s just the area as a whole. Very pleased with our stay and hope to return.

We had a lovely stay! The home is in a beautifully updated old house that still maintains its historic charm. Everything felt clean and thoughtfully cared for. It was peaceful and quiet, with pretty, farm-like views out the windows—great for relaxing. I also appreciated that it was just a quick 10-minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and even a 24-hour gym. One big plus for me: there were plenty of towels and pillows, which I always find makes a huge difference in comfort. Would absolutely stay again!

I had an excellent stay with Razon at Welcome Home - room 5. The location was perfect for what I was doing - very convenient to Lake Anna and I-95. The house is located near the end of a peaceful dead-end street, with wooded walking paths and friendly neighbors. It was spotless clean on arrival and well equipped. Razon was very responsive and helpful. I would stay at this location again. I highly recommend!

This Airbnb was exactly as advertised. It was spacious and clean. We loved the snacks, coffee and hot chocolate! We were visiting family in Spotsylvania and this was so convenient! We look forward to staying again in the future!
