Holiday rentals with a pool in Split

If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I would! Ana’s villa was the perfect stay for our group of 9. The space is large, spotless, and the backyard is stunning. We loved relaxing by the pool and feeding the cute turtles with fruit and veggies. Ana was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants, and even booking one for us. She also arranged a fantastic driver for airport transfers. On our last night, Ana and her husband, Mate, prepared a traditional Croatian meal for us, accommodating all dietary needs. They even brought a birthday cake for one of our group—such a thoughtful touch! We were truly blown away by their hospitality. We can’t say enough good things about Ana, Mate, and the villa. The house is exactly as described, two houses with sleeping areas and bathrooms in both allowing for privacy and space. The pool and eating area were lovely and there is a barbecue area. All in all a fantastic place. The house also has a convenient exit to the seashore. Mario is very attentive, checking in with us every few days. He even welcomed us with some drinks in the fridge (we arrived late). He also allowed us to store our bags after we checked out. He is an excellent host. Restaurants are a 15-25 walk away, so well worth using Uber, only €8-12 into Split. Thank you Mario for a great stay.

Our stay was amazing. The property was everything listed and more. Ilderin was the most helpful host, from meeting us to guide us to the Villa, to the arrival tour of the local area and even wowing us with a meal of the local cuisine. The villa itself was immaculate and extremely well equipped. The setting is idyllic. We were very sad to be leaving and can't wait to visit again.

Had a wonderful stay! The place is just like the photos, with amazing views out to sea and across to Split. A fantastic outdoor space with the heated pool and outdoor kitchen where we prepared and cooked all our meals. The bedrooms were comfortable, with good temperature control, blackout shutters, and well sound insulated from any noises outside. Recommend the short hike up the hill behind the house for even more amazing views in all directions. Nina and Petar were great hosts, proactively making contact ahead of arrival and departure, meeting on our schedule, providing great recommendations for things to see and do, and being easily reachable if needed.

Wow! A lovely villa, with spectacular views. Inside it is modern, well equipped and very comfortable. The outside area is incredible, with a beautiful pool and lots of space to enjoy the sun. There are views of the sea on one side, and mountains on the other. A very quiet, peaceful and secluded location that is not overlooked. Only the mountain goats can see! A perfect place for couples looking for privacy. Valentino was a wonderful host. Very quick to answer any questions, provide recommendations, and always keen to make sure we enjoyed our holiday. He visited a couple of times to tend to the pool and check we were happy with everything. The only drawback to this place is also the main benefit - its location. It's good to be away from everyone and have great views, but that requires a 10-minute drive along a narrow winding road to get to and from the nearest town. You soon get used to it, and after a couple of days you can tackle it like a local! Highly recommended!

Lovely place - stayed here with 6 friends for 1 week, the villa was clean and in great condition. Great amenities and location too, only a short walk into the city centre. The managers and owners were very helpful and responded quickly to our requests.

Very responsive host who was very accommodating. Villa was lovely on the inside with a great pool and a perfect space for people to relax and hang out. Would definitely come back soon.

It was a very good place to stay! Beautiful surroundings, close to a beach and with stores within walking distance. Bus connections to central Split was sufficient for our stay, although not the most frequent.

Thank you so much Petar, we had a lovely time in Split. The apartment was basic with everything we needed. It was super clean and tidy. Lots of places to eat and a beach literally across the road. The bedrooms had no aircon, but Petar had fans delivered the next day, greatly appreciated. We also had a very late flight home and he kindly extended our check-out time. Thanks again.

Anita was a wonderful host, proactive in her communication and provided very clear instructions (super helpful for us weary travellers many hours delayed on arrival). Her flat is super homely and comfortable and a quick taxi ride into the city. Would recommend

We had an incredible time! The location of the apartment was ideal with less than a 10 minute walk to 3 different beaches! There were multiple supermarkets also in 5 minuet walking distance. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped which was ideal for us as we made most of our food in the house. The apartment is small but perfect for a week’s stay for two people. Thank you Enis!

Great apartment option! The pictures correspond to reality. The whole complex is very modern and nicely designed. Communication with Paula (and her family) is more than easy. They are very nice, warm and very helpful. We felt very comfortable there. You live in a quiet neighborhood and can relax very well. The city is less than 10 minutes by car. Within 15 minutes walking you can reach a beautiful beach. If you need any help, the landlords help immediately and give useful tips on accessibility and further information. We are very happy that we stayed here and would love to come again. 10/10 great experience

Very nice and accommodating host. Nice with pool available. We rented a car and it is a twisted road down to the house and partly tight with parking. Rather recommend taking Uber - it worked very well. Felt welcome and enjoyed ourselves as guests! Happy to come back.

Great place, great host, great location, great beaches (careful on the left side of one beach there are tiny sea urchins that nobody seamed to notice) at 6 minutes walking distance. very quiet and peaceful neighboorhood and the hosts are so adorable you feel at home.

Elena was a spectacular host. She picked me up at the airport and took me to her home. It was a bit difficult to find the first time as it is on a pedestrian street but we quickly found our way around It is 5 minutes from EVERYTHING.. the beaches , green market, the palace and old town … The patio and pool made a perfect place to relax after a long day sightseeing

The owner is very welcoming, the house is very well located, very clean and functional, in a quiet place with a great view. A beautiful cove is a 1 minute walk away. A few minutes by car there is a tourist area with everything you need ( restaurants, bars, shops...). Only thing to pay attention to, if you are 4 or less you rent only one house and not both, in this case the outside and the pool can be shared with other people in the other house.

Amazing location, the view from the terrace and bedroom is breathtaking, the house itself is fantastic-very well maintained , it has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Kitchen is very well equipped with pans and pots, cutlery, dishwasher, oven, washing machine. There are multiple AC in the house to keep you fresh, towels and nice white bedding. Next to the pool there is a shower with fresh water, sun beds, umbrellas and a big table to eat al fresco. We couldn’t check in early, but the host let us park one of our cars at the house ahead of time. He welcomed us with a bottle of white wine. We were 4 people and loved it here. We felt we had a lot of privacy and plenty of space. Highly recommended.

Villa Nareste is located at the top of a hill, nestled in front of high cliffs with a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea! The place is spotless and spacious. We enjoyed using the swimming pool and sitting out on the deck. The kitchen was well equipped and the hosts kindly offered use of any food. We would highly recommend for those who enjoy a quiet and peaceful location and aren’t afraid of a steep uphill drive to get there!

We (two couples) had a wonderful time at the villa in Kastel Kambelovac. The sea view from the terrace and the master bed room is wonderful. We enjoyed the heated pool and the sea, that is directly in front of the garden, only protected with a small door. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We lived 10 days in the house and we got new bath towels and bed sheets in the middle of our stay. We also used the grill in the garden and had Sea bass from the fish market not far away. There is a very good restaurant only 5 minutes walking distance. You can also reach a lot of restaurants when you walk along the beach to Kastel Stari or Kastel Novi. Very close is a Beauty Salon called Samsara where you can get various of fantastic massages. Trogir ist not far away and worth to visit. We had a wonderful time at the villa. Our host was very courteous, friendly and helpful. We would book the house again at any time.

We had a wonderful break at this lovely spacious villa. The pictures do not do it justice. The hosts could not be more helpful and hospitable. They made us feel right at home - getting the mix of being at hand whilst giving us our privacy to a ‘T’. A simple taxi ride away from the beautiful cities of Split and Trogir. And easy to explore the lovely Kastela villages Would recommend this villa to others.

We so enjoyed our time at Home Sweet Home. The outside gardens are beautiful and a wonderful place to sit and relax. We stayed for three nights wishing we had time for more. The surrounding area is a beautiful place to explore. We will return!
