Holiday rentals with a patio in Split

Logement d’une propreté incroyable, on se sent vite comme à la maison. Canapé confortable devant la tv avec Netflix. Salle de bain propre. Les lits sont confortables. Mais surtout Merci car il y a plein de petites attentions à découvrir. Super séjour !

Ines’ was a wonderful host and her place is beautiful. She gave very in depth & clear instructions that were super helpful with checking in and finding her place. The view from her location is breath taking with a great walking/running path nearby. I would definitely recommend her place is you’re looking for a quiet getaway.

The unit was beautiful , very clean, well stocked with essentials, and had a great patio for relaxing and taking in the view. Would recommend and stay again if we return to Split. Any issues we ran into the host was very responsive and remedied any issues quickly.

Large modern exceptionally clean and comfortable apartment and very quiet. The apartment is very well equipped with lots of storage room. Lots of nice treats left by host for our arrival. Advantage of having a parking space. Katrina sent us lots of information about the area. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Davor's place was perfect for our stay in Podstrana / Split. The apartment is stunning and the balcony was amazing. It was nice to sit out there after a day out, and listen to the ocean waves. The apartment itself is very new and clean and just beautiful. The bathrooms are especially stunning. Davor was nice enough to receive some lost luggage being delivered for us. He was also very responsive to any concerns, and there really weren't any, but he communicated in the process very well. The check out time of 10 a.m. was a little early, and I'm glad I double checked it! Split is a 20-30 trip (it's not far but traffic can be slow), so it was great to have Podstrana as a base for exploring the area. I would not at all hesitate to stay here again and again. We had a wonderful stay at Andrea’s place! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Andrea was an exceptional host: warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She truly went the extra mile by thoughtfully stocking the house with snacks, soft drinks, and other welcoming touches that made us feel right at home. Her attention to detail and hospitality made our experience all the more special. Highly recommended — we’d love to come back!

Marijana was an excellent host and we had a great time with our little baby. She was very accommodating and gave us lots of helpful tips and was very responsive. We also really appreciated Marijana providing a travel cot to avoid us having to bring one with us on our holidays. The amenities in the house are great and the welcome pack was very kind. The location is a bit out of the way, past some dirt roads and an industrial estate but the house makes up for it definitely and great for family time by the pool and outside oven. Ubers to old town were only €7 so handy enough

Absolutely lovely apartment. Sandra was there to welcome us and told us to contact us if we needed anything Her Dad Boris next door came over with welcome drinks. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

Fantastic stay. Lovely welcome from Nikola who also helped us get to the apartment as we were having transport issues. The place was well kept and had everything we needed.. including a few welcome treats from the host. Loved the heated pool, hot tub and sauna which were easy to use. Beautiful views from the pool side. Easier walking down the hill to shop/coast/restaurants than walking back but ubers were quick and cheap. Were recommended some great places to eat locally. Wish we could had stayed longer.. would definitely come again!

We just finished a week in Stobrec and we really recommend this place. Stunning view and location but in close range of all you need. Stobrec has a lot of great restaurants and there is a local feel to the area than we really enjoyed. In top of this the hosts were very friendly.

Great place in a great location- very walkable to everywhere you would want to visit in split, two supermarkets right outside. We had a very nice stay

Es war eine tolle Zeit mit 3 Freundinnen in Split. Tolle Lage tolle Wohnung… Karlo und die Eltern der Eigentümerin waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend.Jederzeit wurdem unsere Wünsche erfüllt und super schnell beantwortet. Ein par Gläser mehr wären noch ein kleiner Tip! Super Wein und Wasser mit kleinen Snaks standen uns zu Beginn parat.Danke für die tolle Zeit wir hatten schöne Tage im wunderschönen Split. Claudia

Smještaj je odličan kao i lokacija, blizu plaži i dućanima, a i do centra je lagano doći šetnicom uz more.

Wat een heerlijk appartement is dit, met als grote bonus het dakterras met fijne zonnebedden, een tafel om buiten te eten en een zonnescherm. Het uitzicht is prachtig over de Adriatische Zee, het eiland Brac en de jachthaven. Op een paar minuten lopen van het strand, maar ook van het levendige centrum met het mooie paleis, de openluchtmarkt en de boulevard. Alles in het appartement is supergoed verzorgd, er stonden koekjes, fruit en drankjes klaar. Ook konden we al 1,5 uur eerder inchecken. De klim naar de 5e verdieping (100 traptreden) is een goede workout, en in de loop van de week werd onze conditie steeds beter! Het is het absoluut waard.

Stayed here with 2 other friends and had an absolutely amazing time, the place was spotless upon entry and the hosts provided extensive information on how to get into the place and it’s amenities. They are super responsive and helpful with any thing you may need, will definitely stay here again. Split is beautiful and this place is in walking distance of everything we needed. 5/5 stars as we have literally no complaints. Thank you for making this part of our trip unforgettable!

Très bon accueil de Goran et nous a fait visiter lui même l’appartement. Petit mais très bien équipé avec grille pain et balcon. Sommes à 1 heure de marche du centre historique mais navette gratuite 4 fois par jour à 3 minutes ou autobus tout près. Très tranquille! Nous avons adoré.

Everything was perfect! Bože came for check-in and checkout. Super nice and clean place. I would definitely stay there again with my family!

Toll ausgestattete, geschmackvoll eingerichtete, sehr saubere Wohnung mit Parkplatz vor der Haustür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank!

I fell in love with Croatia & Kaštel Kambelovac during my 1-month stay at Erma’s. Barbara, who was my support and contact person, was super helpful, especially when I had questions as I began learning my way around on the wonderful bus system. While you cannot see the water at all & there is little direct sunlight coming in (as there is a building acrosss the street that seems to house a preschool), the studio is charming inside (just as it looks in pics), & is only a 30-second walk from a little pebble beach, a long promenade with benches, and a yummy restaurant. Two more blocks gets you to groceries, a town square (popular with locals—not touristy) & coffee/drink bars. I so appreciated access to a bike to explore the waterfront villages in Kaštel, which had more outdoor dining in the direction of Trojir. Easy access to charming walled city of Trojir, much larger Split, & the airport by bus. Tip: I most loved beach bar with trees at nearby Gomilica. Plus be sure to download bus app.

Ankica’s place was perfect. My friends and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The place looked even better in person than in the photos—every detail was perfect, and the space was spotless and spacious. Ankica was absolutely wonderful; despite our late arrival, she waited up for us with a warm welcome, making us feel right at home. This stay truly exceeded our expectations, and we can't recommend it enough!
