Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Split

Davorka was an excellent host and responded very quickly and efficiently to us. She spent time with us explaining local transport and shared great advice on what to do and see. The place was spotless and well resourced. We loved the balcony with nice furniture outside and in. The washing machine was a good bonus. We arrived to delocious goodies and drinks in the fridge. Beds were comfortable and shower was fantastic. Parking was good and the view over the bay to the front and hills at the back was a bonus. We would recommend to others.

A lovely home away from home. The villa was spacious, had all the amenities needed and is in a good location, just a 5-10 minute walk to the local shop, bakery and beach. It was very clean and had a lovely outdoor pool area. Just don’t forget to pack your mosquito repellant!

Wir haben uns in dem alten Steinhaus, das aussen saniert und innen modernisiert wurde, sofort wohlgefühlt. Wir mochten die großzügige Terrasse mit dem phantastischen Blick über das Meer bis zu den Inseln. Der Innenbereich ist größtenteils mit wertigen Massivholzmöbeln ausgestattet. Auch sonst lässt die Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen. Der Schlafbereich unterm Dach wirkt gemütlich, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Insgesamt gefiel uns die ruhige und sehr private Lage des Hauses. Es gibt ein paar Restaurants, die zu Fuss erreicht werden können. Uns hat das Konoba Argola (unbedingt mindestens einen Tag vorher reservieren) mit seiner schönen Terrasse am besten gefallen. Die Bergstraße mit ihren engen Haarnadelkurven ist ein wenig lästig, aber es gibt genug Ausweichmöglichkeiten entlang der Strecke, ausserdem begegnen einem nur sehr wenige bis gar keine Fahrzeuge.

Goran was very friendly! He waited for us downstairs at the apartment building in advance and patiently gave us a tour of the apartment. The facilities in the apartment were exceptionally well-equipped, with everything we needed, providing us the opportunity to cook for ourselves. The location of the apartment was excellent—just about 10 minutes by bus to Diocletian's Palace, and there was a market only a 4-minute walk away. It was a fantastic experience!

Salió todo impecable, nos atendió Jakov en persona y es muy amigable. Fue flexible con el check-out y nos recomendó buenos lugares para visitar. Anfitrión perfecto. El departamento está perfecto, tiene todas las comodidades y es muy lindo.

We really enjoyed our stay at Diana’s apartment. The unit was very clean and spacious and in the perfect location. The kitchen was well stocked and having an in-unit washer and dryer really came in handy. Diana was very responsive and the apartment was easy to find. We had a great time in Split!

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location for access to the Riva and Diocletian’s palace and Bacvice Beach. Immaculately clean and well appointed space with all we needed for our stay in Split.

Amazing experience, i don't write reviews usually but Mr. Vinko and his wife Miss Tina greeted us so nicely from Day-1, we were quite late like 11pm on our day of check-in, not able to drive to the exact location (our fault), Vinko and Tina drove to us and got us home. We were late from our day trips during our stay, Mr. Vinko stayed put, getting the main entrance door for us, house is nicely designed with the awesome hall and kitchen area and the outside sitting area overlooking the sea. Big, very clean toilets. Absolutely clean linens, feels like new. Nice room fragrance maintained at every corner of the house. Overall, it is a very nice place to stay for a group or family. There are a couple of good restaurants at walking distance, the airport is 15 mins drive, Split Diocletian's Palace is 20-30 mins drive depending on traffic.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad. De kinderen vonden het zwembad fantastisch. Mooi rustig plekje als perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan kastela, trogir en split. Allerlei voorzieningen op loopafstand. Zeker een aanrader als je in de buurt een vakantieverblijf zoekt

The place was actually from Maria’s mother and she was so nice and gave us a lot of local recommendations. We stayed there to visit split and other things in the area. When by car this is the perfect location for that. The apartment was just like the pictures and felt really homely.

Without any hesitation we will be returning to stay with Mirta! Very responsive, available 24/7 and extremely happy to help! Father was able to taxi us in 8 seater when needed for ease, but we were also 2 mins walk from the main bus route to split, airport and Trogir (only places we visited) The place is the most well equipped Airbnb I have ever stayed in! If you needed a utensil or spices, the kitchen had them! The pool and hot tub were pristine, and we were able to use the pool hoover/Roomba easily so no need to swim in dirty pool or ask host to come and clean (it’s under trees so would have been full after a week!) The fishing village at the end of our road was stunning although we didn’t eat there. Supermarket was 1 minute walk from house, there was a Lidl just 5 mins by bus if you wanted larger store. Bikes were an added bonus that made visiting the town even quicker. Overall we couldn’t have wanted more Thank you Mirta and family!

Myself and my family had a beautiful stay in Split and at the Villa. Marja was super helpful, gave recommendations and also offered service for trips. The Villa is a 9 min uber ride to Split Riva which is just a beautiful town and great place to get boat trips to other islands. The Villa is a short walk to city centre one, a mall and eatery place and local supermarket. There are electric scooters at Villa which can make a quick trip to shop easy with bags. The Villa is spacious and quiet. Just what the doctor ordered. Thank you for letting us stay.

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt in der Villa. Man muss sich bewusst sein das fussläufig nichts zu erreichen ist. Dank Uber und lieferservice hat aber alles bestens geklappt. Die Villa, der Garten, Pool sind in einem top Zustand. Wir durften uns sogar an dem kleinen Gemüsegarten direkt am Haus bedienen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Ivan and his assistant Ivan also, were absolute stars,they picked us all up from the airport and any journey on our week stay they run us everywhere and even late return journeys they were on hand to pick us up. The villa is superb and peaceful and very clean. They offered suggestions for restaurants and bars and day outs. They were so friendly and a pleasure to meet. All our 9 had a great time and were sad at leaving. We will keep in touch and if you are thinking of going to Split make sure you book this villa. Ivan thanks for making our holiday a trip to remember,you were an absolute brilliant host and Ivan (driver) was a great reliable careful driver. We will miss you both.

A beautiful villa in a beautiful location. The villa exceeded expectations with plenty of space, clean pool, and everything we needed. There are beautiful coves for swimming, restaurants and a supermarket all within walking distance. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Would love to go back!

The house was beautiful and spacious with a nice pool in the garden.The host explained us everything and even brought us an homemade tiramisu on our second to final day! Overall it was a great experience and I'd recommend everyone who's looking to visit Split or the region to keep this Villa in mind! Couldn’t ask for better hosts, the most hospitable and lovely people.

A lovely spacious villa with great amenities. The location is an uber ride away from Split and Bruno was very helpful with recommendations and was very responsive.

Auch wenn den Weg zur Unterkunft etwas abenteuerlich war war es den Ausblick und dir Ruhe es wert. Wir haben in der Unterkunft schöne Erinnerungen gesammelt und würden es jedem weiterempfehlen.
