Family-friendly holiday rentals in Split

We had a fantastic weekend ! Thanks to Pava a truly sympathic and chatty person ! 😂 He helped in many ways.. Jacuzzi are amazings, garden is big, and swimming pool was clean, temperature was ok for this period, house pretty clean, it would need some renovation here and here but in a general way its ok Very close to city center so interesting to avoid taxis ! Neigbourhood very peaceful, with basketball and football courts nearbye that we enjoyed Thank you

We stayed here 4 nights and loved it. The view from the hot tub and balcony is breathtaking. Ivana and Mario were great hosts and very responsive. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment. It was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed, including [shops/restaurants/transport]. Great apartment with super location 2 mins walk from Riva and start of Marjan entrance

We had such a wonderful stay at Zvonimir’s place in Podstrana! The home was beautiful, clean, and had an absolutely stunning view, the kind you don’t forget. Zvonimir and his family were exceptional hosts: kind, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. One of the highlights was receiving some delicious homemade treats that made us feel right at home. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we’d absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

Amazing location, extremely walkable. Our host reached out to find out exactly when we’d arrive so he could meet us and show us the apartment. Very clean and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay here- loved the village and the local restaurants recommended- Marina is very kind and we were able to do our laundry and have a home while in Croatia- it’s a great central location for activities and sightseeing ❤️🇭🇷 we will be back

We had a great stay at Jasenkas place! The apartment was in a great location and we very much enjoyed the outdoor patio. She was very responsive and even went as far as to let us use her personal washer when the one in our apartment broke down. Would stay again!

just a wonderful apartment in the middle of town. there was a concert on the square downstairs and we had the best seats in the area. love Croatia

Très bon séjour dans le logement de Bianka. Refait à neuf donc était encore mieux que sur les photos que nous avions vu lors de notre réservation ! Bianka est une hôte très réactive, qui nous a beaucoup aidé pour trouver des restaurants et activités sur Split et alentours. De plus des petites attentions gustatives étaient à disposition lors de notre arrivée. Merci beaucoup !☺️

Excellent petit appartement à proximité du centre ville.Un petit jardin où il es paisible de se reposer dans un endroit très calme. Je recommande vivement ce logement,et vous aurez pleins d'indication de la part de votre hôte, n'hésitez pas à lui demander des informations.

We had a really nice time. The flat was really cool, ev n when it was really hot outside. The host is lovely and gives recommendations and responds very quickly. Overall a great experience!

Very comfortable stay. Walkable to restaurants and beach. Comfortable and clean property. Had a little issue working the TV in our room, but not a big deal. If that’s important to you, may need to get some tips. Overall very pleased and would highly recommend

The apartment is really nice and well maintained by Marijana. She ensured a comfortable stay with proper communication, and the location is ideal for solo travellers and couples. Her restaurant recommendations were top class. Old town is about 2km walk and also accessible via public transport. I definitely recommend this place to those who visit and would like to visit again.

Unterkunft hat eine super Lage. Gastgeber sind super nett gewesen schnell geantwortet und super hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft liegt nah am Meer. Einkaufsläden sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt sehr gute Restaurants und schöne Strände. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Fantastic property and fantastic host, can’t recommend this airbnb enough!! The villa was spotless inside and out and the host was so helpful! He dropped off fresh bread daily and even gave us a lift to the big supermarket a bit further away. Thank you so much for such a memorable hen party!

This is by far the best Airbnb we have stayed in. Spotlessly clean, great comms, extremely well equipped, spacious and simply perfect 👌. Very friendly hosts who couldn’t do more for us . Please don’t hesitate to book with them . You are guaranteed a fabulous stay . We will be back

Vi hadde noen fantastiske dager i Zrnovnica. Det var gode og romslige soverom og flere bad. Bassengområdet var nydelig, spesielt med hagestuen ved bassenget hvor det var god plass til både å grille, spise og spille brettspill. Og så var det grønt og fint rundt bassenget - og så kunne man spasere til restaurant langs elven bak bassengområdet eller følge spaserstien/veien langs elven ned til sjøen (det var cirka en times idyllisk spasertur). Veldig praktisk også med butikk rett over veien. Bussene var ikke spesielt pålitelige, så der fungerte Uber best - eventuelt leie av bil. Men siden huset og bassengområdet var så fint så sørget vi for å bruke mye av tiden vår der.

If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I would! Ana’s villa was the perfect stay for our group of 9. The space is large, spotless, and the backyard is stunning. We loved relaxing by the pool and feeding the cute turtles with fruit and veggies. Ana was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants, and even booking one for us. She also arranged a fantastic driver for airport transfers. On our last night, Ana and her husband, Mate, prepared a traditional Croatian meal for us, accommodating all dietary needs. They even brought a birthday cake for one of our group—such a thoughtful touch! We were truly blown away by their hospitality. We can’t say enough good things about Ana, Mate, and the villa. We’re already talking about coming back. Don’t hesitate—book this place, you won’t regret it. Thank you for everything! – Your Canadian friends 😊

oh where do I start, first time in Split and first time doing a villa through Airbnb can't see me going back to hotels if this the experience I get. The place was perfect, the outside space just amazing and inside so comfortable and homely. As must we all enjoyed Split as a holiday destination we all agreed it was the villa that made it. if such a thing as 11/10 I would give it.

This exceeded our expectations. The house is much larger than the pictures show with lots of room for our toddler to walk around and explore. The garden is just perfect with the pizza oven, bbq and swimming pool. It was all really clean and Dominik even provided us with bottles of drinks, some beer and loads of snacks for our arrival which was well received when we got there! Dominik also helped me with various questions including bus routes. The house is an easy bus ride into the old town taking about 10 minutes if you jump on the right one and is a 5 minute walk from the house. A convenience store a few minutes from the house is ideal for any bits you might need. We enjoyed our 6 nights here alot!

We loved staying in Marijo's apartment. Beautiful location with a view, pool, and he and his wife were extra sweet providing some food and drinks. It's about 30 min to Split and a surprising amount of traffic but great to be in the location. And private garage parking. Thank you for having us!
