Holiday rentals with beach access in Split

We absolutely loved staying here. The location was ideal as only a 3 minute walk to the beach and all the touristy things also very walkable. The house is so well equipped. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and evenings. Highly recommend!

This beautiful & comfortable apartment comes ‘highly recommended’ from our family!!! Josip was an amazing host, very warm, gracious and welcoming!!! He met us on arrival, and gave us very comprehensive information on the area - sites to see/restaurants, etc., which proved to be ‘very’ helpful! At the end of each busy day, it felt so good to come back to our ‘home away from home’. The location is excellent (& quiet), not too far (15 minutes or so) from the Old Town, the Riva and Marjan Park. The walk along the promenade, and the views along the way were a special part of our trip. There is a cafe just a short walk away, as well as a small grocery store. We loved our stay in Josip’s apartment, and would most definitely return if we have the opportunity to come back to Split!

The apartment was immaculate and very well stocked. We loved the food treats and having milk in the fridge. There were extra items including lovely toiletries and a bag with towels etc for the beach. We were directed to the parking area on arrival which was very helpful. Thank you so much for a lovely stay. We would recommend this apartment.

Jaksa was a wonderful host and really helpful after booking, before check in and during our stay. The apartment is spotlessly clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The bed is super comfy and shower nice and strong! Jaksa gave us some very helpful local tips and restaurants to visit - Matoni is wonderful with amazing local food and service. I would highly recommend staying with Jaksa, and will definitely be back! Thanks again!

great location, tucked in a little alleyway, in a courtyard. Quiet at night. just outside of the old town area. close to the markets which was great for cheaper coffee and wonderful fresh fruit. Apartment was compact but clean and the washing machine was very handy ( one of the reasons we booked) only comment would be to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, shower soap.

Great Airbnb, amazing location and it had everything we needed in the home plus more. Ivica was a great host throughout our trip. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Split.

Beautiful apartment in a great location for visiting Split. Restaurants, shops, and Split Old Town in walking distance. There was a bit more traffic noise than I am used to at night because of the location between two main roads. I would stay here again.

Jelena's apartment was perfect, very beautifully appointed and very well equipped. We were met by our host and her very helpful son on arrival and was given help carrying our lugguge upto the apartment. The apartment was centrally located for all attractions around Split and also nearby beaches, which can be a accessed by a short walk through the park just across the road from the apartment. The perfect home from home in Split. Very spacious for a family of 5 adults - super patio area that we took full advantage of. Fantastic location - walking distance to everywhere we wanted/needed to go.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Ivana war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit – bei jeder Frage oder Anliegen hat sie sofort unterstützt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt, man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Auch die Lage war perfekt: ruhig, aber dennoch zentral, mit vielen tollen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können den Aufenthalt nur weiterempfehlen!

Villa Karina was even more beautiful than the pictures. The inside of the house was well organized and clean. Loved having a washing machine and we just air dried clothes. The views were 10000% amazing and the grounds were immaculately landscaped. One thing to note is that because cars/taxis cannot go past the ramp, you have to pull your luggage down the road a few minutes and up the stairs to the house. This was a minor drawback to deal with as the house + views are worth it! Few thoughts on future improvements, if helpful: The shower drain was slow at times, so that could be an easy fix. The screen door and sliding door to the house were a bit tricky, so it might be helpful to get those adjusted as well. There were quite a lot of mosquitos, but we sprayed repellent and were mostly fine. Again, part of being by the water and we expected it. We will be back again as this house is a true gem!

Bruno hat sich im Vorfeld schon um alles gekümmert. Privater Transfer vom Flughafen war top. Wurde vom Bruder empfangen, der mir alles vor Ort gezeigt hat. Unterkunft war gemütlich, alles vorhanden und sauber. Alles ist in der Nähe zu Fuss erreichbar. Strand/Meer quasi vor der Türe. Tonlage. Gerne wieder.

The location was easily walkable to the ferry port for our boat to Hvar and then our all day boat tour. Located close to downtown area where shopping and restaurants are plenty. Easy to find and safe parking spot included down the street from apartment. Perfect spot for our time in Split, Croatia.

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at Sanja’s. The apartment was warm, welcoming, and had a cosy charm that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is ideal: just a short walk to the centre, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peaceful, quiet evenings. The space is compact but thoughtfully laid out - we especially appreciated the little touches, like having a washing machine available with detergent, salt & pepper, dishwasher pods etc. - it made our stay all the more comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time here and are already looking forward to our next visit!

We had the great pleasure of spending a week at Dragana’s apartment, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking not only for a comfortable stay but also for true hospitality. Dragana was incredibly kind and helpful – she took care of every detail in the apartment (cleanliness, equipment, a cozy atmosphere), drove us around the city, showed us interesting places, and always made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything necessary – we truly felt at home. It was a wonderful experience, and we’re very grateful for such a warm welcome. Dragica is a very kind lady said we could stay after check out time if necessary, went out of her way to meet us when we got lost, and gave us good advice about location.

Unterkunft hat eine super Lage. Gastgeber sind super nett gewesen schnell geantwortet und super hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft liegt nah am Meer. Einkaufsläden sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt sehr gute Restaurants und schöne Strände. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

The apartment is a short walk into the heart of the old town in Split with a great view out onto the Adriatic. It is a good size space for 3/4 people with everything you could need. Klajdi was a great host. *Outside of the apartment is a construction site but this did not take away from the view nor did it impact our stay greatly.

Antonela is an absolute outstanding host. We adored all the special touches everywhere. There was everything we needed and much more. Such a privilege to be staying in this 500 year old dwelling that has been lovingly restored. The opportunity to step outside the door and be immersed by this ancient village and feel it's magic was very special 💖 The location was a stones throw away from lovely local taverns, cafes, restaurants, shops, bakery and chemist. The love and effort Antonela has put in can be felt as soon as you enter. Many thanks Antonela and Srećko for creating a stay never to be forgotten. Hope to see you again🙏

Wat een heerlijk appartement is dit, met als grote bonus het dakterras met fijne zonnebedden, een tafel om buiten te eten en een zonnescherm. Het uitzicht is prachtig over de Adriatische Zee, het eiland Brac en de jachthaven. Op een paar minuten lopen van het strand, maar ook van het levendige centrum met het mooie paleis, de openluchtmarkt en de boulevard. Alles in het appartement is supergoed verzorgd, er stonden koekjes, fruit en drankjes klaar. Ook konden we al 1,5 uur eerder inchecken. De klim naar de 5e verdieping (100 traptreden) is een goede workout, en in de loop van de week werd onze conditie steeds beter! Het is het absoluut waard.

Top Unterkunft. Das Haus liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet und perfekt in der Nähe des Strandes. In Realität ist es besser als auf den Fotos. Die Wohnung hat alles was man sich vorstellen kann. Wir waren zu zweit und haben die Wohnung wegen der Nähe zum Strand gewählt. Für 4 Personen ist es gut geeignet und natürlich günstiger.

Great place! Very spacious, to us it was much bigger than the photos! Walkable to old town which was great. Goran is very responsive and helpful and check-in/out was very easy.
