Apartment holiday rentals in Split

Fantastic accommodation, would highly recommend to stay here! Iris was flexible with check-in, there were some suggestions with local restaurants which were quite helpful. We loved our stay here.

I had a great experience staying here. The host was very welcoming & helpful throughout my stay. The place itself was clean, nicely maintained, and just as described. I really appreciated the quiet location - it felt peaceful but still conveniently close to all the main activities. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again!

Tudo excelente! O anfitrião sempre disponível e bastante simpático. O apartamento era tal como as fotos e tinha bons acabamentos e com gosto. Pena o exaustor nao ter extração para o exterior… foi um dos motivos pelo qual reservei foi poder fazer refeições mas de resto tudo impecável.

This place is a jewel. The view from the balcony is wonderful - it is tempting to enjoy watching the harbor activity exclusively. But the short walk to the Riva and easy access to the commercial port facilities adds value. A grocery store is downstairs! Helena was very helpful with every question and particularly with guidance on places to see and means to get there in and around Split. Should we visit Split again, Helena's place will be first on our wish list.

Super spot! Felt right at home as soon as we walked into the suite - cozy yet spacious + in a great location. Damir was super helpful, personable, friendly and always responsive. Hvala Damir! (Note - no elevator but we didn't mind the extra steps each time we went out)

Superbly located - less than 1 minute from main square of old town. Immaculate and whilst quite compact it had everything we required with quality decor and kitchen equipment. It is on third floor with quite a tight/steep staircase. Host Bruno was very helpful - met us on arrival and carried our case to the top floor - and gave us useful suggestions re restaurants etc. Advise wandering away from the centre as some very nice restaurants just 10 min walk away. We really liked 'Fife' restaurant for seafood and it was reasonably priced. Highly recommend a trip to Krka waterfalls and also Klis castle if considering day trips out of the town.

This place was in the perfect location, right outside the city walls. Everything was clean and modern, the bed was comfortable. It was the perfect place for my stay as a solo traveler. Just be aware that because of its close proximity to the city center, it can be a little noisy, so bring earplugs for sleeping. But you can’t beat the location for easy access to all the restaurants, shops, cafes, sightseeing and all of the boat tours.

We visited Split for 3 days and found the apartment and location to be absolutely perfect for our stay. We were close to everything (palace, port, main shopping street, restaurants and bars) and had the freedom to be able to walk wherever we liked. The apartment is exactly like the photos with modern finishings and very clean. We would definitely recommend the apartment. Thanks again!!

We had an amazing time staying at Jere & Ivana’s home. Location was perfect in every way. Great access to shops, restaurants and a quick 15-20 minute walk to the ferry boats. The outdoor patio on the top floor was perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring Split. Very spacious bedrooms. Jere & Ivana were always quick to respond. We were very fortunate to have them share their home with us. The home is on the 3rd/4th floor so it may be a challenge for those who may be senior in age but we had no issue enjoying the residence. Thank you for the lovely stay. It was very comfortable for our family of four. Darko was accommodating and helpful the entire time, including catching us before we left a bag behind and bringing it to us at the ferry! What a lovely host. The location is perfect -- easy access to the pedestrian zone, restaurants, the park. But not as busy as staying right in Old Town Split. There's a beach a 15 minute walk away which was also nice and easy to access.

The place was great! Not a ton of floor place but plenty of closet space to unpack. Bed was comfortable, couch was great for lounging, kitchen was useful, and the balcony space was wonderful. Having a washing machine was also great, things dry really fast out on the balcony in the June heat. No complaints, would stay here again!

This is definitely one of the best Air BnB's we have ever stayed in. Great location, well equipped, super clean, and fantastic communication from a super responsive hostess. Location is walking distance to the old town, local beach, port, and a ton of good dining options. Irina's place was superb and I'd highly recommend it it to anyone.

Ela’s place was great! Only a few minutes walk to the main part of town and some of the best views of the port. It was exactly as described, easy to check in and had good WiFi

Ivica is a welcoming and responsive host. The apartment is well equipped. Perfect for a couple’s stay. Good appliances. 2 lifts to get you to the apartment. The neighbourhood is peaceful. It is within walking distance of the BacVice beach the Green Market and the Riva! It was a great stay and worth the price.

I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb properties and I would have to say this has been one of my favourites. there’s no question that are welcome by Baldo was amazing. He was helpful friendly fun and full of helpful tips. He remained in touch throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable and having fun in Split. The apartment itself was right in the middle of the action so we felt close to everything. It was beautifully presented, well equipped, and comfortable with everything imaginable available to us I would love to return one day and would have no hesitation in recommending this property as one of the best in Split.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, spacious balcony area perfect for a family outdoor dinner and relaxing in the hot tub. Easy walk into the old town - about 15 minutes. Marina provided clear check in instructions and recommendations on restaurants which we tried out and enjoyed! If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay and unwind after a busy day exploring then you should definitely stay here.

Josips place was great! The apartment was safe and comfortable. The terrace with the hot tub was great for evenings relaxing and taking in the views. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Split!

We stayed here 4 nights and loved it. The view from the hot tub and balcony is breathtaking. Ivana and Mario were great hosts and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Great apartment with super location 2 mins walk from Riva and start of Marjan entrance

We had such a wonderful stay at Zvonimir’s place in Podstrana! The home was beautiful, clean, and had an absolutely stunning view, the kind you don’t forget. Zvonimir and his family were exceptional hosts: kind, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. One of the highlights was receiving some delicious homemade treats that made us feel right at home. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we’d absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

Amazing location, extremely walkable. Our host reached out to find out exactly when we’d arrive so he could meet us and show us the apartment. Very clean and comfortable.

Great location for walking to The old Town, the Port and the bus station. Accommodation was very clean and tidy. Helena was very friendly and responsive to our messages. We had a lovely week. Out of the hosts control but sadly we were woken by the builders every morning at 7.30am directly outside the windows which was not ideal for our holiday.
