This place was absolute heaven! The location is something that should not be under-emphasized. Situated right on the Banana river with amazing sunsets and the ocean literally steps in the other direction - we felt as if we were on a tropical island. The pool was just icing on the cake! The property has a lush, green surrounding of amazing palm trees and huge bamboo trees. This property is extremely well taken care of. There are walkable (and good) restaurants in either direction from the property and the vibrant life of Cocoa Beach is just a few short minutes of a drive down the road. The hosts were extremely communicative and responsive, with great recommendations. The accommodations were the perfect size for two and the bed was extremely comfortable. One week was not enough. We will be returning for sure. Would give more than 5 stars if we could. Thank you for an amazing and relaxing week!

The guest house is exactly as advertised, very comfortable and while its not walking distance to the beach, there is a beautiful gated neighborhood to walk in. It's an easy 5 minute drive to at least 3 different beaches. The area is very private and comfortably upscale with beautiful sunrises over the Indian River . Helen's home is classic and beautiful. The guest house is 3 large rooms just perfect for 2, amply equipped with everything one needs for an extended stay. Helen as host, is just a lovely person and helpful at every turn. She recommended restaurants and things to do as well as providing great conversation and company a number of times during our stay. We had a very nice stay that was made better by Helen and all the preparation she and Charles put into the residence. I am sure we will be back next year to enjoy the comforts of home again. We had a great time!

The bungalow was absolutely perfect! Very lovely, comfortable and peaceful. We so enjoyed our stay and Brenda was very kind!

This was the perfect place to wait for my cruise to leave. The neighborhood was friendly, we walked to the beach with ease, it’s only 6 minutes away from the port, and the house was beautiful. If I ever leave from the same port again and this place is available, I will be rebooking!

Great spot by the river very relaxing, whole family enjoyed the Hot tub, kids had toys to play with, just a heads up, being close to the river and a small pond in the backyard, you’re definitely in natures backyard, overall we had a great experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing riverside retreat - just come prepared for the natural surroundings

Perfection. Quiet neighbourhood; great hosts; clean and spacious accommodation; enormous comfortable bed; plenty of storage space; we didn't even take advantage of the BBQ, outside seating area but saw a launch from the backyard! Even a night light in the bathroom! Treats awaited our arrival. I could go on and on. Fabulous and highly recommended.

Stayed here while we attended Formula Drift at Orlando Speed world. It was less than 10 minutes to track. Antonia’s place was clean and well suited for a visit. She was excellent with communication. I would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely be back.

Cristy was very nice and helped us in every way she could . The apartment was very clean but needs a little work done on it . It is in a very quiet area and there is any type of store or restaurant very close by .If you want quiet this is a very good place to stay.

Areen’s place is a peaceful oasis. She has crafted a really stylish space with a quiet outdoor space complete with bubbling water feature. The rooms are spotless and Areen treats her guests with lots of thoughtful amenities. I would highly recommend Areen’s accommodation.

Annie's Jungle Trail retreat is a very unique and private property! It is very clean, warm, and cozy, and in a great location. Annie checked in with me via text to see if everything was ok or if I needed anything. I plan on staying at Annie's on my next trip to Vero Beach. Thank you, Annie!

Audley was great! We even had to adjust our time, he was prompt with the response, understanding of the situation and very helpful changing what we needed to change

A stylish place very close to the beach! Definitely recommend.

This was the perfect place for us to stay as we came to attend a wedding in Mims, which was 20 minutes away. We felt safe in their lovely neighborhood. Everything was provided for us that we needed. Their backyard area was nice to stretch out on the chaise lounge chairs to enjoy an evening sunset. Deb was very responsive to communicate. We also enjoyed many of the local spots like Playalinda Beach on the National seashore and was able to use our National Park Pass. Nearby is the Manatee Observation Deck by Haulover Canal. Also enjoyed the 6-mile drive through Black Point Wildlife Drive. We loved the Warbirds Museum to see planes up close. Also got to see a SpaceX launch near the Space View Park. Enjoyed the American Space Museum since we'd already been to Kennedy years ago. Tree of Life Cuban Bakery was great for a steak sandwich that we split! The Space View Park / Space Walk of Fame was interesting to see all the astronauts recognized. Cocoa Beach close.

Very peaceful location. The suite was clean, and decorated nicely. Close to the beach and many local restaurants (5-10 minute drive). He had great recommendations listed with details. Highly recommend!!
