Convenient to many local attractions; Cocoa Beach (15 min), Port Canaveral (15 min), Space Center (25 min), Orlando (45 min). Within walking distance to Cocoa Village which offers theatre, restaurants , cafe’s, and nightlife. We have kayaks and bicycles for those who want to enjoy nature. This cottage is perfect place for special memory making getaway!!!!

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is handicapped friendly. We have available two ramps, elevated toilet and toilet chair, and hand bars. The shower has a shower chair, and pedestal sink. There are two sliding barn doors which will make the common areas into two semi private rooms. Check in is 3pm, check out is 11am. Canaveral National Seashore is 44 miles away. An island on the Atlantic Ocean, is a National Park.

Our cozy cottage is the perfect place for a quiet romantic getaway, cruise ship stopover or the business traveler. It is nestled within a quiet community with a privately gated entrance and shaded yard. There are two parking spots for vehicles. It is half of a duplex home located 1 block from the beach with many nearby restaurants and shops. It is just 1.5 miles from the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier, 2.5 miles from Port Canaveral and less than 20 miles from Kennedy Space Visitors complex.
