Townhome holiday rentals in Space Coast

Marianne's beachfront townhome is a wonderful home base in the beautiful beach town of Melbourne Beach. I especially loved all of the big windows to soak in the gorgeous view of the ocean from the den. I highly recommend Marianne's home for a beachfront getaway in Melbourne Beach.

If you are thinking of booking this space don’t hesitate! This was one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in. It’s comfortable and spacious and is so well stocked with great quality amenities. If you like to cook you will love all of the cookware and appliances. Jan is a very responsive host and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect for walking to either Jetty Park to watch the cruise ships sail out, to Cocoa Beach Pier, and of course, to the beach (literally 350 steps, I counted). We loved the 2nd floor balcony as well as the Tiki Hut. The condo had a great HVAC system. It was very quiet and kept the place at a consistent temperature. The air purifiers kept the air fresh and clean. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful beach house, short, walk to the beach and a short drive to stores and restaurants. This house had everything you may need for a comfortable family stay. Definitely a five star location. We would definitely come back. Had an awesome time.

Amazing place. Easy walk to the beach (about 1/2 mile) as well as a few restaurants. I stayed for 3 weeks, and will definitely be back. This will be my go to place in Cape Canaveral. Rich is a great host and very prompt when contacted. The place is appointed with anything you could possibly need. 10/10

This was a great place to stay especially with me and my familys last minute decision due to another airbnb fall out so we had to find something quick because we drove 18 hrs from home and needed a place to stay. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet area even though the highway is in the back you dont even hear it inside the home. Host is very communicative, they even reached back out to me at midnight when i messaged. There were plenty of beds to accommodate us we had 9 people and everybody fit comfortably. Thank you for the stay!

This was a perfect place to stay for our family beach vacation! The home was just as the listing described. The location was spectacular — just a block from the beach access! Denise was very prompt in responding to our questions. Overall, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home!

It is a very beautiful and updated-lace. I really liked having 3 bathrooms in the place. They were really responsive and fast to get someone to fix the fridge water dispenser. I’m so glad we picked this place up!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was comfortable, clean and spacious with high end finishes throughout. Great water views and lots of wildlife right off the dock, including daily dolphin sightings. Host was incredibly helpful and communicative. Would recommend to anyone.

The townhome is extremely comfortable, spacious, and clean. Stocked full of amenities and immediately felt like home away from home. My family and I loved the ocean view and very close beach access. On top of that it's right next to the pool for that morning or evening dip! Very secure and safe! Very short walk to the pier and near many great restaurants and attractions! Cocoa Beach is a beautiful destination and is on our top 3 list! The host Monique is very responsive and everything was a breeze! Highly recommend and in my opinion the best unit on the property! This house is clean and has all amenities you need. You can watch launches from the terrace but not all launch pads are visible so be sure to go out to the pier. There is lots of space and clean. We had a good stay and the house is great for its price.

The perfect place to spend your beach vacation with family. Close to the beach(1 block walk), comfortable,clean, and everything else you could need to make you beach vacation memorable. Blaine is a very responsive host and has provided just about everything you will need. We have been Airbnbing it for 10 years and Blaine's home was perfect. Loved drinking morning coffee on back patio. All the beach towels you need,Great beach wagon, nice New beach chairs and plenty of umbrellas! Even had a reclining sofa with enough seating for everyone. You will not regret booking this place.

It’s a lovely townhouse! The kitchen had everything I needed and when I asked for a high chair the host sent one to get delivered. Overall there was an abundance of items- things like towels, pillows etc and we stayed 2 weeks so that was great. The location worked for us because it was close to the beach, supermarkets etc but our favorite thing about the location was being a very close distance to the Gleason Park.

The peacock house that Richard is hosting is an absolute gem! The location is very convenient for any Cape Canaveral activities. You're about a mile walking distance to the Beach. There's also several great restaurants within a 10-minute walk from the house. I bring up all of this walk-in information because it's just a fantastic location for it, you walk outside and you immediately feel like you're in a beautiful Florida tropical rainforest. They've done a fair amount of beautiful landscaping all around the property. At least when I went the peacocks were in full force, they were everywhere and they're an absolute pleasure to watch and listen to. The home is warm and inviting, and has directions and recommendations for almost anything you can think of. They have a lovely outdoor shower. that's perfect for beach activities. It's very well set up for your Cocoa Beach or Cape Canaveral trips. I can't recommend it enough. Thanks Richard!

Our stay was wonderful!! I've never been in home with more character than this one. Everywhere you look in the house, there's a neat detail that catches your eye. The home is nestled in a beautiful tree-covered area. The neighbors were so friendly. Neighborhood felt safe and was totally walkable. We stayed for a week without a car and were completely content, especially since the walk up to the beach was so short. The beach was beautiful. The bed, couch, and blankets were so comfy. The kitchen was so nice and we cooked elaborate meals every night. Cannot recommend this home more. My boyfriend and I wish we could buy it!

Lees place was a cozy establishment just minutes from the conference we attended. It had everything we needed to make food at home and relax on the beach.

We were in town for the Kennedy Space Center visit before heading to Disney. This house was so great for everything we needed—close to great restaurants and grocery, quick and easy walk to the beach, short drive to space center, and relaxing in backyard with pool, games, and putt putt. You can see Rocket launches from the beach with just five minute walk from the house. The house itself was very nicely designed, amazingly clean and included all of the extras. We had a few questions for the house and we had quick and helpful responses. We have already recommended this listing to our friends looking for a nice stopover for cruises or space center visit before heading to Disney. Cocoa Beach itself felt like old school Florida and had a great vibe with all of the entertainment and restaurants. We had a great time and are already looking for a reason to rebook soon!

Best place we’ve ever stayed! No complaints whatsoever. They had bikes for the whole family to ride, beach chairs, toys everything we needed they had. Cleanest air b & b, felt safe, excellent location!

We had a wonderful stay at Laura’s home. The house was immaculate and so peaceful and comfortable. We loved being a short walk from the beach, and being able to lounge on the balcony after a long day. We had our toddler with us and really appreciated the children’s items (pack and play, baby gate, booster seat, games and toys) that were tucked out is sight but in easy reach. We didn’t plan on doing laundry on our trip but after a messy beach day it was so nice to be able to do a quick load of laundry (I wish my washer and dryer at home were this nice!). We were in Florida to visit family in the area and I am so glad I booked Laura’s home, it was like our peaceful little oasis that we could retreat to after the chaos the beach with a toddler and extended family. We will definitely be booking again on future visits.

We LOVED this place! Super cozy, clean, and had plenty of room for all 4 of us. Steven and his wife really thought about everything their renters may not only need, but want. They are so thoughtful! We loved sitting on the back patio watching the sunset over the pond. They are also extremely responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The neighbors are also friendly. One neighbor even gave my kids some stickers and patches! We will rent this place again if we ever plan another trip to the Space Coast!

CLEAN & COZY! Looks just like the photos. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Beds and pillows were SO comfortable - slept great! Master bathroom was very spacious. Loved having a second full bathroom upstairs and half bathroom downstairs. All were very clean! Couch bed worked out for my teen. There was slight road/traffic noise when loud cars would come through and also a nearby train. I always sleep with earplugs so it didn’t bother me. Just a heads up if you’re a light sleeper. It was nearby lots of places and only 10 minutes from beach. We stayed there for a baseball tournament at the Space Coast Complex and it was about 22 minutes from there - great location. Would stay here again! Thanks for having us! Beautiful home!
