The UCF Parents Retreat was absolutely perfect. It is just 10 minutes from campus! It’s a charming, cozy apartment that made us feel right at home. My daughter and I loved our stay, and even Lucy, our 12-year-old Cocker Spaniel, settled in immediately. The bed was especially comfortable, which was a huge plus. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting UCF!

Places is exactly what was promised. Very clean, well furnished, and stocked with all the essentials. Fantastic Location!!! Large sliding glass door, looking out onto the beach. With beach access Trail just steps away. Great restaurants within walking distance. Konstatin was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Just book it! You won’t be disappointed.

We loved the location of this house! Just a few minutes walk to the beach and dogs were allowed during certain times. We would definitely stay here again.

We just spent a weekend in Titusville and I have to say, this beautiful home was perfect! So clean and it had everything we needed. We even got to see a space launch like 10 minutes away from the house at a public park. It was absolutely perfect. I would definitely recommend staying here and would go back.

Very cute little house. Had 3 bedrooms. 2 full beds and 2 twin beds and 1 bathroom. Very clean and cute.

Clean house, easy to get inside and he even offered an extra day for free due to a cancellation from his friend. It had everything you need in the kitchen and he allowed pets. We ended up not bringing ours because plans changed. Beds were comfortable enough and the couch was comfortable to sit on. Updated look and not cluttered. The only thing that happened was there was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper and we ran out before we noticed. My fault I guess since I normally show up with some lol Thanks Brandon!

We traveled with our 3- and 4-year-old kids, and everything was wonderful. The place is cozy and quiet, very clean and beautiful. It’s close to the ocean, which was perfect. Honestly, we have no words — everything was just the way we hoped and planned. We’re definitely planning to come back again!

Place itself was as described. Property is located on the beach, pool is a quick walk from the room and had plenty of parking. Inside was clean and had been updated. The only issue we had was checkin. Code provided for mechanical lock was not correct. Sent message for assistance but took almost 40 min additionally to be able to get in. We understand things happen, overall a nice place for price.

My family of 4 stayed 2 nights at Ivars and Stephanie's place and we absolutely loved it. We were traveling for a short beach vacation and a little longer Disney stay and we wanted to be at the beach for as long as we could. Ivars and Stephanie were so accommodating and allowed us to have a later checkout on our last day which we are so grateful for. The location of this place is so perfect, just a 2 minute walk to the beach, it's a quiet and safe area and the condo is just as described. Also less than 1 mile from a Publix to grab any groceries you need for your stay, lots of restaurants, the boardwalk is super short drive, and a great putt putt/go cart place is just down the road too! Super clean, all the things you would need were provided, and beach items included in that! We loved our stay here and highly recommend!

Wonderful!!! Comfortable bed, plush towels, fully stocked kitchen with quality supplies, I could go on and on. The best part of all was the access to the beach and the chairs and umbrella provided! We walked to local restaurants and bars many times and really felt at home. Katelyn is a gracious host and extremely responsive. You cannot go wrong by renting this place!

This space was perfect for me and my husband. Had everything we needed plus some. Very clean space, easy access to the beach. Ana was so helpful and responsive. Already planning our next trip back!

Kristin’s place was beautiful and the perfect place for a quiet weekend! We couldn’t have asked for better, the pool was right around the corner and the condo had everything we needed and more!

Loved our stay here! The set-up of the condo was great. Decorations were beautiful! The place has direct, oceanfront views. Kitchen is very well-stocked. Found top-notch local restaurants nearby! The area is great - not overly touristy - but still close to everything you need, including groceries. Had such a great time here! Can't say enough good things!!

Best Airbnb ever! Check-In was super easy, our host provided us with a plethora of helpful information in regard to the surrounding area. They literally thought of everything! There was a Brita in the fridge, an ice maker in the freezer, washer/dryer, and everything else you can imagine. The space was spotless. Our host was great about checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back!
