Lovely home that felt and looked very clean, had everything we needed to feel at home, away from home. Stephanie was very responsive and very courteous. We had several last minute requests and she was not only accommodating but very kind and easy to work with. Would absolutely stay here again!

My wife, 3 pups and I had a great relaxing stay. Larger than expected backyard, great pool and outdoor area as well as incredible convenience to what felt like a private beach — rode bikes to the beach one day, drove 3 mins and parked all other days. AM Walks on the beach, convenience to groceries, shopping and any restaurant the area has to offer as well as quiet area … made this a perfect, flexible location for us. Terese provided recommendations and was very responsive to any questions we had. If in the area again, we will look to reserve again!

Great place! Would definitely stay here again! Loved the pool and close drive to the beach. Clean house. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen- had all necessary kitchen items. Enjoyed the local recommendations- went to Surfin Turtle 3 times for ice cream, our kids loved it! Quiet neighborhood! Felt right at home! Thanks for a great family vacation!!

Great place to meet up with family. Pool was awesome to enjoy family fun. Residential , quiet neighborhood not too far from things to do. Home was a great base to be together.

This booking is absolutely worth every penny. We were fortunate enough to have an early check in and late check out.The reviews don’t lie, this home is well maintained, meticulously cleaned and thought out. The host stocked shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers. We had three children with us aged 9 to 3 and they had the time of their lives. There is plenty of room for everyone there were 12 of us and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The kitchens are stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. The outside bar and grill are awesome. The host is very accommodating (The only thing I will say which does not by any means reflect the host as this isn’t anything they can control) is the mosquitoes at night in the back are bad but that’s normal for Florida. We bought a mosquito fogger and fogged the back at dusk before we hung out and were fine. Again, has nothing to do with the host more of a heads up to plan for a Florida environment. We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable—perfect for our family getaway. We especially loved the pool and hot tub, which were a big hit for both the kids and adults. The location was peaceful but still close to everything we needed. Kristen was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay!

We had a family vacation to experience the ocean and grandson to try and surf. The house was very nice and clean. The pool was excellent to come back to after a long day of doing things around town. Washer and dryer were great as well were traveling and needed to do clothes. The owner was awesome to work with on a couple things we called her about. Other than that we will definitely stay there again if ever coming back to the neighborhood.

Private beautiful home with a swimming pool and many other things to keep the kids busy. Home was very spacious with clean bathrooms. Love the kitchen area. Spacious and bright. Beautiful back yard with a pool and hot tub. I enjoyed relaxing in hot tub every night after enjoying the hot sun. Peaceful and quiet. Temps for hot tub could have been a tad hotter. Overall this home was exceptional.

We spent 10 nights here and loved it! The pool was great and I loved that I could keep an eye on the activities while grilling / making dinner in the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make a meal! The hand mixer was great for making birthday cakes. Beds were comfortable. I loved the beach chairs and umbrella that were in the garage. There were lots of beach towels as well. It was nice to not have to pack them. We would love to stay here again!

We had a great stay. Loved having a fresh eggs for breakfast and snacks for later. The king bed was super comfy, and the extra window ac was appreciated for the hot summer days. Thank you for being excellent hosts.

We have visited Cocoa Beach for Memorial Day weekend every year for the least 4 years. Our usual vacation rental was booked so we took a risk with this new Airbnb and we are so happy we did. We were welcomed to a spotless, newly renovated home exactly as shown in photos. It instantly felt like an upgrade. The host left a kind note with snacks, some bottled water, and every single amenity we needed. The washer and dryer came in very handy. Everything was exactly as shown in photos. We also enjoyed the shower with the moveable shower head which made bath time with our 4 year old a breeze. The home is about 5 minutes walk from the beach and is also super close to Coconuts and a variety of other bars, restaurants, ice cream shops. Host was super responsive and was kind enough to be flexible with check in time. This place was much more spacious, private, and modern than our usual economy rental for just a fraction more. It was a great value and we hope to be back again.

Great place! Plenty of space for our family of 5 adults. Enjoyed the game room and pool. Also appreciated the welcome snacks. Great location - easy to walk to the beach or drive a couple blocks and park. Leah was super responsive and proactively reached out. WiFi could have been better for gaming on Xbox and PS5 than but not the reason for our stay so not a big deal.

Very nice home with plenty of space. We only had an overnight stay but would choose to stay again if we’re ever back in the area!

What a wonderful place to stay! There was so much to do at the house to stay entertained, we barely wanted to leave. They provide literally everything you could need, and even had welcome snacks when we arrived. The house is close to a ton of great restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and the beach. We would definitely come back again in the future.

Loved watching the wildlife from the deck every morning! Saw a night time Space X launch too, from that same deck!! Great location!

We were happy staying and are planning to book again. Everything was clean and comfortable inside the house and no more than 10 minutes from anything we needed. The backyard was well maintained and so nice to have with our dogs, who were comfortable as well.

What a gem! This is a brand new property and the location is superb. Craig was very responsive and communicative. The location on the Archie Carr refuge was breathtaking. We walked off the pier to new turtle tracks and nests every day. We saw a green turtle returning to the ocean. We learned from professionals and volunteers the conservation efforts to save these magnificent animals. As with any new property, there are a few things still being tweaked. But the sunroom - what a serene place to read a book, spend time with family or take a nap! The pool is a perfect place to take a break from the beach. There is plenty of parking, and the opportunity to utilize both houses for larger groups is a great option. We had a memorable stay! afternoon nap!

We had a wonderful stay at Rebecca’s home! The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The highlight for us was definitely the pool area. It was peaceful, private, and surrounded by lush greenery. It was the perfect place to unwind. Rebecca was a responsive and kind host, and check-in/check-out was smooth and easy. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely come back again!

We had such a wonderful time at Lindsey's place. Very clean, new and an absolutely amazing location. She was an incredibly responsive host. The views from the master bedroom and balcony are unbeatable. Pool was plenty big, heated and some pool toys available in the garage. We were lucky enough to see probably 10-15 sea turtles swimming near shore as they were nesting on the beach at night. The "walk" to the beach was simply going over the small wooden walkway/stairs down to the beach. As easy as it gets! (the tiny path before the wooden stairs could use a solid weed whacking but was fine). Also, we got to see two Space X launches from the beach! It was a great trip with my three kids (11,8,6) and I would highly recommend Lindsey's place.
