House holiday rentals in Brevard County

We enjoyed our stay. We somehow locked ourselves out on the first night there and John was quick to respond. The pool got plenty of use with our kids. My favorite part of the house was its location right on the canal. We went paddle boarding and seen manatees and dolphins several times. The house was clean and comfortable. Overall the house was nice and John was a great host.

Great place to stay to go on a cruise out of Port Canaveral… very clean and close to the port!!

Lovely home that felt and looked very clean, had everything we needed to feel at home, away from home. Stephanie was very responsive and very courteous. We had several last minute requests and she was not only accommodating but very kind and easy to work with. Would absolutely stay here again!

Chelsi and Marc were perfect hosts - very responsive and helpful. The house is immaculate and very well equipped and the pool area is amazing. It was my daughter’s birthday whilst we were at the property and they had even arranged flowers for her which she loved. One of the best properties we have stayed in! Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Cocoa Beach.

My wife, 3 pups and I had a great relaxing stay. Larger than expected backyard, great pool and outdoor area as well as incredible convenience to what felt like a private beach — rode bikes to the beach one day, drove 3 mins and parked all other days. AM Walks on the beach, convenience to groceries, shopping and any restaurant the area has to offer as well as quiet area … made this a perfect, flexible location for us. Terese provided recommendations and was very responsive to any questions we had. If in the area again, we will look to reserve again!

This booking is absolutely worth every penny. We were fortunate enough to have an early check in and late check out.The reviews don’t lie, this home is well maintained, meticulously cleaned and thought out. The host stocked shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers. We had three children with us aged 9 to 3 and they had the time of their lives. There is plenty of room for everyone there were 12 of us and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The kitchens are stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. The outside bar and grill are awesome. The host is very accommodating (The only thing I will say which does not by any means reflect the host as this isn’t anything they can control) is the mosquitoes at night in the back are bad but that’s normal for Florida. We bought a mosquito fogger and fogged the back at dusk before we hung out and were fine. Again, has nothing to do with the host more of a heads up to plan for a Florida environment. We had a wonderful family vacation! 4 adults and 2 children. The hose was amazing and had everything we needed plus some. We cooked at home every day and did not find the kitchen lacking in any way. The beds and pillows were comfortable, neighborhood quiet and peaceful We would definitely recommend this house!

Fantastic place to call home while traveling. Very clean, thoughtfully laid out, private oasis with the hot tub. When the propane for the grill ran out, Heidi was quick to change it out. We left behind a few items and we were contacted right away; she set them aside until we could retrieve them. Highly recommend this little gem!

We had a wonderful time. The place was very cozy, and we felt right at home. Everything we needed was spelled out in a book or sent to me ahead of time, so I never had to reach out. It was quiet and private, yet it was close enough to restaurants and downtown that we could easily walk. I would plan to seek out this location in future visits.

Anabel’s place was perfect, a short distance from the USSSA Baseball complex, the beach, restaurants, and Grocery Stores all we needed for our stay

We completely enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was 100% stocked and we loved the large screened porch with Tiki bar and flat screen. The pool is a deep pool with depths of 6'5". They provided so many pool toys and floaties too. The pool table was so fun while the kids enjoyed the pool.

Excellent accommodations with an excellent price very reasonable. Ms Marcia is an excellent host. She’s very quick to respond and answer any questions you may have. Her home is in excellent condition with outstanding Furnishings and decorations. Truly enjoyed my stay. Will rent again.

The house is very inviting and clean! We loved the privacy and being in a quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of restaurants near by! The pool and hot tub were wonderful, loved not having to share it with anyone! Kayla was quick to respond to our one and only question and accommodated our request! We would highly recommend this house if you don't want to be around all the noise and tourists!

Loved watching the wildlife from the deck every morning! Saw a night time Space X launch too, from that same deck!! Great location!

Stella's place was beautiful, the pool was an added plus for all of us, kids didn't have time to whine. always busy! great place to stay if you want to relax and just enjoy

This was an amazing stay-cation for me and my family, we had an awesome time, we spent most of the time in the pool which was fantastic. Tha place was very clean and just as described on Nick's property. Great restaurants just few minutes away from it. Great place!!!!

It was an amazing stay we felt right at home wish we had of stayed there our whole 2wks I think the only complaint we could of said was that we wished for bigger pots because we are a big family but Sara was amazing and took very great care of us while we was there

We were very happy with this rental we had for a week. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and we never heard any neighbors. Close by are restaurants and shopping. The pool was a wonderful way to spend our afternoons after we had been out to the beach, Kennedy Space Center (9 minutes away), shopping, etc. The pool was clean and warm and had floaties to use. The inside of the house was immaculate and so cute. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. If you are looking for a house in Merritt Island, definitely check this one out. You won’t be disappointed.
