Our Stay at the Fish Shack was pure magic. Loved every minute of it. From the idyllic, beautiful location, charming, authentic folk art that filled the property, comfortable bed, linens, furnishing, well stocked kitchen, lovely deck and setting, we couldn’t ask for a more enjoyable visit and host. Thank you for sharing this little piece of heaven with us. This stop after our long trip cross Canada road trip was just what we hoped for and exceeded our expectations 😁. Thank you for sharing Val!

Our stay at Seafarers Hideaway was a truly memorable experience. The property has one of the most beautiful views we have ever encountered and it is extremely well appointed. They have thought of everything guests will need to have an enjoyable stay. The kitchen and pantry are very well stocked as well as the bathroom. We absolutely loved the fireplace and enjoyed most evenings by the fire. When weather permitted we enjoyed the outdoor fire area and used the bbq most nights. The muskoka chairs are perfectly situated on various parts of the property and we enjoyed looking at Peggy’s Cove with the binoculars provided. We would highly recommend this property as it is an hours drive to Halifax, Lunenberg and Peggy’s Cove, with much of the drive along the ocean. We would love to return someday and treasure our first experience in Nova Scotia at Seafarers Hideaway. Krista and Ken

Absolutely gorgeous pristine property with a beautiful fire pit and seating area. Great little walking trail that surrounds the property and follows along a brook. The hosts had every light clearly labeled in the house for which was which this was great when your unfamiliar with the spot. The hosts had clear instructions posted on the door how to access the walking trail, how to start the BBQ, how to start the firepit. Although not beach weather during my stay the airbnb was equipped with beach chairs a cooler and beach toys and boogie boards for guest use and also was all Clearly labeled stating so. Bathroom had extra "if you forget" toiletries. Small coffee area fully stocked with small snacks and espresso machine with full stock of pods. Another great feature was the bedroom had a small rechargeable fan you could use as hand held or lay on your pillow if your a fan person I loved this. Definetly recommend this airbnb and the hosts 5*

Very gracious host. Absolutely beautiful surroundings. It was magical waking up to the sounds of wildlife. The birds singing, the ducks and chickens. Very romantic out on the deck at night, under the stars. Can't wait to go back again.
