I cannot say enough about Dennis’s BEAUTIFUL home!!! Not only is it exactly as described it’s better! Pictures do not do it justice. I travel with work and have stayed at many Airbnbs and his is top of the list. I hope to be back soon.

Dale’s place was tidy and clean. The covered parking was nice and fit my long bed crew cab 1 ton. The appliances were very nice and the kitchen island made for a good social spot to hang out.

We are so glad we booked this place versus a hotel. Almost felt like home. The location was quiet and felt very private. The host has a beautiful back yard and we were sad we didn't have more time to enjoy it during our stay. The host was attentive and asked if we needed anything throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a place in the North Texas area. Thank you again for your hospitality. What a neat little place!

This is our fifth stay at miss Tracis place, that just about says it all, if we didn’t really enjoy the peace and quite and being close to everything to do in Sherman we surely wouldn’t keep coming back.. We love this abb and wish they all were as nice and peaceful a place to stay as miss Traci’s
