We enjoyed our stay. House was as described & was stocked well. Our only disappointment was in the containers/tops lacking in kitchen. Sleeping was perfect for our crew. We loved the lower level & outside seating— great outside access for our large group. We did wish there could have been some flexibility on check-in without fee but we understood. Kitchen was stocked well and house was decorated nicely. We did however find the temperatures of house to be very hot upon arrival and it took a while to cool off. Fridge was broken when we arrived(caught next day), it did throw a wrench in things for us (some food was unsafe to consume) but the matter was handled quickly & we appreciated the speedy fix and accommodations in the meantime. Very responsive host who remediated the situation and was apologetic throughout. Couldn’t have been handled any better. Easy to get to beach & instructions for house, beach accesss & everything else. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a RESET.

A lovely place to stay! We enjoyed learning about the history of the home, replete with local arts and crafts and even a drum that our two year old loved to play. The hummingbird nest just outside completed the experience. I'm so grateful that we had a chance to stay in Laura's place - would certainly repeat the visit!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Lisa’s in St. Augustine! The location was unbeatable - barely a five minute walk to the beach, with a taco stand and brewery at each corner and lots of amazing walkable places nearby (Kookaburra Coffee and Island Donuts to name a few)! It was barely fifteen minutes to downtown St. Augustine as well. The Airbnb itself was easy to find and had a parking spot. The space was clean, cozy, and comfortable, with an outdoor shower and dog run - it took all the stress out of traveling with dogs! We truly had the best time; my only regret is that I wish we had gotten enough time off work to stay longer! Lisa even allowed us a complimentary late checkout to enjoy more time at the beach. If you are traveling with dogs and looking for a simple, cozy, convenient place to escape to the ocean and historic St. Augustine, this is the place! We can’t wait to come back!

This was an absolutely wonderful experience. The house is unique and conveniently situated for a variety of activities (hiking, wineries, etc.). It's a labor of love and it shows in every thoughtful detail. It was also extremely clean and hospitable, with tons of well labeled light switches.

We had such an amazing and relaxing time! The host was super friendly and responsive. Ethan, made sure everything was perfect during our stay. The place is full of animals — we saw kangaroos, llamas, and many more up close! The kids had a blast. We went kayaking, fishing, fed the animals, and watched a beautiful sunset by the water. It was the perfect family getaway peaceful, fun, and full of nature. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay for a quick weekend away. We loved this house and enjoyed our time here. We enjoyed the retro feel to the house and loved the record player. Would definitely stay here again. Joanna was a great host and quick to respond to us.

The home is located in a beautiful area, lots of wildlife to watch throughout the day. It is in a very private area, but there is plenty to do within 15 minutes of the home. If you bring animals bring a kennel, once you get there the instructions will let you know that your animals must be kenneled at all times while you're not on the premises, which is totally understandable. All in all it is a great spot and we would rent from Betty again.

Great very homey place to stay very clean exactly like the pictures fishing pier is a little bit away from the place but that is the only gripe I can make of this place would 100% stay there again great price, very quiet location away from everything, and the host herself is very responsive answered every question I could have in a very timely and respectful manner made my first time using Air B&B a pleasant experience!

Naomi was a great host ❤️‼️ The Airbnb looked exactly like the pictures. The location was also great. She was very nice and friendly. I would definitely book again.

The house was well-appointed, cute and comfy. The location leaves you within a couple of blocks of the beach, a fancy rooftop bar or your local dive bar. We walked to Island Bike Rental and tooled around on bikes for a day. Just a really easy, lovely stay.

We had the best time on our first vacation as a family of four! Lauren and Jen’s place was not only an extremely convenient location to the pool and beach, but the carriage house was very clean and comfortable. We loved piling up in the king bed for cozy naps with our littles. All the extra amenities were such a nice touch, including the beach towels and chairs available to use. The hosts were also extremely communicative and answered questions promptly. Jen even went above and beyond when she had a Walmart delivery sent to the house that included film so that we could use the Instant Polaroid camera. The access to a high chair was also a very appreciated touch. Thank you, Lauren and Jen for a wonderful stay!

This home was not only beautiful and comfortable, but it was perfect for our family with 3 young children! Lots of space for playing, a huge yard (for chasing ducks and geese says my 2 year old!) and a decked out dock that turned my first timer children into lake lovers. Kristy was very responsive and kind. We hope to be back again!

The house was just as described and even more beautiful in person. The host was easy to communicate with and gave very detailed instructions. The front row location and private walkover to the beach was absolutely perfect for our group. The layout of the house was also really good for our group. Plenty of space for everyone. We all agreed we definitely want to return next year.

Has a private valentines getaway and it was perfect! The house is very cute and looks even better than the photos! It snowed while we were there and it looked amazing. Restaurants are about 10-20 minutes away so plan accordingly. We went to Kimu and it was delicious. The home is very cozy and perfect for 2-4 people.

Isaac was a fantastic host - he was very responsive, and made us feel like it was our own home. The house was great, the pool was safe and fun, the location is private, and we had a great time overall. I highly recommend this property!

My family and I were in town for my niece’s gymnastics competition and this little house was the perfect vacation spot for us! We ended up having so much fun, we asked if we could extend our trip and David was so accommodating. We had a hard time getting in the house at first and when we called for help he answered right away. It’s tucked in a quiet little nook in a good neighborhood and with the gated driveway, we felt very safe! My niece and nephew spent every free minute fishing off the dock, or kayaking with my brother in law across the water. The stairs into the water made it easy to wade or go for a full swim if you wanted to. My sister and I enjoyed relaxing on the covered deck watching the fam do all the activities. David made us feel like part of the family and provided s’more ingredients as well as a guest book so we could leave our favorite memories. Next time we come to Hot Springs, we are contacting David and staying here. Thank you Hoff’s for a wonderful vacation!

We absolutely love staying here! This was our second time staying at this house. Everything from booking to check out has always been seamless. The house is spotless. Christina is easily reachable and quick to respond. Dock views are amazing. In home washer and dryer are so convenient for wet towels and swimsuits. We have made many memories at this property. Book the trip! You won’t regret staying here.
