This is an incredible house! The river views were exceptional. The house overlooks a bend in the river and I could see a quarter of a mile in each direction. Inside there was everything that one would expect, plus some. With a lot of space inside and out (deck with grill and seating), this is definitely a great place for a group gathering. Enjoyed it immensely!

This was our second stay at this property and it never disappoints! Love the scenery, saw lots of wild life and the ponies are so cute! This is our go to place to stay when visiting Fredrickburg.

Jason is an excellent host. A lodger had caused an issue, and Jason was on it right away and solved the issue in minutes! I have stayed at this airbnb several times, and it has always met my expectations. Book it!

Mel was great to work with and her place was perfect for our large group! She responded quickly when we had questions throughout the weekend and was very accommodating! Lots of space for everyone to spread out, games for the kids to play, a big kitchen with plenty of utensils, dishes, pot & pans, plenty of refrigerator space, coffee was provided, & big laundry room! Everyone had a great time!!

The place was exactly what we needed. It was extremely clean and very private. The airbnb along with the beautiful nature immediately surrounding it is what made us decide to move to Twin Lakes. Amazing location in the mountains. It is extremely peaceful

Absolutely loved my stay! The lodge is a hidden gem and the views were absolutely beautiful! My husband and I loved the cedar hot tub, it was very peaceful. My dogs enjoyed their stay as well <3

Terry was helpful. She showed up right away when we arrived to help us check in. The space was very clean and worked perfectly for our 3 (partial) families. We did have blizzard-like conditions while there so it was perfect to have a cozy place to relax during the wild weather. We did use the whole house and each space was well-appointed and very clean. Lovely spot, very quiet and private. Close to Abingdon! It was the perfect base for our creeper trail adventure.

We had a wonderful three night stay!! Syresa had all the thoughtful touches—night lights, extra pillows, linens, toiletries. We all slept great—mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. The bedroom and bath had a lot of room to move around. There were a lot of options for staying in at the farm. There is a huge wraparound porch with lots of sitting areas. The farm was easily accessible to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge area or Gaitlinburg—both just minutes away but out of all the hustle and bustle of staying at a hotel. Syresa shared places for dinner and other activities for venturing out. The continental breakfast was ample and delicious. Hosts were friendly and made you feel right at home. We will definitely recommend this to our friends and family! Come and stay. You won’t be disappointed!

Excellent location close to Mammoth National Park. The expansive room was comfortable and clean, featuring a nice TV and plenty of towels (no shower toiletries, be sure to pack your own soap and shampoo). No individual room climate control but fan kept temps just right. Check-in instructions were minimal and we did not see hosts around, so we were a little confused upon arrival regarding parking, room location, and entry door (hint: head up the exterior wooden staircase but watch your head!). The room had a wee fridge, which worked great. Looked like shared hallway supplies needed a bit of stocking attention (one plate, no tea kettle, no creamer), but lovely selection of teas and pretty china cups to use. Lovely shared main area downstairs with chairs and tables and a little museum (no breakfast items, bevvies, or snacks, so bring your own). Overall comfy, private spot super close to the park.

Absolutely amazing place! Airbnb was the cutest, had everything we needed! Perfect location! We were able to get on our paddle boards right outside and got to see manatees! Highly recommend! Love this part of Florida! We will definitely be coming back!

The room and bathroom are large, with perfect views of the towering Crestone mountains. Her property is also a thoroughfare for the local Elk herd, if you happen to be there at just the right time. Roslyn is a wonderful host! She is friendly, helpful and fun to talk to. I was very comfortable and the drive in to town is just 5 minutes.

This is one of the most beautiful homes we have ever stayed in. It is peaceful and the huge porches with hammock is perfect. We will be back often!

Awesome place Matt was a great host and helped for me to come early ! The attached bar and restaurant had good burgers and had fun playing music bingo ! The surrounding area was heavenly beautiful hiking trails with waterfalls! Wonderful! I hope to go back soon !

We unfortunately had to cancel our trip last minute but Steve was great to deal with! We’re hoping to be able to stay on a future trip.

My grandson loved the cabin in the woods and it was very quiet and peaceful.

Moon River Ranch was a great find off the beaten path. Must drive on country roads. The property was huge & our room was big with a large Western style shower & room motif. Frig & microwave but must bring own water & food. Tables outside to picnic with shade. Pond with trees & beautiful setting. Walked 2 minutes to next building to use the pool & hot tub, lovely setting, but no hand rails. Wild animals on the property, fun to view + safaris available.
