A great place to stay. short walk to the centre. We were a group of four friends and we had everything we needed. All the amenities are there and the beds were comfortable. Ben is quick to respond and the instructions are very clear. Free parking is an added bonus as can be expensive in Cardiff.

Rowan was very pro active from the get go. Well communicated throughout. The reality of the outcome was far better than the pictures. Fantastic get away with beautiful surroundings. Well done to the family set up. Overall highly recommended and a 5* service from the host himself - thank you!

Everything was wonderful. We landed early and Rachel was able to get us checked in a little early. Directions were clear and check-in was simple. There is a bus stop just down the street which made getting into town really easy. There are also grocery stores within a 10 minute walk (or 2 bus stops). We travelled around the country quite a bit but used the house as a home base. It worked out really well for us. Would stay again for sure.

I booked the stay at 40 winks for my parents - Sharne is a great host - she reached out as soon as I booked to ensure her place was suitable for their needs as there are stairs leading down to it, just before arrival she asked for their preferred milk choice, a thoughtful touch & sent me a nice message after they left - thank you for making their stay so lovely ❤️ My parents left this feedback about their stay: 40 Winks is a very relaxing retreat, a delightful little flat & Sharne made us feel very welcome. This was a perfect place for a short stay, with wonderful views over the hills and a walk through beautiful meadows to nailsworth for lunch. The strawberries were a thoughtful touch and we loved the friendly welcome.

Charlotte is a very responsive host. The apartment was very clean & comfortable. The location was perfect. 2 minutes walk to the town & around 5 minutes to the beach. The parking space was such a lovely addition. We were pleasantly surprised with how quiet the surroundings were for a central town location. We would definitely recommend this place if visiting Bournemouth and the surrounding areas again.

One of the best places my wife and I have ever stayed on Airbnb. What a find! Immaculate, high quality fixtures and fittings - those staying are in for a fun surprise when using lavatory and bed lol :) The hot tub was the perfect temperature for relaxing (easy instructions). Location wise within easy walking distance of some nice places to eat plus the nearby train station - Bristol is then only 10mins away by rail and an interesting/picturesque place to explore (be aware the ticket purchasing machine at Heynsham isn't obvious but is on the other side of the platform). Once in Bristol, would recommend using Uber to nip up to Clifton (beautiful architecture inc. Suspension Bridge plus more fab places to eat). Our long weekend ended with an easy drive up to and walk around the lovely Westonburt Orboretum. My family and I had a wonderful stay for a wedding last weekend. The house is great place to relax and just a short walk from the beach. The garden is really secure for dogs and has a side gate with a hose to wash off the sand after fun at the beach. Nic and Rick sent loads of really helpful information before our stay and were flexible with timings for check in and out. They are so friendly, are very responsive to any questions and left some lovely personal touches for our arrival (scones and jam, eggs, bread and milk!). Thank you for a great stay. We had a lovely time and hope to be back soon!!

We had the best stay here! It is such a unique and comfortable place to stay. The location is perfect for everything in Frome and Mei is such a welcoming and helpful host.

This property’s location is perfect, whether you want to stay on-site and enjoy the vistas of Dartmouth or use it as a base to thoroughly explore the environs. It’s only a short walk into Kingswear, where there is a car or foot ferry to get across to Dartmouth or the steam train which will take you to Paignton. Communication with Mark was thorough during every stage of the booking and stay. The accommodation is divine and we’ve rarely slept so well; a combination of the Savoir bed and serenity within this hillside property. Nothing about the host, property or location could be faulted; exemplary in every aspect.

We had a lovely few days away! Great hosts, very friendly and responsive and the welcome pack was a nice touch as it included lots of recommendations (which we tried lots of!) Great location as it’s close to the town, and there are some lovely walks down to the coast. Would recommend for a weekend away by the coast

Tilly's place was a very elegant and comfortable place to stay. Great location for central Tetworth. Worth noting the stairs are very steep so not for any people who need disability friendly spots. Very atmospheric -- would be lovely with roaring fires going in the autumn and winter! A really lovely place! Thanks!

Excellent host and a lovely house. Stylishly decorated and spotlessly clean, this was perfect. The host was really helpful, going above and beyond and I had a really good stay there. Only a short drive into Cardiff centre and it was very close to several sporting venues for me. Would highly recommend.

We've stayed at their studio with 2 adults and a 5year old kid for 7 nights. We've had everything that we could ask for. Amazing place, amazing supportive hosts. Spotless clean place, fantasticly well looked after, beautiful interior. Nik and Rich are always there when needed, but they as well absolutely respect the guest's privacy. Even they live next door, you wouldn't see them if you didn't want or need to. As a German visitor I can highly recommend their place and their warm hearted hospitality. You feel home away from home!

Great, peaceful place to stay in Portsmouth. Close to bars and restaurants, and longer walking distance to other sites in town, including the best maritime museum we have been to anywhere in the world (and we have been to many all over the world). By far the most stocked kitchen we have experienced -- and we stay in many Airbnbs worldwide. The "provided breakfast" included anything you would want to eat and more, and we were there for a week and there was enough for the entire week! There was other food also which we supplemented from a grocery store because we cook most of our own meals (the reason we stay in Airbnbs). The outdoor area is amazing and we used it when weather permitted. The outdoor bathroom is only useable in nicer weather than we had, at least for us. The only drawback was that the loft is much smaller than it seems in the pictures; the ceiling is very low and you can't stand up (and we are very small people). It might be okay for some but not usable for us.

A lovely clean self contained annex with everything you need for a short stay including secure outside space. Nice extra touches including milk and dog treats. Great location for exploring. Perfect host.

Absolutely charming accommodation. Really spacious and well laid out. Felt like home away from home, could have stayed here for longer and will definitely look into coming back here. Lovely walk to the nearest pub for lunch, the mill is right on the river with Stunning views of the surrounding area. Nice garden area with views of the cows in the field. The hot water was extremely hot so be careful, but it was nice to always have plenty of hot water for washing and showering. Overall a lovely private place to stay.
