Kittiwakes is the most stunning cottage on the cliffs. It is superbly situated literally right on the coastal paths where you can walk north to clovelly and south past the hartland quay. The views from the cabin are spectacular and the cottage itself is cosy, compact and very comfortbale with everything you need. Kelly was extremely kind and helpful on the day of my arrival i would not have gotten there without her help. The walks in the area are breathtaking!! I will miss it very much and cannot wait to return x

Beautiful cabin and location, Annette & Bob were lovely hosts. Would recommend to anyone wanted a peaceful trip surrounded by nature. Exactly as described a perfect slice of reclusive heaven! Wish the weather was slightly better but hey that's the UK. Amazing, the small personal touches such as the scones were lovely! The dogs loved being in the garden next to the sea- I have never seen so many zoomies! The WiFi really is intermittent but why would you need it, when your view and surroundings are so wonderful!

We loved our stay in the shepherd's hut. We wanted a peaceful escape surrounded by nature and it was exactly that. We were rained in for one day but it ended up being our favourite experience- the hut is so cosy, everything you need is to hand, and we could sit and watch the scenery for hours. On the sunnier days there is a short walk to the coast path and the views of the coastline. The toilet and shower is the perfect set up, we also loved the outside bath and the wood stove.

Lucy's retreat was a beautiful place to stay, the perfect couples getaway. She left local reccomendations, great directions, a birthday banner and even some treats for us, such thoughtful touches. Everything was perfect and spotless, great place to take our dog to. I couldn't reccomend this place enough thanks so much for a lovely getaway *****

Lyn and David are the most wonderful hosts! David build the home from the ground up and it is very beautiful! We loved how homely it felt, comfortable beds, views that are out of this world and a really peaceful place to be! We can’t thank you both enough for allowing us to share your slice of Mendip Hills beauty!! Lyn left some homemade scones which were to die for! We have to revisit as we didn’t explore all the amazing walks and Wells in more detail , and would not think twice to stay again. PS there is a beautiful little shepherds hut nearby with the same amazing views also built by David (Lyn said because he was bored!) Hopefully David remains bored, we look forward to his next amazing space/s. We highly recommend you visit!

gorgeous place to stay, everything was clean and tidy. left us fresh bread when we arrived which tasted amazing. we found some nice walks nearby and really enjoyed the sun setting over the hills and being able to watch the stars as we fell asleep.

Bliss ✨ Little Bear is a magical place. Private and peaceful with picturesque views and sounds of bird song. The perfect place to relax and recharge. We felt very much at home here and hope to return one day.

Lovely relaxing escape, just what we needed! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Owl Hut. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, relaxed, and completely at home. Self check-in was very easy. The hosts, Nat & Mark not only left us with some very useful information about the hut and surrounding areas, but also left us a lovely little welcome note on arrival. The hut itself is beautifully designed, with so many lovely little touches that made it feel extra special. We especially appreciated all of the thoughtful dog essentials, our French Bulldog felt just as welcome and at home as we did 🐶 The location is so quiet and serene. We were able to slow down, reconnect, and fully enjoy the peaceful surroundings. We only stayed for one night but wished we could have stayed for longer. We highly recommend this beautiful place. Thank you for having us.

Me and my partner went with the dog, we had one of the best times in this spot, really relaxing to be at the pod and then travelling around the villages was lots of fun. Was always nice to come back to the lovely pod! The kitchen had everything you needed as well

We had a lovely night at the Igloo. Kate was very helpful. The wood fired hot tub was great. The location is really good for local walks.

Beautiful setting and a beautifully built log cabin. Peaceful and tranquil. Well worth the money and we will return in the future. Visitors need to visit the anchor inn in seatown for lovely food and drinks

This cabin is a world away from reality, a place like no other. Birds singing, water flowing and the smell of nature. A great place to chill and unwind from the stresses of life. Kate & her family have done a fantastic job, it was so lovely to meet them all. We can’t wait to return for a third time.

Debbie has been really engaging appearing to really want us to make the most of our stay, with good instructions how to get there and tips how to make the most of our visit.

Me and my partner loved our stay at the shepherds hut it was exactly as expected, so peaceful and cosy! We loved sitting and watching the lambs in the field and using the hot tub in the evenings. The host was very fast at replying which was great. Would happily stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Fantastic view - saw deer, red kite, fox, sea, setting sun and Wales(!) from picnic table. Fantastic location - pub at Brendon is a nice 20 min stroll and can do a superb circular walk around Watersmeet, Countisbury, and Glenthorne via Brendon from the farm. Thanks very much.

The Dovecote is unique and beautiful with a luxurious spa bath, the building was cool during the hot summer days & nights, we loved hearing the morning chorus of birds (we recorded over 20 species) the manicured country garden is colorful and full of wildlife, and the fresh baked breakfast pastries delivered in a cute wicker basket were a delight. The village of Bibury is a 5 minute walk and we drove to other pretty villages in under 30 minutes. Wendy provided exceptional recommendations for dinner and garden shopping. We are looking forward to returning to this magical place in the Cotswolds.

There are no words to describe my gratitude for this Airbnb experience. We all run into logistical difficulties traveling sometimes and my trip started out with a bang..a cancelled flight and a delayed arrival, a flat tire on the rental car only a few miles from the airport..which resulted in a another 5 hour delay to my arrival. Andrew and Shari were in communication and standing by to help me anyway they could the entire time. I was welcomed with open arms and couldn’t have landed anywhere more comfortable after such a long 48 hours. They continued to be a support and so much help with anything I needed during my stay. Truly SUPER HOSTS. Went above and beyond the call of duty and I will never forget them for it. The Shepard’s hut was home and just what the doctor ordered. Just a wonderful day experience and couldn’t recommend it more. It was a great home base to visit a variety of places. Has everything you need and more ♥️

Quiet location, felt very private although within grounds of owners house Will and Rowena were friendly and responsive when communicating. A lovely find near to where we were visiting. Recommendations were helpful and The Potting Shed was great. The step was most helpful for 5ft 3 person 😊 Would definitely return!

Amazing stay !! We loved the tiny home and beautiful location. Cosy charm and rustic feel but with all the high quality amenities like a lovely warm bathroom, and comfortable bed. It truly is a beautiful part of the world!
