Tipi Next To River Wye

AshleyRating, 5 stars11 months ago
We had a lovely stay at the glamping site. There were only two sets of guests during our midweek stay and we were one of the families so it was very peaceful and relaxing on site. All the amenities were spotless and the site has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Worth mentioning that the kitchen facility is communal (not private as we originally thought) but guests are able to take portable camping stove and equipment to their own tipee if you prefer more privacy. There are so many thoughtful gestures such as toys/ books/ games for the kids and even dog toys provided along with outdoor amenities that are listed to keep the kids entertained! We took our 5year old twin boys who did not want to leave and just loved their glamping adventure. A big shout out to Jo (the onsite manager) who kept the place spotless and checked in with guests regularly to ensure a comfortable stay. Jo also gives great advice on the best places to visit during your stay…..a mammoth thank you Jo!! :-)

The Firs Campsite - Croome Safari Tent

SandraRating, 5 stars10 months ago
We were completely blown away by this place. Everything has been so carefully thought out that we were left wanting for nothing. The Linen pack was worth every penny and of excellent quality. The beds were comfortable and heated mattresses a great addition for a chilly camping night. Simon was very pleasant and attentive and very responsive to messages. Our grandchildren aged 7 and 5 loved the adventure of the ‘hidden’ bed and the play area underneath was perfect for them. Would thoroughly recommend this property without any hesitation.

Had a great stay at Sarah's, the tent was well furnished and the kitchen pod had everything you would need. Very peaceful site and close to emery down if you fancy a pint or a meal in the local pub and a 5 min drive to lyndhurst if you fancied a wander about.

authentic Tipi located in own field

RuthRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Staying with Carolyn felt like staying at a vintage airbnb where someone shares their home and a piece of their lives. My 4 and 7yo had a great time running through meadows and learning about horses. Carolyn was hugely patient with them and might have sparked a life long passion for the 4yo in particular. It was a great place to explore the jurassic coast from and 30 minutes from all the fossil hunting hot spots. The mattresses were comfortable and the hot shower was particularly appreciated. Thanks very much and we look forward to staying again.

"Piran" - Bell tent in Cornwall

JamieRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Our stay in the charming Bell Tent at Burrow Farm was excellent. The accommodation was clean, well-appointed, and included many thoughtful touches that made our visit comfortable and enjoyable. The host was welcoming, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to speak with each morning. The location also offers easy access to many surrounding areas, making it a convenient base. It was a peaceful and well-managed site. We would be happy to return.

Bell Tent with river views

MariaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Beautiful escape from busy life. the tent is perfectly positioned for the best view of the valley to the river. The horsebox kitchen was an added bonus and great for cooking basic one pot meals. The river is lovely to swim at high tide and the outdoor shower is just round the corner from the slipway for rinsing off after. Lovely little takeaway cafe at the bottom of the campsite for breakfast and the farm museum next door is fascinating. We took our own firewood and had a lovely fire in the evenings. A great find and not crowded.

We had a fantastic weekend. The toilets and kitchen were pristinely clean throughout the day. The bell tents are very well maintained with lots of lovely little added extras to make the stay comfortable. Claire and her husband are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. I will definitely be returning.

AndrewRating, 5 stars10 months ago
We had a great time. The bell tent and kitchen facilities were perfect for us to have a relaxing and peaceful break. The tent was in a quiet and private spot in the site and overlooked a valley with an abundance of wildlife. The location was great and a short easy drive to Looe to explore.

Glamping Tipi near North Devon beaches & Exmoor

TimRating, 5 stars9 months ago
couldn't recommend the tippi highly enough! this was for our 1st wedding anniversary and honestly made it a anniversary to remember, the interior of the tippi was amazing with a lovely bed and ascetics, the shower was also such an amazing experience! Aaron and Miranda were amazing from the moment we arrived, assisting us with our bags to our tippi and loads of information about the local walks around the area. would highly recommend this stay for anyone looking to visit Devon

Relaxing Bell Tent with Log Burner

GlynRating, 5 stars9 months ago
First time "glamping". Great all round, beautiful tent, and first class kitchen addition. Location wise was perfect , a simple 15 minute drive to Tenby beach, and only 5 minutes from Manor Wildlife park and A Dinosaur park . the land where tent was pitched was perfect, other campers but no one on top of each other. Nightimes were beautiful. A nice little fire pit burning away under the stars, and there were so so many stars, and even lucky enough to see shooting stars. The best compliment I can give to the place is that my daughter's aged 9 & 7 who didn't want to go camping asked if we could come back again next summer. You will have no objections from me.

Luxury glamping tipi with ensuite, sleeps 2, Devon

SallyRating, 5 stars36 months ago
Had the most magical stay in this beautiful part of the world! Aaron and Miranda couldn’t be more welcoming and helpful hosts; from the brilliantly detailed pack before we arrived, the warm welcome when we got there to the delicious curry Aaron cooked on our last night, they really were fantastic. The tipi went beyond our expectations, very clean, stylish, comfortable and just a lovely place to hang out- the pictures don’t do it justice. We liked it so much we stayed an additional might. The location is great, easy journey to beaches, towns and country, but we were just as happy staying on site and soaking up the peace and quiet. The outdoor shower with plenty of hot water was one of my favourite things. We’ll definitely be back.

Luxury Glamping Tipi near North Devon beaches

NikkiRating, 5 stars10 months ago
We were offered an upgrade upon arrival, as much as this tipi was lovely and fully matched the description and photos, the upgrade exceeded expectations. As soon as I stepped into the sitting bull tipi It made me smile. It is absolutely amazing. The bed is sumptuous, the bath is comfortable and relaxing, everything you need for a relaxing break is right here. The weather outside was awful, but I didn’t care😊. The hosts were very welcoming, lots of information provided and they even delivered a delicious home made curry. We were within a 30 minute drive to Woolacombe, Croyde and Ilfracombe and 15 mins drive from Tesco superstore. There is a tipi with a small bar nearby and plenty of area for a good walk with some steep hills for extra cardio. The hot outdoor shower was also a liberating experience. Can’t recommend it enough.
